The movie is currently in the post-production stage. The screenplay of the film is co-written by Tinto, Routledge and Matt Hookings, reported Variety.
This upcoming movie appears to be another rebound for the actor after he was acquitted of sexual charges in 2023, reported Variety.
Oscar-winning actor Kevin Spacey has been found not guilty of all charges following a four-week trial in London on allegations of sexual assault, as per CNN.
The jury at Southwark Crown Court found the 64-year-old Hollywood star not guilty of two counts of other serious sexual offences and seven counts of sexual assault.
He was in tears when the verdict was announced.
The allegations concerned Spacey's tenure as artistic director of the Old Vic theatre in the British capital from 2004 to 2013. He pleaded not guilty to all of the charges. After deliberation over three days, Spacey was found not guilty.
Since he was acquitted of all nine sexual offence charges in a U.K. criminal trial in 2023, Spacey has added a few -- mostly European -- credits to his name, including 'Control' and 'Peter Five Eight', reported Variety.

Snoop Dogg film to be directed by Craig Brewer

ANI Published 7 Jun 2025, 09:20 AM IST Washington DC [US], June 7 (ANI): Craig Brewer, known for helming such films as 'Hustle & Flow' and 'Dolemite Is My Name', is set to direct the biopic of Snoop Dogg. Universal Pictures has set Craig Brewer to film the definitive biography of Snoop Dogg's rise from hip-hop artist to renowned entertainment magnate. Brewer will contribute revisions to a script previously written by Joe Robert Cole. The film will be produced by Snoop Dogg, Brian Grazer and Death Row Pictures president Sara Ramaker. SVP Production Development Ryan Jones will oversee the project for the studio, reported Deadline. The Snoop Dogg film marks the first movie under Death Row Pictures' overall contract with NBCUniversal Entertainment & Studios. It is an offshoot of Death Row Records, the label that established Snoop Dogg's career and is now embarking on an ambitious new chapter with the expansion. The strategic shift strengthens the brand's reach beyond music, ushering in a new era of imaginative on-screen storytelling. Universal has found success in the historical hip hop space with the F. Gary Gray-directed Straight Outta Compton, the story of the seminal rap group N.W.A film that was nominated for a Best Screenplay Oscar and grossed more than USD 200 million. Before that came 8 Mile, which starred Eminem in a drama based on his life and rise. Grazer produced that film, which grossed USD 250 million and won an Original Song Oscar for "Lose Yourself." Death Row's upcoming slate of projects starts with the Snoop Dogg biopic. Beyond film, Snoop will return to NBC's musical competition series The Voice this fall, reclaiming his red chair for Season 28. On top of that, he will continue to partner with NBCUniversal on cross-portfolio opportunities; he was a breakout star on NBC and Peacock's coverage of the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris, reported Deadline. Hustle culture or harassment? Techie shares her traumatic experience at dream startup: 'Was gaslighted for 3 years'

Starting a career with a startup has become increasingly common among young graduates, promising rapid learning, diverse responsibilities, and the chance to be part of something from the ground up. But beneath this appealing exterior often lies a turbulent and unpredictable reality—one that blurs personal boundaries, disregards employee safety, and prizes image over integrity. In 2022, a fresh graduate took her first step into the corporate world, joining a high-profile Indian SaaS startup focused on identity verification. Backed by elite investors and founded by business school alumni, the company appeared to embody promise and prestige. However, the glitter faded quickly. Within weeks, she was subjected to disturbing acts of misconduct. A senior leader, much older and in a position of power, made a non-verbal demand for physical contact—an inappropriate and humiliating request. Just days later, at a company event, the same man assaulted her while she was intoxicated, physically picking her up and ignoring her repeated pleas to stop. The immediate aftermath was marked by disbelief and betrayal. Her attempt to seek help through the HR department resulted in shallow assurances but no real action. Despite being encouraged to file a formal complaint, fear held her back. New to the workforce and only 21, she didn't feel safe challenging the very people in control of her career. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like Elegant New Scooters For Seniors In 2024: The Prices May Surprise You Mobility Scooter | Search Ads Learn More Undo When she confronted the man who harassed her, he downplayed the incident with manipulative justifications and thinly veiled threats, suggesting he'd walked away from similar situations before. As she refused to stay silent, the retaliation began. Excluded from meetings, projects, and informal gatherings, she was systematically isolated and humiliated. The psychological toll deepened with each passing day. The hostile environment wasn't limited to a single incident or individual. Even her female reporting manager crossed boundaries by asking extremely personal and inappropriate questions during the first week. It was clear that workplace harassment had been normalized within the company's culture. This culture of manipulation and gaslighting chipped away at her mental and physical health. Frequent illnesses, anxiety, and emotional breakdowns became part of her daily life. Conversations felt like navigating a maze filled with hidden traps. She found herself alone in a place that publicly celebrated trust and safety. Ironically, the startup continued to build its brand around mental health awareness and inclusivity while silencing voices like hers. Senior leaders mocked women's safety laws behind closed doors. When she raised concerns with one of the co-founders, he offered only passive resignation, acknowledging the abuse while doing nothing to address it. Three years later, she still bears the scars—emotional, mental, and professional. Her confidence eroded, her personal life was disrupted, and her career was derailed before it truly began. While the startup continues to promote its polished image and attract investments, she's left grappling with lasting trauma. Her story is a stark reminder that "culture" is not built through slogans, TED Talks, or branding campaigns. It's revealed in how power is wielded when no one is watching—and in whether people feel safe when they speak up.

'Anora' star Mikey Madison was almost in Star Wars? Here's what we know

Mikey Madison Mikey Madison , the breakout sensation of 'Anora' is quickly becoming one of the most in-demand names in the film industry. With an Oscar under her belt and accolades like a BAFTA and Independent Spirit Award in her name, the 26-year-old actress is now a top contender for high-profile projects. But in an alternate timeline, Madison could have been headed not to the gritty streets of indie cinema but to the stars literally. As per a recent Hollywood Reporter interview, Madison was in serious consideration for a role in Shawn Levy 's upcoming project, which is also expected to star Ryan Gosling . While the casting never reached the final stages, sources revealed that discussions were indeed happening and the excitement around her potential involvement had been swirling for months within Hollywood circles. Levy and Lucasfilm's fresh take piqued Madison's interest Director Shawn Levy has been developing a new Star Wars installment with Lucasfilm since 2022. In a recent podcast appearance, Levy discussed his ambition to depart from the franchise's familiar tropes. 'I don't want to make a film that feels like a rerun,' he shared, hinting at a storyline that veers away from the timeline-heavy narratives fans have come to expect. That creative pivot seems to align perfectly with Madison's current artistic direction. After her breakthrough in 'Anora,' which debuted at the 2024 Cannes Film Festival, she has been carefully choosing roles that challenge the norm. Her interest in this galaxy spanning saga may have stemmed from that same desire to explore unexpected, genre-defying stories. From Tarantino to horror hits, Madison's choices have always surprised Before 'Anora' catapulted her into the spotlight, Madison already had notable roles in films like Quentin Tarantino's 'Once Upon a Time in Hollywood' and 2022's 'Scream 5.' Known for taking on unconventional, risk taking roles, her near miss with Star Wars adds another intriguing layer to her evolving career. She also considered a part in Alejandro Landes' Reptilia, a romantic fantasy involving a mermaid and a dental hygienist, according to The Hollywood Reporter. These varied choices prove Madison isn't afraid to venture into strange, bold territory, whether grounded in human emotion or set among the stars. Though the role didn't materialize, Madison's momentum shows no signs of slowing down. Check out our list of the latest Hindi , English , Tamil , Telugu , Malayalam , and Kannada movies .
