At first glance, all the fans, including Halsey's fiancé, Avan Jogia, appeared obsessed with their photos.
But where there is fun and body positivity, there are always haters.
On their X account, Halsey shared, "I can't believe how angry everyone is that I wore a push up bra. Damn I really still got it like that."

When an X user asked, "Wait who's angry? The straights?" Halsey responded, "The body cops."
Whether it's her very revealing cameo in the 2024 film Maxxxine...

‘With Love, Meghan' Season 2 trailer drops on heels of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's humiliating Netflix deal

Meghan Markle released the trailer for Season 2 of 'With Love, Meghan' just a day after Page Six exclusively revealed the duchess and her husband, Prince Harry, cut a much cheaper deal with Netflix. The royal couple's initial $100 million contract with the streamer was scrapped in July, but the Sussexes re-signed with a follow-up deal that an insider admitted to us was 'not much.' 'It's no risk for Netflix but saves them both reputationally,' the source added. However, Markle appeared unfazed by the financial loss, as she happily promoted her new trailer via Instagram Tuesday, writing, 'The best moments are made to be shared With Love, Meghan returns August 26th on @netflix.' The sneak peek features the Duchess of Sussex, 44, once again inviting celebrity pals into a rental home near her actual house in Montecito, Calif., that serves as the set for her lifestyle show. Chrissy Teigen, a controversial figure whose alleged 'bullying' was exposed in 2022, is among the high profile guests who will appear in the new season. However, the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model, 39, is well-versed in the lifestyle space herself as she has published cookbooks and released cookware. Podcaster Jay Shetty and his wife, Radhi Devlukia, are other notable names, along with Chef José Andrés, who previously praised Markle and her show. The 'Yes, Chef!' star and the Sussexes have teamed up together in the past, with the royals joining the celebrity chef's philanthropic efforts for the victims of the Los Angeles fires in January. Markle and Andrés, 56, shared an adorable moment in the clip, when the 'Suits' alum reveals that Harry, 40, 'doesn't like lobster,' and the chef jokes in response, 'And you married him?' Markle adds in a voiceover in the trailer, 'I love the idea of spending time together and finding new ways to show people you care.' She then encourages her viewers, 'Let's get creative and learn something new. I love these moments of discovery and beauty, so let's be curious together.' Although Season 1 was met with some backlash from critics, the show also resonated with many fans who took to TikTok to recreate meals with the duchess' signature 'flower sprinkles' and other cute ideas. Netflix announced the Season 2 renewal in March, with Markle writing via Instagram at the time, 'Lettuce romaine calm … or not (!) because I'm so thrilled to share that Season 2 of 'With Love, Meghan' is coming!' Mastodon's ex-guitarist blasts former bandmates. ‘They sound absolutely horrible.'

Months have gone by since they parted ways, but tensions haven't thawed between former guitarist/vocalist Brent Hinds and his former Mastodon bandmates. Not even in the slightest (in Hinds's case). In March, the metal band made an unexpected announcement that they would be parting ways with Hinds after 25 years. Details as to what led up to the split have been scarce, but guitarist Bill Kelliher gave a brief statement to Guitar World as to what happened from his perspective. 'Like a marriage, sometimes people grow apart, and they get interested in other things,' Kelliher stated. 'We wish nothing but the best for Brent in chasing his dreams.' Since then, Mastodon has been playing with guitarist Nick Johnston. As time has gone on, Hinds's anger towards his former bandmates has seemed to be growing. A comment Hinds left on the Mastodon subreddit has grabbed a lot of the fandom's attention. The guitarist responded in a long comment in response to a 2012 live video of his performance of a guitar solo for the song 'Crack The Skye. ' Not sure if this was posted yet, but saw this on a post Brent was tagged in. by u/Lippersickendog1 in mastodonband 'My Guitar sounds great, but Troy [Sanders] and prawn [a name for drummer [Brann Dailor] sound absolutely horrible,' Hinds wrote. '..they are way out of key ..embarrassing and they kicked me out of the band for embarrassing them for being who I am ..but what about who they are ?' He went on to write, 'I've never seen anyone in my life look in the mirror more than Troy Sanders. He thinks he's God's gift to anything. I've never met three people that were so full of themselves. It's disgusting.' These sentiments echo what Hinds said on Instagram in June, when he stated, 'I [won't] miss being in a s--- band with horrible humans.' Speed dating gives New Orleans singles a way to meet IRL

When content creator Hannah Wilson hard-launched a relationship to her thousands of Instagram followers, several of them responded to let her know her boyfriend was cheating on her. "It's for the best," she says now. "He looked like a thumb. You can put that in [the story]." Why it matters: The experience prompted her to start NOLA Speed Dating, which Eventbrite says is responsible for New Orleans' nation-leading increase in in-person singles events. The big picture: How people find love in the modern world is changing, according to a report co-produced by the McKinsey Institute and Match, and the media we consume is a big part of that. "Reality TV and Instagram have made love feel more like a highlight reel than a lived experience," said Amanda Gesselman, Match's director of sex and relationship science, in a press release. "The pressure to find something picture-perfect can be paralyzing." Still, most people — 60% — believe love at first sight is still the goal, a whopping 30% jump since last year, the data show. Fun fact: 26% of people are using AI to "enhance" their dating lives, the report says, with nearly half of surveyed Gen Z singles saying they used the tech to build better profiles, come up with stronger opening lines and screen potential matches for compatibility. Zoom in: At 61%, the metro has one of the nation's highest percentages of single people at least 20 years old, but not all daters here are ready to commit, according to the Match report. A quarter of surveyed New Orleanians said they were most eager to find "casual sex that doesn't involve dating." Only Seattle (30%) and Nashville (26%) had higher percentages in that category. And 7% of New Orleans singles said they were most interested in an open or non-monogamous relationship, again putting the city amongst the highest respondents for that definition. Yes, but: TimeOut readers still rated New Orleans among the best places for dating — the only U.S. city to land a spot on the list. For many, NOLA Speed Dating has streamlined the process. "I just wanted to give people another way to meet people," Wilson tells Axios New Orleans. "In these post-COVID times, people are craving that interpersonal connection and so much has changed from that. But people often don't talk to people in the wild." That can be especially hard in New Orleans, a place that might be a "bigger city but feels smaller because everyone knows everyone." By the numbers: NOLA Speed Dating events pushed New Orleans to the top of Eventbrite's 2024 list of cities showing massive growth amongst in-person singles events. The organization fueled an 850% increase from 2023 to 2024 in Eventbrite events targeted for singles, the website says. How it works: Wilson organizes between five and eight events a month, she says, including one targeted at women finding women friends. "Instead of getting ready and going on one date and in two minutes, you're like 'I wanna be home,' you're going on three to 20 dates," she says. "It's a better use of your time." As for Wilson herself, she's dating someone new, though she didn't meet them at any of her speed dating events.
