During the June 25, 2025, episode of the podcast of 'The Adam Carolla Show,' Baldwin said, 'I'm blessed that my two daughters married two great guys.' He also reflected on his parenting style, explaining that he's always encouraged independence, saying, 'I let my kids do what they're doing, and if they want to throw a boomerang at me, I'll call them back.'
Baldwin's comments come at a time when Hailey and Justin's marriage has been under public scrutiny, with rumours of tension and emotional strain circulating online.

Baldwin also praised Hailey's entrepreneurial success, particularly her billion-dollar sale of 'Rhode Skin' to 'e.l.f. Beauty.' He also revealed that Hailey had previously turned down a major cosmetics deal to build her brand from the ground up, saying, 'She actually had an offer to do something pretty big and cool in cosmetics a couple years ago and didn't.
