However, Scarlett then re-shared her video on Sunday where she encouraged others to not let their appearance or age stop them from doing what they love.
Alongside the clip, which sees her beaming with joy while dazzling in a neon green gown, Scarlett penned: 'I've said it once I'll say it a million times. DO NOT let your shape, size or age stop you from doing something that brings you joy.
'Don't let that silly inner sabotage voice tell you ya won't be able to do it. Don't tell yourself I'll do it when I'm thinner, when I'm fitter or when a,b or c happens. Do it now!'

'Honestly, no one is wilder on a night out than a mother, I used to be very mild and now I'm a stay-at-home mam I'm first on the dance floor and last off the karaoke.'
Alongside her sizzling shots, Scarlett shared a clip of her singing the night away during a fun karaoke session joined by one of her best friends.
She looked over the moon posing for a slew of hilarious selfies with her pals and later posed alongside two glamorous drag queens.

EastEnders star Ricky Champ's wife Sammy was rushed to hospital as she was left unable to speak and with swollen eyes just hours before they were due to go on family holiday. Sammy shares two children with the actor, who played Stuart Highway in the iconic soap from 2018 to 2022, and has been suffering from an ongoing health issue. And with just hours before she was supposed to meet her acting husband at Disney, she was left with swollen eyes and was forced to get medical help. In a Story shared to Instagram, Sammy shared a snap of her sore-looking eyes and her swollen lips as her skin broke out into hives. Alongside the post, she penned: 'What is the absolute one thing you don't need to happen the day before you fly to Disney when you need to go shopping/ pack/clean/do that's right, wake up with your lips so swollen you can't speak and eyes swollen shut so you're in A&E at 7am. 'One of the side effects of my gallstones and liver is severe hives all over my body every single morning that go away by bedtime then I wake up and it starts all over again. 'Something due to the toxins etc (still not considered urgent though, still been told need to wait a year + for an op).' After seeking medical advice, Sammy revealed her face had returned to normal and was no longer swollen ahead of their trip to France. Ricky was one of five cast members to be written out of EastEnders in 2022. 'In EastEnders I went from villain to hero to dad,' he told Digital Spy at the time of his exit. 'It was amazing, doing that for five years with a character's arc. It felt weird leaving him,' he admitted. Ricky hasn't ruled out a return to the soap someday, as he claimed that anything is possible. 'He didn't die. He rode off into the sunset. A senior surgeon appointed to tackle Northern Ireland's health waiting lists has said the delays are "nothing short of a national shame".The lists are at an all-time high with some specialities recording the highest number of patients and waits across the Mark Taylor acknowledged that it would be a "long-term challenge", but said he would work "tirelessly" with his health service colleagues to turn things Clinical Director for Elective Care, his appointment is the first time someone has been directly tasked with tackling the problem. Transformation to date includes:An orthopaedic hub at Musgrave Park Hospital, between 2021 and 2024, where more than 18,000 patients have been treatedDedicated Day Procedure Centres at Lagan Valley and Omagh Hospitals with according to DOH statistics approximately 17,905 patients treated across a range of specialtiesElective Overnight Stay Centres at Daisy Hill, Mater and South West Acute Hospitals, since 2023 over 18,277 patients have been treated across all three sitesTwo dedicated regional endoscopy centres within Lagan Valley and Omagh hospitals have treated 13,999 patientsSpeciality centres for cataracts at Down, South Tyrone and Mid Ulster Hospitals
