Celebrity Big Brother's Mickey Rourke slammed for 'inappropriate' on-air moment with AJ Odudu
Mickey Rourke is facing backlash after making what many viewers called inappropriate physical advances towards Celebrity Big Brother host AJ Odudu during Monday night's live launch show.
The 72-year-old Hollywood actor, known for his roles in Sin City, The Wrestler, and Body Heat, was the final housemate to enter the ITV reality series — reportedly for a £500,000 fee.
But his arrival caused a stir before he even stepped through the door.
After being introduced by co-host Will Best, Rourke approached Odudu on stage and grabbed her around the waist, spinning her in a circle.
He then pulled her in close, with Odudu appearing visibly surprised.
'You're very flirtatious,' she said, as Rourke continued to hold her.
He appeared to look her up and down, complimenting her appearance and leaning back to glance at her bum.
Trying to stay professional, Odudu told him: 'Stop looking at me! It's time for you to get inside the house.'
She then physically turned him around by the shoulders and guided him towards the entrance.
But as Rourke paused to wave at the crowd, he attempted to drag Odudu into the house with him, prompting co-host Best to intervene and say: 'Don't take AJ with you!'
It was later brought up on Big Brother: Late & Live, with guest Alan Carr joking, 'Can we talk about Mickey Rourke looking at you? Wow his eyes.
'Find someone who looks at you like Mickey Rourke looks at you. His tongue was hanging out!'
Odudu responded lightheartedly, saying: 'You can't afford these feathers, Mickey!'

But the crowd reaction was less forgiving, with audible boos when the moment was mentioned.
The incident also didn't go unnoticed by the audience or ITV viewers who took to X, formerly Twitter to comment on his 'creepy' behaviour.
One wrote: 'Got to feel for AJ there, getting harassed live on tele trying to stay professional… Mickey first out hopefully.'
'I put money on Mickey Rourke getting kicked out within the next few days. How he treated AJ was totally unacceptable,' another claimed.
A third added: 'Everyone's joking about Mickey Rourke, and I get why, but I want to be serious for a second.
'No female TV presenter should be made to feel like AJ just did. He shouldn't have been allowed on this show if he can't control himself around women. I hated that ngl.'
Another viewer shared: 'Someone get some security for AJ from Mickey Rourke because what the hell was that????'
Others called his actions 'harassment', with one writing: ' Watching Mickey Rourke basically harass AJ is the most uncomfortable thing I've seen.'

Pink Floyd's Classic Albums Return To The Charts Together
Pink Floyd charts multiple albums this week in the U.K., with At Pompeii returning to No. 1 and The ... More Dark Side of the Moon back in the top 10. (MANDATORY CREDIT Koh Hasebe/) Pink Floyd live at Hakone Aphrodite, Kanagawa, August 6, 1971. (Photo by Koh Hasebe/) Quite a few legendary rock bands manage to remain on the charts in Western markets thanks to one compilation or a generation-defining successful album, but the number of acts able to do so with more than one collection at a time, on any consistent basis, is much smaller. Pink Floyd is included in that elite group. The pioneering rock outfit frequently places multiple releases on the rankings in the United Kingdom at the same time, and this frame is no exception to that trend. Several of the band's titles return in what has turned out to be a very busy moment for Pink Floyd in the country where the musicians who make up the act got their start. Two Pink Floyd classics rock their way onto one ranking apiece in the U.K. The Wall reenters the Official Rock & Metal Albums chart at No. 34, which is its sole placement this week. Wish You Were Here already appears on that tally, and this frame, it shoots up more than 10 spaces, jumping from No. 30 to No. 17. At the same time, it also reappears on the Official Albums Download chart, returning at No. 77. As is often the case, The Dark Side of the Moon remains Pink Floyd's most successful project in the U.K. — at least in terms of the number of rankings it can be found on. This frame, the classic collection rises on three tallies, even managing to reenter the Official Rock & Metal Albums chart's top 10, as it surges to No. 9. The only list where it slips slightly is the Official Albums Download chart — which is, interestingly, where Wish You Were Here reappears. Pink Floyd's most recent release, At Pompeii - MCMLXXII, is still doing very well a month into its run on the U.K. charts. The set gains ground on three tallies, returning to the top 20 on two of them and climbing back to the summit on the Official Rock & Metal Albums roster for another turn in the spotlight. Last week, the live effort sat in third place on the rock-only tally, but now it rockets back to the throne, earning its second stint at No. 1 in just the five frames it has spent somewhere on the genre-specific roster.

Love Island's Shea Mannings: His age, Instagram, job and more
The bombshells are officially bombshelling. Last night's Love Island [11 June] saw not one, but two new Islanders enter the Villa, ready to shake things up: introducing Shea Mannings and Remell Mullins. The pair entered the Villa towards the end of the episode and were given some alone time with the girls to quiz them on what was happening with their various connections. The boys then joined the group and they all played a number of cheeky dares. And while it's not 100 per cent clear who Shea is interested in yet, it's safe to say the whole of X [formerly known as Twitter] are either hoping he'll couple up with Alima, or they can keep him for themselves. So when you're over your thirsting for Shea (we understand it could take a while) then this is everything you need to know about the latest Islander. Shea is 25 years old. Shea is from Bristol. Shea's nine to five is working as a scaffolder. As mentioned on the show during 11th June's episode Shea also plays football semi-professionally. According to OK! it appears Shea's most recent team he played for were Swindon Supermarine FC, but he also played for these teams in teh past too: "Bristol Manor Farm, Roman Glass St George, Ashton & Backwell, Larkhall Athletic, Metropolitan Police, Paulton Rovers, and Melksham Town." Yes! Before heading into the Villa, Shea revealed he has a young son from a previous relationship, whom he will take into consideration when looking to date any of the women. "I have a little boy, so I'll be taking him into consideration with who I couple up with, too," he said. When it comes to coupling up Shea kept his cards very close to his chest during his first episode, however, ultimately he's said he's looking for a woman who is "bubbly and we need to have that initial spark. She needs to have a nice personality - like I think I have - so that we match together." He also mentioned as he's reached the age of 25 he's now looking to settle down and have a more serious relationship, "But I am ready again to look for something more serious. I'm 25 now, so I want to be settling down and have someone always by my side." Ok so despite only just stepping into the Love Island Villa, it appears this isn't Shea's first connection with the world of Love Island. Back in June 2022, Love Island's Ella Barnes liked a number of Shea's photos, however Ella hadn't yet at that time been on the show. She also liked one of photo carousels back in July 2023. And in 2021, last year's Uma Jammeh also liked one of Shea's pictures from when he was playing football. However, now neither of the women follower the Islander. If you want to see even more of Shea outside of Love Island then follow him on Instagram at the handle @ where he has just over 6,000 followers and regularly posts from his footie matches and from his holidays with his mates, which includes trips to Ibiza. And he's also on TikTok too. The Islander's handle is @shea_fit and he mainly posts football content and the odd working out advice video. Want even more Love Island gossip? Laurence Fox could face trial in 2027 over upskirting photo of TV star
Laurence Fox could face trial in 2027 over allegations he shared a compromising photo of TV star Narinder Kaur on social media. The actor-turned-activist is alleged to have shared a compromising image in a tweet posted in April 2024 of Kaur, 52, who appears regularly on Good Morning Britain and has previously appeared on GB News. Ms Kaur, who has waived her right to anonymity, sat in the public gallery at Woolwich Crown Court on Thursday as Fox, of Peldon in Essex, appeared charged with two counts under the Sexual Offences Act 2003. The 47-year-old defendant is accused of sharing a photograph of a person's genitals 'intending that the person or another person would see the genitals, and for the purpose of obtaining sexual gratification, and being reckless as to whether that person would be caused alarm, distress or humiliation' in the first count. The second count alleges he shared a photograph which showed, or appeared to show, 'another person in an intimate state, with the intention of causing that person alarm, distress or humiliation'. The court hearing on Thursday was listed for plea and trial preparation but Fox, who was wearing a white shirt and grey blazer with jeans, was not asked to enter any pleas. A provisional trial with a time estimate of four days was set for December 6 2027 at the same court, with Fox granted bail to appear for a further case management hearing on November 14 this year. Sarah Forshaw KC, defending, asked the court if it would be possible to look at whether other venues may be able to accommodate an earlier trial as 'December 2027 is a long way ahead'. The police previously said Fox had been 'charged with an offence contrary to section 66A of the Sexual Offences Act 2003' which 'relates to an image that was posted on a social media platform in April 2024'. Section 66A of the Sexual Offences Act relates to 'cyber flashing'. The charge, introduced in 2023, makes it an offence to intentionally share a sexual image of someone without consent, with the aim of causing alarm, distress, humiliation or for sexual gratification. Upskirting, taking pictures of people under their clothes without their permission, became a specific criminal offence in 2019. Offenders can face up to two years in jail and be placed on the sex offenders' register. Fox was fired from GB News in October 2023 after an on-air rant about journalist Ava Evans. He previously starred as James Hathaway in ITV's drama series Lewis.
