'Nostalgic' UK TV Classic Is Set To Return – And Fans Are Losing Their Everloving Minds
Well, in what seems to be a mega week for '90s and '00s UK babies, now we have more good news from the Beeb ― the broadcaster recently shared on Instagram that nostalgic hit Balamory is 'returning to CBeebies next year.'
Originally made from 2002-2005 (a run so short, fans previously expressed shock at the hit's outsized impact), the BBC iPlayer page added: 'Expect the classic theme song, colourful houses, and some familiar faces!' in their caption.

Who'll be in the new Balamory cast?
On their site, the BBC said that Balamory will 'blend familiar faces with a host of new characters.'
Returning to their roles will be Julie Wilson Nimmo (Miss Hoolie), Andrew Agnew (PC Plum), Kim Tserkezie (Penny Pocket) and Juliet Cadzow (Edie McCredie).
New faces will include 'scientist and inventor Ava Potts (played by Danielle Jam), the Harbour Master (William Andrews) and local vet Dr Ollie (Carl Spencer) who lives with his two children.'
Kate Morton, Head of Commissioning for zero-to-six-year-olds at BBC Children's and Education, said: 'It's wonderful to see some of the original cast returning alongside new faces, creating a perfect mix of nostalgia and discovery for families to enjoy together.
'This vibrant new series will delight both children and the grown-ups who remember it fondly' (I'm in the latter camp).
How many new episodes will the new Balamory have?
It's been commissioned for two new series, each containing ten 14-minute-long episodes.
When will the new Balamory come out?
We don't have an exact date – the BBC simply says, 'Families can look forward to exploring the world of Balamory once again from 2026.'
What has the reaction been to the new Balamory?
Fans like me are delighted.
'This is sooo nostalgic for kids (now adults) and parents!' an Instagram user wrote.
'YESSSSS I'M 25 AND I'M SAT,' another shared.
Another called it the 'best news all year' (a reasonable reaction, if you ask us).

TED LASSO Season 4 First Look Photo Featuring Returning Cast and Plot Details — GeekTyrant
Ted Lasso is back, and we have a first look photo from the set of season 4 to get us pumped! Production has kicked off in Kansas City, with additional filming due to take place in London. It was previously reported that Jason Sudeikis would be returning as Ted Lasso for Season 4. Now, it is confirmed that original cast members Hannah Waddingham, Juno Temple, Brett Goldstein, Brendan Hunt, and Jeremy Swift will all be back as well. In addition, new cast members for the series include Tanya Reynolds, Jude Mack, Faye Marsay, Rex Hayes, Aisling Sharkey, Abbie Hern, and Grant Feely. Exact character details for the newcomers are being kept under wraps, but it is known that Feely will take over the role of Henry Lasso, Ted's son. The official logline for Season 4 states, 'Ted returns to Richmond, taking on his biggest challenge yet: coaching a second division women's football team. Throughout the course of the season, Ted and the team learn to leap before they look, taking chances they never thought they would.' Jack Burditt has boarded Season 4 as executive producer under his new overall deal with Apple TV+. Sudeikis will executive produce in addition to starring. Hunt, Joe Kelly, Jane Becker, Jamie Lee and Bill Wrubel also executive produce. Goldstein is attached to write and executive produce along with Leanne Bowen. Bill Lawrence executive produces via his Doozer Productions alongside Jeff Ingold and Liza Katzer. Sara Walker and Phoebe Walsh are writers and co-executive producers on the new season, with Sasha Garron co-producing. Julia Lindon is a writer and Dylan Marron is story editor. Warner Bros. Television, where Doozer is under an overall deal, produces with Universal Television. The series was developed by Sudeikis, Lawrence, Kelly and Hunt, and is based on the preexisting format and characters from NBC Sports. I am so excited for Ted Lasso to return! That show is just the shot of optimism we could all use right now. via: Variety

5 quotes that set Scottie Scheffler apart
Scottie Scheffler won the Open Championship on Sunday. But it's what Scheffler did off the course that has the internet talking. Some of Scheffler's comments about family and fame both before and after the Open Championship went viral. Here are five quotes from Scheffler over the years, including at the Open Championship, that set him apart. Scottie Scheffler on family At his press conference on Tuesday ahead of the Open Championship, Scheffler told the media that family is his priority in life, not golf, per a video shared by Golf Digest. 'I'm blessed to be able to come out here and play golf. But if my golf ever started affecting my home life or it ever affected the relationship I have with my wife or with my son, that's going to be the last day that I play out here for a living. ... I would much rather be a great father than I would be a great golfer,' he said. On Sunday after his win, Scheffler spoke about his wife, Meredith, and praised her for her support. 'Every time I'm able to win a tournament, the first person I always look for is my wife. ... She's always the first person I want to celebrate with. She knows me better than anybody. That's my best friend,' Scheffler said. Scottie Scheffler on faith Scheffler has been open about his Christian faith, as the Deseret News previously reported. Ahead of the 2024 Masters, which he ended up winning, Scheffler said that golf doesn't define him as a person. He was then asked what does define him. 'I'm a faithful guy. I believe in a creator. I believe in Jesus. Ultimately, I think that's what defines me the most. I feel like I've been given a platform to compete and show my talent. It's not anything that I did,' Scheffler said. Scottie Scheffler on fame Scheffler loves golf and has worked his entire life to become the best, but on Tuesday, he made waves when he said his golf career isn't a fulfilling life. 'This is not a fulfilling life. It's fulfilling from the sense of accomplishment, but it's not fulfilling from a sense of like the deepest, you know, places of your heart,' he said. On Sunday, he said he tries to live a normal life. 'My faith and my family is what's most important to me. I try to live as normal of a life as possible because I feel like a normal guy. I have the same friends I had growing up. I don't think I'm anything special just because some weeks I'm better at shooting a lower score than other guys are,' Scheffler said.
