Prayagraj Development Authority
is offering a unique chance for citizens to own their dream home in Sangam city. A total of 764 vacant flats are available for allocation at reduced prices across 12 residential schemes. The flats cater to various categories, including EWS, LIG, 1BHK, 2BHK, and 3BHK, and will be allocated through a lottery system, providing a fair opportunity to prospective buyers.
According to officials, prices have been reduced by 10% on all categories.
The available flats for allotment include 116 in Jagriti Vihar Awasiya Yojna (MIG), 125 in
Mausam Vihar Apartment
(2BHK and 3BHK), 10 in Vasudha Vihar Awasiya Yojna, 5 in Mangal Vihar Awas Yojna (M-EWS and LIG), and 2 in Sugam Vihar Awas Yojna (LIG).
The construction of the Subedarganj flyover has improved connectivity to Kalindipuram, making it easily accessible from all parts of the city. In the industrial area of Naini, located in the trans-Yamuna region, the Prayagraj Development Authority (PDA) is offering luxury flats ranging from EWS to 2BHK, providing residents with convenient and desirable living options.
In Naini's ADA colony, 158 flats are available for allotment in Yamuna Vihar Awas Yojna (2BHK), 212 in all three phases of Janhvi Apartment (EWS and 1BHK), 19 in Manas Vihar Housing Scheme (EWS and LIG), and 2 in Azad Apartment (LIG).
In Trivenipuram, located on the Prayagraj-Varanasi route, the Prayagraj Development Authority's luxurious Divine Apartment, featuring four BHK layouts, is available for sale. Additionally, in Jhunsi, six flats are available in the Saras Vihar Housing Scheme, an affordable housing project. Moreover, allotment for 9 luxury flats of 2BHK and 3BHK in Govindpur will also be done.
PDA's vice chairman Amit Pal Sharma told TOI that "information related to registration/application of all the vacant flats by Prayagraj Development Authority is available on its website janhit.upda.in and www.pdaprayagraj.org."
He added, "Prospective buyers can also get information on phone numbers 915322400911 and 0532-4022624 from 10 am to 5 pm from Monday to Saturday (except holidays)."
Flats will be allotted through a lottery system in various schemes developed by the authority. The date of registration application for the flat has been fixed from May 26 to June 25.

Lucknow: Lottery for Anant Nagar Scheme plots on June 10
LUCKNOW : The lottery for 334 plots under the Anant Nagar Scheme on Mohan Road is scheduled for June 10 at Indira Gandhi Pratishthan . Out of 13,031 applicants who registered online for the plots, the lucky winners will be announced in a transparent draw conducted in the presence of the applicants. Currently, the road is 7 to 10 metres wide, and instructions have been given to develop it into a 24-metre-wide road. The administration will assist in obtaining necessary approvals from concerned departments. According to Lucknow Development Authority ( LDA ) vice chairman Pratamesh Kumar, the Anant Nagar Residential Scheme is being developed over 785 acres and is expected to accommodate approximately 1.5 lakh residents. The plan includes about 2,100 residential and 120 commercial plots. It will also feature 60 group housing plots with over 10,000 flats, along with around 5,000 buildings under EWS and LIG categories, benefiting over 25,000 people. Housing will also be developed under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana . The township is being designed following a grid pattern with wide roads and underground power cables. An Edutech City is also planned over 100 acres, with hostels and residential buildings for about 10,000 students, teachers, and faculty members. Approximately 130 acres will be developed as parks and green spaces. The scheme also includes provisions for solid waste management and is expected to be the city's first zero liquid discharge residential project. Regarding land acquisition, the DM instructed that compensation for affected farmers be expedited. It was informed that the compensation amount was transferred to the ADM (Land Acquisition), but some landowners are yet to complete the required forms. The SDM of Sarojininagar has been directed to ensure that revenue staff assist farmers at the site office in completing these forms. Online registration for the 334 plots was open from April 4 to May 5. All the applicants will be notified about the lottery and those who need to correct errors in their application forms will be given time until June 4.
