Each question will carry one mark. Candidates must possess a graduation degree from a recognised university to be eligible for the recruitment examination, which means holding a graduate degree is mandatory. Additionally, as of August 1, 2025, the minimum age requirement for candidates is 21 years, while the maximum age limit is 37 years for unreserved category male candidates, 40 years for backward classes (both male and female) and unreserved category female candidates, and 42 years for SC/ST candidates (both male and female). The retirement age is 60 years. The commission has also warned that any discrepancies in the information provided by a candidate in the application forms for the preliminary and main examinations may lead to disqualification from the main examination. BPSC Assistant Branch Officer preliminary exam 2025 to be held on September 10
The Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has announced that the examination date for the preliminary competitive test for the post of Assistant Branch Officer under Advertisement No. 37/2025 is scheduled to be held on September 10, 2025, across designated centres in 11 districts of the state.
