Actor Srikanth arrested in drug case, sent to Judicial custody till July 7

He was interrogated at the Nungambakkam Police Station for over nine hours. Police collected a blood sample from the actor during questioning. This was later tested positive for narcotic substances. This led to strengthening the case against him. Produced before magistrate, remanded till July 7 As per legal procedures, Srikanth was first taken for a medical examination at Kilpauk Medical College Hospital before being produced before Magistrate Dhayalan of the 14th Metropolitan Magistrate Court.
