The Diamondbacks took a 2-0 lead with runs in the first and second innings, and Colorado got to Gallen in the third. Ritter doubled to left and scored on Freeman's two-out single to make it 2-1, but Arizona expanded its lead in the fourth.
Grichuk led off with a triple, Tawa walked and Vargas singled to left to drive in Grichuk. One out later Marte homered, his 13th of the season.

While Boston improved to 3-1 since the deal, the Giants lost for the third time in four games, with Devers going 0-for-5 in the opener of a three-game series. After pitching five hitless innings before cramps cut his major league debut short on June 12, the 23-year-old was perfect through six innings in his second start before the Twins finally dinged him for two runs in the seventh. He left with two runs allowed on one hit in six innings, and he walked one and struck out six. Rangers 6, Pirates 2 Adolis Garcia had three hits, including a home run, drove in two runs and made two great diving catches in right field to help Texas beat host Pittsburgh. He struck out five without walking a batter as Miami ended a two-game losing streak. Urias allowed the Orioles to regain the lead when he hit a full-count fastball off Luke Weaver (1-2). Pinch hitter Gunnar Henderson added an RBI single off Tim Hill later in the eighth. The Yankees lost for the seventh time in eight games and wasted a big night from Aaron Judge, who hit a solo homer for a 3-2 lead, collected three hits and ended the night with a .371 average. Phillies 10, Mets 2 Trea Turner's RBI double snapped a tie and sparked a six-run seventh inning for Philadelphia, which completed its surge into first place in the National League East by beating reeling New York. Royals 6, Padres 5 Salvador Perez's RBI single snapped a tie in the eighth inning as visiting Kansas City stopped San Diego. United States temperatures will serve England players well ahead of World Cup, Harry Kane insists prior to weather that could cause extreme heat risks
Harry Kane insists that he isn't concerned by the extreme hot weather in America and that the England players at the Club World Cup can only benefit from the experience, ahead of the World Cup next summer which will be co-hosted by the United States, Canada and Mexico. 'I'm not concerned. It's part and parcel of football. You have to be able to adapt. It's a great experience for me and some of the other England guys who are playing this year and who will be playing next summer,' Kane told Mail Sport. 'There's always something special about these World Cup games and next year will be the same. 'When you come off that pitch and you're sweating and you're dripping and you're cramping and you've given everything out there, there's a special feeling inside, especially when you win,' he added. Kane scored as Bayern Munich beat Boca Juniors in Miami to confirm qualification for the knockouts, with Michael Olise getting a late winner for Vincent Kompany 's side after Miguel Merentiel had equalised for Boca. Temperatures were around 30 degrees in Miami on Friday and a heatwave is expected next week, with Campaign group Fossil Free Football saying that 10 Club World Cup matches are due to be played in the next week with either a major or extreme heat risk, as temperatures could reach 41C. But the England captain stressed that he and his team-mates will use this tournament as a learning curve, as they look to succeed next year under Thomas Tuchel. 'We (the players) are not in touch with each other right now but it's something we'll talk about at upcoming camps - how we all adapted to it and what training methods we used,' said Kane. 'All of this is good experience because it's going to be tough next summer without a doubt. And we have to use our experiences as an advantage,' the Bayern Munich striker added. Tuchel was watching on in Miami and said last month that he expects his players to 'suffer' next summer. There have been warnings that temperatures at 14 of the 16 stadiums being used for the 2026 World Cup could exceed 'potentially dangerous levels' during the tournament. 'It is important to see matches now in America, and in Miami at three in the afternoon,' said Tuchel. 'I will see that. And how it looks and we need to understand how to cool the players down, to drink and what our options are. I have done pre-season there in Orlando and I will be very surprised if we do not suffer. Suffering is one of the headlines for this World Cup,' the England boss added.

Bayern Munich vs Boca Juniors predictions, odds and betting tips
BAYERN MUNICH will look to secure a spot in the Round of 16 when they face South American giants Boca Juniors at the Hard Rock Stadium. Vincent Kompany's side opened their campaign in emphatic fashion, thrashing Auckland City 10-0. Meanwhile, Boca were held to a 2-2 draw against Benfica in their Group C opener. 🔥 Bayern Munich vs Boca Juniors betting tips Waiting for the match to start? 📺 Keep up the live action with bet365 live casino! 👇 Bayern Munich vs Boca Juniors predictions Find the latest football betting odds for Bayern Munich vs Boca Juniors here. Our odds are provided by our recommended football betting sites and are subject to change. Bayern Munich vs Boca Juniors predictions Bayern Munich kicked off their 2025 FIFA Club World Cup campaign in ruthless fashion, dismantling New Zealand part-timers Auckland City with a 10-0 thrashing. The Germans raced to a 6-0 lead by half-time, before a 17-minute hat-trick from Jamal Musiala and a second goal from Thomas Müller capped off a dominant display. After such a one-sided opener, Bayern are unlikely to make many changes for their second fixture. However, with Boca Juniors expected to pose a more physical challenge, Dayot Upamecano could be brought in to beef up the backline. Bayern are heavy favourites to progress in the competition. The Bavarians are priced at 1/5 to win the group and 1/16 to qualify for the Round of 16. The two-time Club World Cup champions are 6/1 to lift the trophy for a third time. Things were far less straightforward for Boca Juniors in their FIFA Club World Cup opener. The Argentines surged into a 2-0 lead against Benfica inside 27 minutes, courtesy of goals from Miguel Merentiel and Rodrigo Battaglia. But they couldn't hold on for the three points. First, Ángel Di María pulled one back with a stoppage-time penalty at the end of the first half. And with the final whistle in sight, Nicolás Otamendi completed the comeback with an 84th-minute equaliser. The Blue and Gold will be forced into changes after red cards for Jorge Figal and Ander Herrera against the Eagles. Former Manchester United midfielder Herrara had already been substituted due to injury before being sent off from the bench - so he may not have been available regardless. Boca are priced at 8/1 to win the group and 11/10 to reach the Round of 16. The one-time finalists are 80/1 outsiders to win the Club World Cup for the first time. Bayern Munich vs Boca Juniors betting tips Both teams head into this clash under very different circumstances. Bayern's firepower and depth make them clear favourites, but Boca's resilience and physical edge could pose problems if the Germans aren't at their best. Our Bayern vs Boca betting tips follow: Bayern to win and both teams to score Bayern are heavy favourites at just 1/6 in the match result market, so to unlock better value, we'll need to pair that with an additional outcome. While Boca Juniors aren't known for their attacking firepower, they've managed to score in 11 of their last 14 matches - including twice against Benfica. The Argentines will likely aim to keep things compact against the Bavarians, but with Bayern's high defensive line and expansive attacking style, Boca should have a decent chance of finding the net. We're also confident that Vincent Kompany's side will go on to win the match - so we're happy to back this, along with both teams to score. ➡️ Bayern to score in both halves Bayern netted six goals in the first half and four more in the second against Auckland City. Admittedly, that fixture was a clear mismatch, but the Bavarians have been in strong goalscoring form of late - scoring at least twice in 11 of their last 12 Bundesliga outings, and at least three times in eight of those matches. With Boca likely to make things difficult, Bayern may have to grind out a result, and we can see them needing to score in both halves to overcome their stubborn opponents. Michael Olise to score anytime Michael Olise has quickly grown in stature since making the move from London to Munich. The former Crystal Palace man clearly has the trust of head coach Vincent Kompany, and that faith has been repaid with a series of standout performances from the 23-year-old. Olise enjoyed an impressive debut Bundesliga season, registering 12 goals and 15 assists. He followed that up with two goals and two assists in Bayern's emphatic 10-0 win over Auckland City. We expect Olise to continue his fine form with another goal against Boca Juniors. 📺 How to watch Bayern Munich vs Boca Juniors Location: Hard Rock Stadium, Miami Gardens, Florida.
