A plus sized model has hit back following the worst trolling experience of her life, after being mistaken for the girlfriend of a popular English soccer player.
Felicity Hayward, 37, was Britain's 'OG plus sized model' after being discovered by photographer Miles Aldridge in 2011. Recently, the influencer and activist shared a snap with Arsenal midfielder Declan Rice after attending an event for the football club and Adidas.
'Finishing a very fun day with the third kit house party with Declan Rice & @adidasuk,' Hayward captioned the images of the duo smiling arm in arm.
As a huge Arsenal fan, Hayward accepted the opportunity of a meet and greet that was being offered at the event and had her picture taken with Rice. She shared it to Instagram and within 12 hours it had gone viral for 'all the wrong reasons'.
Hayward said it culminated in the worst trolling she has ever experienced throughout her 14-year career as a model and content creator.

One man posted this comment: 'Model girlfriends and wives and my boy Decs is stuck with this. I feel for you my boy. Know your worth and leave no one is gonna blame you.'
Another said: 'Looks like his type … loves a fridge.'
Hayward was understandably stunned at the vitriol aimed at her, just like Rice's long term partner Lauren Fryer has experienced. Fryer, who has been with Rice since they were teenagers and have a three-year-old together, ended up having to delete her social media accounts in April last year due to continuous abuse about her appearance and claims Rice could 'do better'.
'There are hundreds of comments about my appearance and my weight — 95 per cent of them are utterly disgusting and they're coming from full grown men,' Hayward said.
She said the horrific trolls have wrongly made the assumption 'using their last brain cell' that she is Rice's partner Lauren Fryer.

'Now, Lauren is absolutely gorgeous and the issue isn't that people are suggesting I am her. It's about the fact that whether it is me or her in the image, they're using this opportunity to try and drag a woman down for her appearance,' she said.
'It's no wonder she left social media due to the amount of abuse that she got in the last couple of years.'
Hayward said football is supposed to be about community, and if men aren't complaining about how women look they are complaining about England's Lionesses — the female football team — winning the UEFA Women's EURO 2025 final.
'I am not Declan Rice's girlfriend. There is nothing wrong with my weight, or his long term partner Lauren's,' she said.
'Just keep your mouth shut babe.'

The abuse of Rice's actual partner Fryer appeared to begin in December 2023, when Rice was told that he 'could do better'. After five months of constant trolling, Fryer eventually wiped every photo from her account that boasted 70,000 followers. Love Island star Liberty Poole stepped in to defend Fryer, who is Rice's biggest supporter.
'I think she's beautiful this is crazy,' Poole wrote.
'What happened to celebrating different body types and embracing how we are all individually made.
'Beauty standards these days are unrealistic and everyone's gone mad because of social media.
'I'm going to keep preaching about it till I die. Time for change, this can't continue.'
These gross comments aren't solely a Premiere League problem. Earlier this year, North Melbourne AFL Player Toby Pink married his childhood sweetheart Chloe after eight years together.
However, when the newly married Mrs Pink shared her wedding photos, the comments were frankly vile.
Fryer had to delete her social media after being bullied about her appearance. Picture: Instagram
The comments on a celebratory article about their nuptials became about Mrs Pink's weight, to the point that AI summarised that the response was about 'beauty standards' rather than their wedding day.
It feels important to point out that the comments weren't just critical of Mrs Pink's weight. They were cruel, degrading and hateful. And they were appearing faster than anyone could delete them, or possibly manage the situation.
Someone called her a 'fridge,' another wrote, 'AFL player by day, pig hunter by night,' and one comment claimed she looked more like an AFL player than a bride.
It left the 25-year-old human resources worker in a flood of tears, as she is not a public figure in any capacity, except for the fact that it turned out the man she fell in love with was decent at kicking a ball. It wasn't the first time Mrs Pink had faced some of these comments. She'd received similar slurs after attending AFL's night of nights, the Brownlows. This was just a whole new level.
Mrs Pink, who is between a size 14 and 16, which is the average size of an Aussie woman, said perhaps the saddest part of the response to her wedding photos is that it was one of the few times she posted something online and didn't feel insecure about her weight.

Former royal staffer reveals ‘funny' Kate's cheeky private dig at William

Don't miss out on the headlines from Royals. Followed categories will be added to My News. IN LONDON Kate's cheeky jab at Prince William during a private moment while they were in the early phases of their relationship has been revealed. Former butler Grant Harrold, who worked for then-Prince Charles at Highgrove House from 2004 until 2011, opened up about his time with the couple ahead of the release of his memoir, The Royal Butler: My Remarkable Life of Royal Service, next week. 'I remember we were all sitting at the kitchen [bench], just chatting away, talking about getting older,' Harrold told 'William was directly across from me and Kate was to my side. I remember saying, 'I think the [worst] thing is when you get older is going grey and getting bald, from a man's point of view.'' At that remark, he recalled, 'Kate burst out laughing'. 'I hadn't realised what I'd said, and she burst out laughing, and William said, 'thanks, mate'. Because he'd started receding.' A laughing Kate then told Harrold: 'Well done, Grant.' Kate 'burst out laughing' over a reference to William's baldness. Picture: Bruce Adams-Kate is 'very funny', according to a former royal staffer. Picture:Of course, she'd later go on to become the Princess of Wales, but Harrold's first introduction to William's new girlfriend was a very low-key affair, with the prince calling her his 'friend' during the meeting. 'It was William's 'friend' – and she was lovely,' he recalled. 'She was very softly spoken, a beautiful smile, just a beautiful girl. The thing I liked about her was that whenever she'd come to Highgrove, she'd always come and say hello [to me] and not just disappear. 'She'd come into the kitchen and the pantries and the staffrooms, she was just lovely and at ease … You could talk about anything, and I loved that. You could joke with her and she was ever so funny.' The couple in 2008 after briefly splitting and then reuniting. Picture: AP William and Kate, having met while both attending St Andrews University, started dating in 2002 before briefly breaking up and later reuniting in 2007. The following year, Kate was invited to celebrate her future father-in-law's 60th birthday – joining a star-studded guest list which included actors, singers, and other VIPs. 'I remember as people were arriving in the marquee, there was beautiful Kate standing there on her own, and nobody was talking to her,' Harrold claimed. 'So myself and my friend went over and were chatting, because we didn't want her standing on her own … It seemed a shame.' Shortly afterwards, 'William appeared and then took over, and that's when it was very noticeable that they were together. The two of them walked away and sat down together.' Kate and William tied the knot in April 2011. Picture: John Stillwell/Pool/AFP Harrold also admitted he was relieved when the 'lovely' couple reunited, as he'd been 'worried' when they broke up. 'I liked the idea of this couple, because they were so nice [together],' he explained. 'I know it sounds silly but I couldn't imagine them being with somebody else, and because I'd got to know them, I just thought it would be sad. [Back then], I thought – she's the perfect future queen.' Thankfully, Harrold's hope that they'd end up together panned out. In October 2010, William proposed to his girlfriend in Kenya, with the happy pair announcing their engagement to the world the following month. William and Kate tied the knot in a lavish royal wedding at Westminster Abbey in April 2011, which was watched on by tens of millions of people all over the world. The couple is now parents to Prince George, 12, Princess Charlotte, 10, and Prince Louis, seven. * Grant Harrold's memoir, The Royal Butler: My Remarkable Life of Royal Service, will be available to buy in Australia from August 26. Jack White blasts 'orange grifter' Donald Trump

Jack White has branded Donald Trump an "orange grifter". The former White Stripes frontman was dismissed as a "washed-up, has-been loser" by White House communications director Steven Cheung on Wednesday (20.08.25) after he mocked the decor of the presidential residence since the 79-year-old businessman returned to office, and he's now offered a savage response, in which he accused the Commander-in-Chief of "masquerading as a human being" who has done little to improve people's lives. In a lengthy statement on Instagram, he wrote: "Here's my opinion, trump is masquerading as a human being. "He's masquerading as a christian, as a leader, as a person with actual empathy. He's been masquerading as a businessman for decades as nothing he's involved in has prospered except by using other people's money to find loophole after loophole and grift after grift... "I have 'ample time on (my) hands'? That orange grifter has spent more tax payer money cheating at golf than helping ANYONE in the country. Improve. Anything. "There is no progress with him, only smoke and mirrors and tax breaks for the ultra wealthy.' The Steady As She Goes hitmaker went on to brand Trump a 'conman', a 'low life fascist' and a 'professional golf cheat' before admitting he was proud to be ridiculed by the 'actual White House'. He wrote: 'Being insulted by the actual White House that this particular conman leads is like a badge of honor to me, because anyone who trump supports and likes is a villain who gives nothing to their fellow man, only takes what can benefit themselves. (sic)' He also ridiculed the fact he has frequently criticised the president in the past but this was the first time he had had a direct response. He wrote: "It was the f****** DECOR OF THE OVAL OFFICE remarks I made that got them to respond with insults. "How petty and pathetic and thin skinned could this administration get?" Jack's comments came in the wake of Steven hitting out at him for disrespecting "the splendor and significance" of the Oval Office. He said: "Jack White is a washed up, has-been loser posting drivel on social media because he clearly has ample time on his hands due to his stalled career. "It's apparent he's been masquerading as a real artist, because he fails to appreciate, and quite frankly disrespects, the splendor and significance of the Oval Office inside of 'The People's House.'" The row began when Jack shared a photo of Trump and Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelenskyy in the Oval Office earlier this week. He captioned the post: "Look at how disgusting trump has transformed the historic White House. It's now a vulgar, gold leafed and gaudy, professional wrestler's dressing room. Can't wait for the UFC match on the front lawn too, he's almost fully achieved the movie "Idiocracy". "Look at his disgusting taste, would you even buy a used car from this conman, let alone give him the nuclear codes? A gold plated trump bible would look perfect up on that mantle with a pair of trump shoes on either side wouldn't it? "What an embarrassment to American history. Also pictured in this photograph, a REAL leader of a nation in a black suit.(sic)" The 50-year-old musician previously expressed his outrage after Trump used the White Stripes' Seven Nation Army in a 2024 campaign video. He wrote at the time: "Don't even think about using my music you fascists. Law suit coming from my lawyers about this (to add to your 5 thousand others.)" And in 2023, he hit out at celebrities including Mark Wahberg and Mel Gibson for taking part in a meet-and-greet with the former Apprentice Star. He posted: "Anybody who 'normalizes' or treats this disgusting fascist, racist, con man, disgusting piece of s*** Trump with any level of respect is ALSO disgusting in my book.(sic)"

Kevin Bacon surprises Kyra Sedgwick with cows

Kevin Bacon bought Kyra Sedgwick two cows for her 60th birthday. The couple live on a farm in Connecticut and in honour of the actress' milestone celebration on Tuesday (19.08.25), the Footloose star brought home two calves named Tater and Tot to join their brood of goats, alpacas, pigs and ponies. Kevin shared a video on Instagram in which he surprised Kyra with her gift. In the clip, he was in the barn with the cows and said: "When the love of your life has a big birthday, sometimes it's important to think long and hard about something that she might really like, but she doesn't really need. So happy birthday!" The footage then cut to the Closer actress walking to the barn to meet the cows. She said: "I'm excited to see my birthday presents." Once she saw them, Kyra got down on her knees to greet her new bovine companions and said: "Oh my gosh! Hi, you beauties! It's so nice to meet you. "Look at how handsome you are. Look at how beautiful you are!" The next part of the video showed the couple feeding the cows together, before it ended with Kyra hugging the creatures. Kevin, 67, captioned the video: "A milestone birthday could only call for two things... Meet Tater + Tot! Happy birthday, @kyrasedgwickofficial you deserve the world, and more. I love you! (sic)" The couple often share videos from their life on the farm, with Kevin's clips of him singing to their goats proving a particular hit with fans. But the City on a Hill actor previously admitted he had "no idea" the clips would be so popular, and he only began them for his own pleasure. He told Entertainment Tonight: "Goat Songs is immensely popular and I had no idea it would be. "During the pandemic there have been some impulsive moves and mine was to get some tiny miniature goats for Kyra as an anniversary present. And I kind of discovered…that I find it very relaxing hanging out with them. Sometimes I'll go down and bring an instrument and they don't hate it. "So I started playing songs and then I said, 'Well I'll just play songs to the goats.' And then someone came up with the idea of actually asking people if they had any suggestion for the songs the goats might like, and people made silly jokes like, 'You can goat your own way' or one of them was, 'You gotta do some New Kids on the Block.' "So I did a New Kids on the Block song and I got a message on Instagram from A.J. from the Backstreet Boys who said, 'You gotta do a Backstreet Boys song if you're going to do a New Kids song.' "So that was the latest one we put up was a song with the Backstreet Boys. It was with me and our alpacas in this case, the menagerie sort of expanded and goats." As promised, Kevin sang 'I Want It That Way' to his alpacas but perhaps he chose not to subject the goats to the track because they seem to have edgier musical taste as he revealed they have enjoyed Creep by Radiohead more than any of his other covers. He said: "The funny thing is, there's that weird sort of like guitar thing…I only have my acoustic [guitar]. In the Radiohead song it's like a big huge electric thing, and I did like a (sound) and both the goats were like, what? And one of them ran, the other one turned and was like, 'What was that?' "They're great animals, they're all filled with love."
