According to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, the Chiefs' second-year receiver is entering the NFL's concussion protocol Wednesday after hitting his head during practice on Tuesday. Reporters at Tuesday's practice noted that Worthy spent some time in the medical tent after getting shaken up while trying to make a diving catch. He eventually returned to the field with his helmet in his hands, and head coach Andy Reid said after practice it was a head injury.
