Brendan Fevola lists stunning five-bedroom Melbourne home for $4.5million

Daily Mail21 hours ago
Brendan Fevola and his wife Alex have listed their stylish Melbourne home on the market for $4.5m, four years after purchasing it.
The couple paid $3.1m for the Hampton home in 2021 and have spent the past four years extensively renovating it.
The exquisite property sits on a 1200sqm block of land and features five bedrooms and three bathrooms, a fully renovated kitchen, parquetry floors, and high ceilings.
The main bedroom upstairs comes with a walk-in wardrobe, luxe ensuite, sitting room, study area and balcony.
At the time of purchase, Fevola shared a social media post featuring himself and Alex outside the property, tagging their four children.
'New family home to make memories,' he wrote at the time.
Fredman real estate agent Sarah Korbel said its incredible design made the property perfect for families.
'I think what families are going to love is the number of bathrooms, bedrooms and that there are three separate living zones,' she told Realestate.com.au.
'There's nothing left to do in the property – if someone wanted to do some further landscaping and put a pool in they could, but it's just perfect for a large family.'
The home is set back from the road with established plants and trees and features a large backyard perfect for entertaining guests.
It is close to a variety of amenities, including a shopping centre, public transport, shops, several schools and the beach.
Expressions of interest for the property will close at 5pm on Monday, September 1.
Brendan and Alex purchased the property in 2021.
The pair confirmed the sale on Instagram, and said the period Edwardian home was the perfect place for their family to 'make memories'.
Fevola said his young daughter Tobi quickly decided which room would be hers during their inspection.
Their little girl's enthusiasm was apparently what sealed the deal for him and Alex.
'When we walked in, Tobi said, "This is my room." That did it for us,' Brendan said.
The pair are proud parents to four daughters, Leni, 16, Lulu, 12, Tobi, six, and Mia, 25, Alex's daughter from a previous relationship.
He has co-hosted the top-rating Fox Melbourne breakfast show Fifi, Fev and Nick since April 2016.

Inside Sydney Sweeney's wild boozy night out as she continues to blow off American Eagle controversy

Sydney Sweeney had a boozy night out with friends and she shared the photos from the wild experience on Instagram. The event took place inside a crowded venue as the Euphoria actress held up a tray of shots to hand out to her pals. The movie star had her blonde hair down with a fresh tropical tan as she smiled from ear to ear. She was also seen with a microphone on a stage. Hollywood's latest 'it' girl wore a farm-girl style white cotton crop top that flashed her toned tummy as she added oversized blue denim jeans and white sneakers. She was surrounded by hot men and pretty friends who were dressed to party the night away. 'Duval diaries,' was all the star wrote in her Instagram caption. Sweeney split from her fiancé, Jonathan Davino, eight months ago after they started dating in 2018 and got engaged in 2022. This comes on the heels of Sweeney's American Eagle drama. The A-list actress is the face of the label's autumn advertising rollout, which has the tagline, 'Sydney Sweeney Has Great Jeans.' American Eagle said the actress did nothing wrong with their ads after they were branded 'Nazi propaganda' by woke critics. Some saw her 'great jeans' campaign to be a remark on her genetic background which is mixed European ancestry; she grew up in rural Idaho. The phrase 'great genes' is 'historically used to celebrate whiteness, thinness and attractiveness,' which it said made 'this campaign seem to be a tone-deaf marketing move,' a Salon report on the backlash read. Others found the link 'ridiculous' and thought the ads were just fine. '"Sydney Sweeney Has Great Jeans" is and always was about the jeans,' the company said on Instagram. 'Her jeans. her story,' it was added. 'We'll continue to celebrate how everyone wears their AE jeans with confidence, their way. Great jeans look good on everyone.' In a series of images, the Spokane, Washington-born beauty - who is set to play boxer Christy Martin in an upcoming biopic - is seen modeling a variety of denim-based ensembles. In an accompanying video, Sydney is seen buttoning up her jeans as she muses: 'Genes are passed down from parents to offspring, often determining traits like hair colour, personality and even eye colour... my genes are blue'. A second advert sees the camera pan down Sydney's chest as she models a plunging denim jumpsuit. She muses: 'My body's composition is determined by my genes...' before exclaiming: 'Hey, eyes up here' as the camera cuts back to her face. The advert has divided fans, however, with one critic calling the clip 'one of the loudest and most obvious racialized dog whistles we've seen and heard in a while.' Taking to social media, many expressed their shock at messaging, which they aligned to Nazi propaganda. Outraged fans penned: 'So Sydney (& American Eagle) somehow expect audiences to not interpret this visual as a euphemism for eugenics and white supremacy?' Some saw her 'great jeans' campaign to be a remark on her genetic background which is mixed European ancestry; she grew up in rural Idaho 'The Sydney Sweeney American Eagle ad campaign is just modern day Nazi propaganda. Like it's wild how blatant it is. Things are weird right now, man.'; 'the most nazi part of the Sydney sweeney add for me was the use of the word offspring'; ''Jeans (Genes) are past down from parent to offspring' 'My jeans (genes) are blue' 'Sydney Sweeney has great jeans (genes)' Nothing is ever a coincidence, this is eugenics'; TikTok named Angie under the handle @vital_media_marketing then reviewed the ad and pointed out what she felt were problematic elements with the underlying message. Angie said: 'As it's panning up her body and on her face and her features, she's literally talking about her family tree and the genetics that have been handed down to her, her blonde hair and her blue eyes, and how great they are.' Many people panned the tone of the ad campaign on American Eagle's Instagram page, as one user quipped, It's giving "Subtle 1930's Germany."' Yet many were quick to defend Sydney, branding the backlash 'unhinged'. They shared on X/Twitter: 'I'm not sure how to say this nicely but if you think a jeans ad with a pun about Sydney Sweeney being pretty is a nazi dogwhistle you genuinely need to put the phone down for a while.'; 'everyone is seriously reading too much into this and y'all need to go take a hike or something because sydney sweeney is literally just promoting jeans, not 'nazi propaganda''; 'The claim that Sydney Sweeney's American Eagle ad is pro-eugenics because of a 'good genes/jeans' pun is genuinely unhinged. It's a denim campaign, not a manifesto. Not every blonde with blue eyes is a Nazi. Some of you need a history book — and a nap'; 'You guys don't have to like Sydney Sweeney or the ways she promotes herself but don't you think comparing those Jean commercials to nazi propaganda is a tad extreme?' Sweeney said in a July 23 news release about the fall campaign: 'There is something so effortless about American Eagle.' She said of the clothier: 'It's the perfect balance of being put-together but still feeling like yourself.'

Adriana Lima puts Brentwood mansion on the market for nearly $16M (complete with AI enhanced security system!)

Adriana Lima has put her truly high-tech mansion on the market for nearly $16 million. Just three years after purchasing the home, the catwalk queen and her film producer husband Andre Lemmers, both 44, are now moving on from the luxurious mansion - which boasts the type of security a celebrity such as Adriana can appreciate. The home is protected by laser beams that encircle the property and a security system enhanced by artificial intelligence, according to the Wall Street Journal. 'The property has AI-powered cameras that instantly recognize unfamiliar faces and can alert a live security team within seconds,' the listing's agent, Paul Salazar of Compass, told the New York Post. The protection also includes 24/7 armed patrol service, automated perimeter alerts after hours, and even drawers in the primary suite that are secured via key-card access. Adriana and her husband are now relinquishing the home, located in the Los Angeles neighborhood of Brentwood and listed for $15,995,000, due to their limited time in the area. 'Too much of our personal time was taken away by being on the other side of the country and longer travels,' they told The Wall Street Journal, who first reported the sale, via email. The home has various luxurious amenities a celebrity could want and more - a primary suite decked out with fireplace and terrace, a resort-style backyard with pool, and a state-of-the-art home theater with more than $100k in concealed AV equipment and 'acoustically transparent finishes', according to the listing. As far as the basics, the property contains seven bathrooms and a total of eight bedrooms (which includes the detached guest house). A multi-purpose space in the home can also be used as an office, den, or nursery. For the car aficionado, the home has a two-vehicle garage along with a gated parking that can hold four more automobiles. Outside in the backyard, the future homeowner can entertain friends and family by the fire pit while whipping up something special at the outdoor kitchen. Home cooks will also appreciate the kitchen. The home contains a discreet chef's kitchen, where an 8-burner Wolf range, Miele fridge and freezer, and walk-in pantry can be found. Bottles of vino can also be stored in a climate controlled wine rack. And for those who love the custom furniture and collectible lighting fixtures currently on display - those can also be purchased. 'High-end buyers at this price point, they're willing to pay a premium to not go through the process of picking out furniture,' Paul told WSJ. The sale comes less than a year after Adriana and Andre announced they had said 'I do.' Adriana revealed she had married her partner Andre just before Christmas 2024, announcing the happy news on Instagram with a snap of her jaw-dropping rings. The model captioned the snap: 'Officially Mrs Lima Lemmers AKA Limers [ring emoji and bride emoji].' Andre is a film producer and unlike Adriana he does not have a presence on social media. He has been the CEO of MiLu Entertainment since 2014 and he is also a partner at Hollywood Gang Productions. The pair began dating at the start of 2021, before making their red carpet debut as a couple at Venice Film Festival that year. They then welcomed their first child together in August 2022, a baby boy called Cyan Lima Lemmers. A source close to the couple told People at the time that their son's name was 'inspired by the beautiful colors of the water across the globe in destinations like the Maldives, Bahamas, and Bora Bora. The Victoria's Secret alum and her husband announced they had wed in late 2024 'Cyan is the color between green and blue in the color spectrum.' They added the 'baby already has mummy's lips and eyes' adding that 'mum and baby are at home and healthy.' This is her third child as she already shares two daughters - Valentina, 15, and Sienna, 12 - with ex-husband and Serbian basketball player Marko Jaric, who she split from in 2014.
