Battle Camp sees 18 of Netflix's most beloved reality TV personalities compete in a bid to win $250,000
Georgia Hassarati is back on our screens in Battle Camp, the streaming giant's latest reality offering.
The ten-episode series, hosted by ex-American footballer Taylor Lewan, dropped on the platform today (23rd April). The show sees 18 reality TV stars, hailing from popular shows like Too Hot to Handle and Perfect Match, battling it out for a whopping $250,000 (£188,000) prize.

Each participant faces gruelling physical challenges that determine their standing in the game. The last contestant standing after the brutal elimination rounds will bag the entire cash prize and be hailed as 'the ultimate Netflix reality competitor.'
Among the contenders is Georgia Hassarati, but who exactly is she and why does she look so familiar?
Where you've seen Georgia before
Hailing from Australia, Georgia made her reality TV debut on Too Hot to Handle season three, which aired in 2022. The 28-year-old quickly won over viewers and ended the show in third place, reports the Mirror US.
In 2023, she appeared in Perfect Match season one, where she was paired with songwriter Dom Gabriel. The pair emerged as winners of the show, but revealed they had parted ways before the series even aired.
The Brisbane-born model also had a romantic stint with fellow Too Hot to Handle star Harry Jowsey, but their relationship ended in less than a year.
Famous partner
This January, there's been quite the romantic buzz around Georgia, who's reportedly dating actor Thomas Doherty. Spilling the tea to People magazine, a source confirmed that the couple is an item.
The talented Thomas, hailing from Scotland, is widely known for playing Captain Hook's son in Disney's Descendants franchise. He is also featured Hulu's Tell Me Lies and the 2021 HBO reboot of Gossip Girl.

Although they haven't made an official announcement, the lovebirds have been flaunting their connection on social media. Thomas took to Instagram in mid-January, posting a video on his story featuring him and Georgia in a car together.
Margot Robbie theory

The last time Georgia graced our screens, viewers drew parallels between the TV star and Aussie actress Margot Robbie. Fans picked up on striking similarities, from their looks and voices to their quirks and gestures.
Viewers quickly began theorising that the pair is related. One person shared on X (previously Twitter): "This Georgia girl on Too Hot to Handle S3 looks and sounds like Margot Robbie like I'm wondering if they're acc [actually] related or not."
Another fan speculated: "Georgia from the new Too Hot to Handle is Margot Robbie's sister and this is why all the guys are head over heels for her."

The conspiracy deepens as another person shared their observation: "Margot Robbie and Georgia Hassarati from Netflix's Perfect Match are the same person. Doppelgängers for sure! Their mannerisms and the way they talk is sooo similar."
Adding to the speculation, a perplexed fan shared pictures of the two side by side, admitting: "I keep getting these two mixed up."
Despite the uncanny similarity between their features, there's no sign that Margot and Georgia share any family ties.
Battle Camp is streaming now on Netflix.

Flight attendant explains why you should never swap seats on a flight

TikTok video creator and flight attendant Leanna Coy explained why she doesn't like to switch seats whens she is flying as a passenger, arguing that doing so is risky business A flight attendant has warned that seat switchers on planes are risking it all. Leanna Coy recently published a TikTok video titled ' Why you shouldn't switch seats on the plane' that explains exactly that. The commonly touted reason flight attendants typically tell off-seat switchers is that the plane's boarding plan is designed to put an even number of passengers on each side of the plane. ‌ Too many on one side, and the aircraft can be a little trickier for the pilot to fly. ‌ However, Leanna Coy has a whole different reason. The American flight attendant was recently asked to switch seats with a passenger on a United Airlines flight. "Normally, I am absolutely 100 per cent against changing seats. Your lack of planning should not constitute me having to move," Leanna explained. However, on this occasion, the flight attendant couldn't think of a good reason not to swap, so she obliged. She immediately began to have doubts about her decision. "I'm already on edge about it," she said. According to Leanna, if the person you've switched with does anything to "act up" on the plane, the behaviour would be associated with her seat number. That means any breach of the aircraft's rules, such as vaping in the bathroom or throwing snacks at fellow passengers, could wrongly be pinned on her. Leanna argued that such a thought was not as far-fetched as one might think. "I see what goes down on the plane. If this lady decides to go smoke in the bathroom or whatever, that could come back to me," the world-weary flight attendant explained. ‌ "I realised I'm flying United. If you know anything about United's service, if you want to buy drinks or anything, you have to put your card onto the app ahead of time, which I've done before." This means that the passenger who swapped with Leanna may be able to access her card to pay for items. The off-duty cabin crew member asked one of her colleagues if that was indeed the case, and they confirmed that it was. "'Now, do I think this lady was trying to scam me out of money on my card? No. But that's just something to be aware of. I fully support you if you don't want to switch seats. You are entitled to the seat that you chose," Leanna said. It is not a rare occurrence for chaos to break out on a flight or for passengers to indulge in a bit of bad behaviour. At the end of last year, a passenger caused chaos after allegedly attempting to open the emergency door mid-flight. The incident took place on a Copa Airlines flight on Tuesday night. Footage of the incident shows a man being restrained in a headlock while a crew member tried to attach plastic handcuffs to his wrists. Two passengers – Marcelo Ribeiro and Everaldo Torres – reportedly helped to restrain the man, according to local reports. Marcelo attempted to reason with the passenger when he noticed him trying to open the door, which ignited a brawl.

EXCLUSIVE Reality icon Johnny Bananas addresses racism backlash over 'misleading' Netflix edit

Johnny Bananas, the MTV reality veteran, has responded to accusations that he made a racist comment during his appearance on the Netflix live dating show Pop the Balloon. The incident, which aired in April, sparked controversy after viewers believed a joke he made was directed at a Black contestant. In an interview with Bananas, 42, stated that a close-up camera angle made it appear he was addressing the wrong contestant. According to Bananas, Netflix has since updated the streaming version of the episode with a wider camera angle that clearly shows which contestant he was addressing. 'They corrected the error and the footage as it lives now accurately shows who I was actually speaking to,' Bananas told 'Now it's clear to anyone who watches the Pop the Balloon episode that the comment I made was directed towards a white contestant.' has reached out to Netflix for comment but has not received a response. Bananas further stated, 'I want to be absolutely clear... anyone who knows me, knows my heart and my character, and they know that I'm not a racist and would never make any sort of racist comment towards anyone.' The moment in question involved Bananas moving down a line of contestants, jokingly commenting on their toes as a quirky dating preference. He stopped at one contestant and said, 'You look like you sleep from a tree hanging upside down.' In response to the backlash on Twitter— where one user posted, 'That's so racist @netflix' —Bananas shared a photo from the scene along with a message clarifying his remarks. He wrote that he was referring to the 'WHITE girl whose toes were hanging over her shoes who is literally dressed like a tree,' and criticized what he described as a 'false narrative' around the incident. Bananas told that the exchange was meant to be playful banter, noting the live format encouraged a back-and-forth dynamic among contestants. 'There was a fun, kind of back-and-forth with multiple contestants on the stage. Insults were flying around,' he said. 'I was getting made fun of for my age, the way I dressed. And I was just firing quips because the show was live.' In response to the backlash on Twitter— where one user posted, 'That's so racist @netflix' —Bananas shared a photo from the scene along with a message clarifying his remarks Despite this, Bananas acknowledged that the backlash affected him and apologized for any hurt caused by the incident. 'The damage has already been done,' he said. 'While the correction has been made, the record has to be set straight.' Bananas, who has appeared on more than two dozen seasons of MTV's The Challenge as well as shows like House of Villains, Love Island, and the latest U.S. version of The Traitors, expressed surprise at the accusations given his long career in reality television. 'It's kind of crazy that after 19 years of being on TV and all the media training I've had, and the diverse groups of individuals I've filmed with, that I would do something as dumb and as insensitive as making a blatantly racist comment on live national television,' he said. Bananas also shared that the controversy has led to significant online criticism, including death threats. He attributed the incident primarily to the camera angle and editing rather than intent. 'I think none of this would have happened if it wasn't for this camera angle and the way it was edited,' he said. 'I don't think this was an edit done to intentionally try to harm me.' 'If this could change one person's mind who was truly hurt by what happened, if one person can be convinced that I'm not what they might have thought based on that edit, then that means the world to me,' he concluded He added that he supports accountability when it is warranted but felt this situation was a misrepresentation. 'Accountability has to be based on truth,' Bananas said. 'What happened here wasn't accountability. It was a rush to outrage fueled by a misrepresentation of something that should not have aired the way it did.' Bananas concluded by expressing hope that the clarification will help address any misunderstandings. 'If this could change one person's mind who was truly hurt by what happened, if one person can be convinced that I'm not what they might have thought based on that edit, then that means the world to me.'

Love Island fans 'rumble' first Casa Amor bombshell - and it's a past Islander

Love Island 2025 viewers are convinced they know the first name to be confirmed for this year's Casa Amor before the twist has even been confirmed on the ITV2 series Viewers think they already know which former Love Island star is set to enter the famous second villa, Casa Amor. During the series and just as the couples have usually formed strong bonds, the series airs a second villa twist with new arrivals. For a few days the original boys and girls are split up in separate villas, with a group of new boys and girls arriving to cause drama. ‌ The twist has often led to unexpected betrayals, shock exits and new couples. Ahead of the show confirming if it will air this year or not, fans think they already know someone who will enter as part of the shake-up. ‌ Sophie Lee was axed from the show on Tuesday night in a brutal dumping, after her partner Harry was stolen by Shakira. Sophie's exit left fans stunned with many gutted to see her go so early on. But some viewers are now convinced her time on the show isn't over. With a recent series seeing a dumped girl return to the villa for Casa Amor, viewers are now speculating Sophie will be back on the show in a matter of weeks, as a bombshell in the second villa. Taking to X, fans guessed the twist would happen with one fan writing: "I reckon Sophie will re-enter the villa as a bombshell by the end of next week at the latest or she will re-enter in Casa Amor." Another said: "Dw Sophie you'll be back in 4 weeks for Casa Amor." A third viewer begged: "Nah bring Sophie back for Casa Amor she deserves a chance." A fourth fan agreed: "Bring her back for casa amor!!" as a fifth viewer posted: "Gutted for her and bring back Sophie as a bombshell or Casa Amor." The comments kept on coming with one reading: "They better bring Sophie back as a Casa bombshell. Justice for Sophie." Another said: "BRING SOPHIE BACK FOR CASA AMOR!" ‌ It comes after Sophie was axed from the show in the latest episode. Despite not initially being at risk of an early exit, the motivational speaker and author was abruptly booted out of the villa after her man Harry was chosen by newly single Shakira. It was Shakira who had been told by host Maya Jama in the previous episode that she could be leaving within hours. Shakira had just 24 hours to woo another man, after her partner Ben was stolen by American bombshell Toni. ‌ Blu, Conor and Harry all chose to opt for Shakira, knowing full well she'd only be able to pick one of them. It wasn't an easy choice, more so because she knew, as clarified by Maya, that the girl left single would be going home instead of her. With the three boys standing, Shakira's fate was sealed. It was then Helena, Alima and Sophie who were at risk. It came down to Shakira choosing out of the three boys, with some encouragement from Maya. Maya urged the Islander to remember why she was here, no doubt trying to lessen her panic over sending a girl home but also so she would make the right choice. With that, Shakira named Harry as the man she wanted to steal. Sophie was immediately dumped from the villa as a result, as Maya confirmed she was now single and would be leaving the show.
