David Duchovny gets married
The 'X Files' actor and his partner Monique Pendleberry - who he has been in a relationship with for almost six years - were spotted in Malibu on Tuesday (20.05.25) wearing rings on their wedding fingers, and insiders have now confirmed to Us Weekly that the pair have tied the knot.
The 64-year-old star - who has West, 26, and Kyd, 22, with ex-wife Tea Leoni - began dating Monique, 31, in 2017 but they have made very few public appearances together over the years.
The 'Californication' star previously told how his 2014 divorce from Tea, 59, made him "more empathetic and humble".
He told The Times about the emotional fallout he was hit by following the split: 'That darkness does deepen you. It makes you more empathetic and humble.'
David also opened up about how people are constantly trying to work out if his role as womaniser Hank Moody in 'Californication' was linked to him checking into rehab for sex addiction in 2008.
He said when asked if the role was a case of art imitating life: 'People never tire of trying to figure that out.
'But to me, that's not what acting is about. I don't look for things that are mirroring my life in any way.'
The 'Fail Better' podcaster has also confessed to feeling "inadequate" as a father because he was always working so much.
He told People magazine last year: 'Maybe I was a good parent, because my kids are great people, and they probably want to think of me as a good parent, too.
'They don't want to think of me as a failure. I'm sure I've done bad things, I'm sure I've made mistakes, but we all have. So, I try and give myself more of a break.
However, he noted it was 'also cool to model a person who's engaged with their life for a kid.'
He added: 'It might not be the best thing to just devote your entire existence to your kid either, so it could go either way.
'I don't have access to the other road that could have been traveled. I just have the one that I did travel, so certainly not a perfect parent, but I love my kids. I love my kids so, so much.'

Paris Jackson splits from fiance
Paris Jackson has split from her fiance. The 27-year-old singer - who is the daughter of the late Michael Jackson and Debbie Rowe - revealed in December she had got engaged to Justin Long in December after two years of dating but she's now announced she and the producer have gone their separate ways. Paris commented on a post on X from the Daily Mail last week, which had shared pictures of her in tears as she walked alone, linking her emotion to the anniversary of her father's death. She wrote: "those are breakup tears. y'all are fkn reaching again (sic)" And People magazine later confirmed that Paris and Justin have ended their engagement. The Hit Your Knees singer announced her engagement in December, admitting she "couldn't dream of anyone more perfect" as a partner. She wrote in a new-deleted post: '"happy birthday my sweet blue. doing life with you these last years has been an indescribable whirlwind and i couldn't dream of anyone more perfect for me to do it all with. thank you for letting me be yours. i love you.(sic)". Only a few weeks ago Paris revealed she was in the midst of planning her wedding and confirmed a date had been set for the big day. She told Access Hollywood: "The dress is being made, the venue has been picked and the date has been picked by an astrologer, because I'm from LA. I'm all about the crystals and the astrologer, and all that stuff.' The One Spoon of Chocolate actress admitted earlier this year she was "terrified" of getting married, but was confident she had made the "right choice". She told Entertainment Tonight: "It's terrifying, it's terrifying! I don't know, it's a big leap. It's exciting and it's thrilling and it's a big step and I know that I'm making the right choice, which is a good feeling. "I just picked a wedding planner, he's super nice. He's absolutely wonderful, we're working on venues and dresses. I can't say [much about the dress]." Paris has previously been linked to the likes of Cara Delevigne and recently admitted that she always thought she would end up marrying a woman. She said: "[I] thought I'd end up marrying a chick. I've dated more women than men. Been with more chicks."

Blake Lively accused of harassment and intimidation
Blake Lively has been accused of trying to "harass and intimidate" a YouTuber. Content creator Lauren Neidigh, who posts under the username LethalLauren904 has sought a protective order against the former Gossip Girl star after the 37-year-old actress attempted to subpoena her as part of her legal battle with It Ends With Us co-star and director Justin Baldoni, who she is suing for sexual harassment and retaliation. Lauren slammed the subpoenas that Blake's team had sent to Google and X in an attempt to gain information, even though the one against her had been dropped, Us Weekly reports. The YouTuber claimed she had tried to speak to Blake's lawyers but they were "largely unresponsive" and could not explain why her banking information was relevant to the case. She wrote in a letter to the judge: '[Lively's] Subpoena targeted creators who have expressed unfavourable opinions about her online. The Subpoena was not supported by any evidence. "It served to intimidate, harass, chill constitutionally protected free speech, and threaten the safety and privacy of non-parties who are not involved in this litigation." And though the Another Simple Favor star had dropped the subpoena, she left it open-ended, meaning it could still be reissued in the future, which Lauren argued placed 'an undue burden on [her] and [served] to harass and intimidate [her] for her lawful expression of her unfavorable opinions of [Lively] online." The content creator requested a protective order prohibiting Blake from issuing any further subpoenas for her information due to the "ongoing threat" of "further abusive discovery requests" down the line, which she argued were designed to "intimidate" her for her "lawful expression". She also asked for sanctions. The subpoenas had sought information on the accounts of several content creators, including financial detail on some of them, with Lauren, Kassidy O'Connell and others opposing the legal demands, insisting Blake had no authority to obtain their private information. At the time, the actress' representative insisted the requests were not 'accusations of wrongdoing' but simply 'tools for gathering admissible evidence in federal court.' The spokesperson added: 'There is no silencing of content creators, they are obviously making their views known. This is a sexual harassment and retaliation lawsuit against Justin Baldoni and a number of other Wayfarer defendants and we are simply seeking information to aid in our fact gathering. 'Remember [Baldoni's crisis PR rep's] own words: to shield Justin Baldoni from the possibility that Blake Lively might publicly reveal he sexually harassed her and others, [Baldoni's rep] planned an 'untraceable' media campaign designed to 'bury' Ms. Lively. "The subpoenas to social media companies are one piece of the puzzle to connect the evidentiary dots of a campaign that was designed to leave no fingerprints.' Days later, the investigation into Lauren, Kassidy, and a third social media star was dropped but Blake is still in the process of gathering information on other content creators who had spoken about her and Justin, who she has alleged arranged a smear campaign in retailiation for her complaining about his conduct on the set of It Ends With Us. Justin has denied the allegations against him.

Aaron Phypers accuses Denise Richards of trying to 'damage his reputation'
Aaron Phypers has accused Denise Richards of assaulting him. The 52-year-old actor has rubbished the recent allegations made by his estranged wife, who has accused him of being unfaithful and of stealing her laptop. Aaron told Us Weekly: "I absolutely deny the false allegations that I violated the restraining order or stole Denise's laptop or cell phones. "These claims are not only untrue — they are being weaponised to damage my reputation and distract from the truth. "In reality, Denise took my phone without consent, physically assaulted me when I tried to retrieve it, and later I discovered it smashed and hidden in a black trash bag inside the recycling bin. "That phone was my personal property, and it contained years of private memories, messages, and evidence of our life together. Let me be very clear: all photos, videos, and communications she is referring to originated from my phone — which I lawfully own. "Nothing was stolen or hacked. We were a married couple who shared everything — phones, iPads, laptops. Denise often insisted on transparency between us and even asked me, in both verbal and written messages, to check her phone to rebuild trust after I discovered her affair in early April." Aaron has accused his estranged wife of cheating on him with Rudy Reyes. The actor cite Denise's "ongoing infidelity" as the reason for their acrimonious separation. He said: "The betrayal of discovering that she continued her relationship with Rudy Reyes - while asking me to stay and fix the marriage - was heartbreaking. I filed for divorce on July 7 due to her ongoing infidelity." Despite this, Aaron insists that he has "nothing to hide" and that "everything being claimed can be disproven". The actor - who has been married to Denise since 2018 - explained: "I have nothing to hide. Her legal team's efforts to twist the narrative and create false evidence are deeply unethical and will have serious consequences. "Everything being claimed can be disproven. And I trust that the truth will come to light."
