'We're definitely grateful and humbled that so many people are still interested in us and we have so much more to give,' Kimes told Deadline during an interview. 'But we're just humble that people want to see our lives because it is a little bit different for us. It is a little bit different than other reality TV shows.'
About how she balances her dental practice and the gruesome schedule of filming a reality TV show, Kimes said, 'I think I'm probably the most balanced person on our show, because I do have a job. I do work in my profession, but I do it three days a week, so the other four days of the week, I'm either spending time it with my kids or doing something else.'
'Bravo and Purveyors of Pop have been very, very good about working around our schedules, so it just all flows together,' she added. 'But at the end of the day, it's about priorities.'
Since Kimes is one of the most outspoken personalities on Married to Medicine and can call people out without problem, many have suggested she join Peacock's The Traitors, which she says would be game for.
'I've never watched the whole thing, but I've seen some clips and it seems like a very interesting dynamic where they're bringing people from different places and playing a game,' she told us. 'I like to play games. I think I'm very good at games. I'm very smart. Phaedra is smart too, but not quite as smart as I am.'
She continued, 'Everybody keeps asking me about The Traitors. I don't know why. Even when I did my last thing at Bravo, they voted me most likely to win at Traitors. I never really thought about about it, but I'm down for any opportunity. I like to play games. If you want to start a campaign, let's do it.'
One of the most wholesome aspects of Kimes on Married to Medicine is her scenes with her daughter Alaura Kimes. Earlier this year, Alaura shared a video on social media with her Bravoleb mother, receiving positive reactions from fans.
'I didn't realize how much we were alike until that video,' Kimes said. 'I was looking at it like, 'She does have mannerisms like me!' I use slang and Ebonics, but it's kind of become a habit, so I use words that she's actually picked up [from me]. And to me, it's hilarious, but we do have a great time together.'
Alaura is one of the few people that is able to call Kimes out and not get flack on-screen, with the Married to Medicine star saying, 'She's like her mother. Yes, she is that way, and I appreciate that. I like straightforwardness. If somebody has a problem, I'd rather them say it. Let's talk about it however it comes out, and let's move forward. I just don't like people to get stuck, like some of [my cast members] are stuck. We have to learn to move forward.'
As far as her future on Married to Medicine, Kimes said, 'I can see some more seasons. As long as they want me, imma be there.'
'I think it's a great opportunity. I think I have so much more to give,' she added. 'My daughter's at a different peak in her life. We got some more seasons in us. I feel good, I look great. As an empty nester and my daughter moving back to Atlanta, I'm just excited about life right now.'

Nancy Meyers Reacts With Surprise to News of 'The Holiday' Limited Series
THE RUNDOWN On August 1, it was reported that Nancy Meyers's 2006 film The Holiday was in development as a limited series for Apple TV+ by Deadline. But it looks like Meyers had no idea about the new show and was quick to comment on the production in an Instagram Story. Sharing a screenshot of a report on The Holiday series, Meyers wrote over it, 'News to me. Imagine my surprise when I opened Instagram and this was the first post I saw.' Here's everything we know about the project so far. In the original film, two women trade homes in the U.K. countryside and Los Angeles after struggling with their personal lives. Amanda Woods is a Hollywood trailer editor who ends her engagement and Iris is a newspaper columnist stuck in a rut. After trading spaces, Amanda meets Iris's widower brother, Graham, and surprises herself by reconnecting emotionally to love. Iris meets Amanda's neighbor, Arthur, a forgotten Hollywood icon, and then meets a film composer named Miles; both men help her transform. The series will likely be some version of Meyers's original story, keeping 'the setup of the movie about a single American and single British woman living very different lives who swap their houses for the holidays and find love in the process.' The original cast included Cameron Diaz, Kate Winslet, Jude Law, and Jack Black, but Deadline stated the show will feature 'new characters,' and thus new actors. But maybe we can hope for a cameo? Krissie Ducker is serving as the writer and executive producer for The Holiday series, along with comedian Rob Delaney as a consultant on the script. Not yet. This post will be updated.

Traitors star Harry Clark says Celebrity SAS was 'kick I needed' to overhaul life
The reality TV star won The Traitors in 2024 but has admitted he struggled with adjusting to the pressures of fame. Viewers might expect The Traitors star Harry Clark to have found Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins a breeze thanks to his military background. But he has admitted the gruelling contest was "the kick I needed" to sort out his life, revealing that the series "broke me physically and mentally". Clark, who won BBC One series The Traitors in 2024 after double-crossing show best friend Mollie Pearce, joined the Army at 16 and served as an engineer before leaving the military and becoming a TV star. So he might have had more experience than most of his fellow recruits in the Channel 4 show that simulates SAS selection, but revealed that taking part helped him to find himself and get "on the right path" and said that he had felt "lost" in life going into the show. Read more: Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins line-up from Rebecca Loos to Michaella McCollum Celebrity SAS put star on the 'right path' after overnight fame After winning The Traitors at just 22 and becoming an overnight celebrity, the pressures of fame were overwhelming for Clark to adjust to. Asked why he wanted to take part in Celebrity SAS, he replied: "For me, it was trying to do something that helped me find myself, if that makes sense? I was hoping that it would be an experience that would put me on the right path, on the right track, especially with advice or help from the people involved in the series." Clark, who has previously opened up on mental health struggles, added: "I hadn't had the greatest experience during my last six months after leaving the military." But despite his Army past, he admitted of whether he was prepared for Celebrity SAS: "I know that at that time in my life I wasn't in the fittest shape. Now I'm in the best shape!" The reality star, who previously took part in BBC show Pilgrimage, shared that he had been "broken" by Celebrity SAS but that he believes it was exactly what he needed to get his life back on course. He said: "I sum up the whole experience as confusing because the course broke me physically and mentally. But that was actually the kick I needed and the experience I needed at that time. "It was definitely a growing point for me. That's what I've matured from, what's taught me that not everything goes perfectly to plan. So yeah, I would say it's confusing because of the amount of emotions I felt. I felt every single emotion you can feel from a TV show on that course." How Harry Clark's military past helped with Celebrity SAS However, Clark undoubtedly got some advantage from having served in the Army, as he shared that being shouted at by the directing staff — something many other celebrities find tough — was not a problem for him. "Oh, that didn't really bother me, to be honest," he said. "When you are in the military, I think you're taught to have no emotion. And again, because I was so lost anyway, I can't really remember it fully, but I just remember it being like my time in the Army — if you get shouted at or you get screamed at, it doesn't matter. You just listen to it and then you change from that. "I was in the military from age 16 and I'd been screamed and shouted at and told to do press-ups and burpees and run here, there and everywhere, so it wasn't really any different from those six years of my army life." Clark added: "I had a strong mentality. No matter how much pain I was in, I was never going to hand in my armband. I remember my feet were busted the whole time I was there because right before I'd gone, I was doing other sports for charity. So it was a bit of everything together - the mental and physical." Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins returns to Channel 4 at 9pm on Sunday, 3 August.
