Siblings Ragini and Rudraksh Dwivedi celebrate their unbreakable bond this Raksha Bandhan
For actress Ragini Dwivedi , Raksha Bandhan isn't just a one-day affair – it's a year-round celebration of the one person who truly gets her: her brother Rudraksh, a Mumbai-based celebrity fashion designer. 'Rudraksh was my first best friend, and he has always been the most important person in my life,' says Ragini. The feeling is mutual. 'Ragini has been my pillar of strength,' says Rudraksh. We sit down with the duo to talk about what makes their sibling bond so strong. Excerpts: 'WE ARE EACH OTHER'S CONSTANTS' Describing the bond she shares with her brother, Ragini says, 'I don't usually care much for other people's opinions, but when he speaks, I listen. He's the only one who can say whatever he wants. And actually get away with it!' Rudraksh adds, 'I'll tell her to her face if I think she's done something wrong. I'd much rather be honest with her than sit in a room where she's not around and listen to people talk behind her back. ' The duo comes from an Army background. This meant growing up, they were always moving from place to place. 'No matter where we went, having each other was a blessing. Plus, with just a 1.5-year age gap, we basically grew up side by side,' Ragini says. Rudraksh agrees, 'Through all the changes, Ragini has been my one constant.' by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like The Most Beautiful Female Athletes Right Now Undo Ragini sometimes acts like my second mom and other times like a small child — and I cherish every side of her equally – Rudraksh Dwivedi 'OUR PERSONALITIES ARE THE EXACT OPPOSITE' Ragini and Rudraksh prove that different personalities can create the strongest bonds.
