'Five Nights at Freddy's 2 'Trailer Ups the Ante with More Josh Hutcherson and Animatronic Horrors
At CinemaCon 2025 in Las Vegas on Wednesday, April 2, Blumhouse debuted the first teaser trailer for Five Nights at Freddy's 2, a sequel to the horror video game adaptation that became a box office hit in 2023.
The second installment "begins a blood-chilling new chapter of animatronic terror," according to a logline. Another line adds, "Anyone can survive five nights. This time, there will be no second chances."
Also directed by Emma Tammi, the first film was about Mike (Josh Hutcherson), who takes a sketchy job as a night security guard at an abandoned theme restaurant called Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria. He hopes the gig will help him keep custody of his younger sister, but, a synopsis teases, the job "instead drags him into the black heart of a supernatural nightmare."

In 2023, director Tammi told Variety of expanding the franchise, "We're definitely excited to keep making more movies in this world, should we be lucky enough to do that."
"This one was tied into the first game, and we would probably focus on tying the second one into the second game, and so on and so forth. But anything could happen," Tammi added at the time. "We'll have to see."
Five Nights at Freddy's 2 is in theaters Dec. 5.

Looking back at some of her biggest roles and the fanfare around them with Business Insider, the actress, 67, recalled working with Robert DeNiro and Joe Pesci on the 1995 film Casino. "Joey really, really fought for me to be seen and get the job. So I have a serious loyalty to Joey because he's always backed me. It was always Joey and Jimmy Caan. They backed me since I was 19," she explained. With DeNiro, "I always wanted to work with Bob," but it had never panned out in previous projects. "I had auditioned with him many times before Casino. It was my dream to work with De Niro and hold my own," she admits. Stone plays the glamorous and self-involved Ginger McKenna in the film, directed by Martin Scorsese. The beautiful and mysterious woman catches the eye of DeNiro's Sam 'Ace' Rothstein. The role earned Stone a Best Actress Oscar nomination. "There's a scene in the movie where we're sitting across a table arguing, and he says to me, 'You're a good actress, you know that?' And I remember in that scene when he said it, how furious it made me because it was my dream to do it, and then he challenged me at the table." "I remember thinking, 'Oh, buddy. Not today, pal,' " she continued. "He knew every button to go for with me because he is the greatest observational actor. He can crawl under your skin and get in there." DeNiro and Scorsese looked back at the film on the occasion of its 30th anniversary in June at the Tribeca Film Festival. Of the film's take on a Las Vegas that's evolved so much in the decades since, Scorcese said, "Now you can take your family there and find yourself in the heart of capitalism — the kind that's replaced organized crime." "There used to be wiseguys in baggy suits. Now it's Ralph Lauren polos and corporate managers,' the famed director laughed. Read the original article on People

Brooklyn Beckham Shares Sweet Tribute to Sister Harper on 14th Birthday Amid Ongoing Family Feud
Brooklyn Beckham is sending birthday wishes to his little sister, Harper. On Thursday, June 10, the youngest of David and Victoria Beckham's children turned 14 years old. To mark the occasion, Brooklyn, 26, took to his Instagram Story to share a sweet tribute. Brooklyn posted a photo of him and wife Nicola Peltz smiling with their arms around Harper, who stands in the middle. 'Happy birthday harper we love you x,' he wrote in white text on the photo. The photographer's post comes as rumors about a family feud continue to swirl. A source close to the situation exclusively told Star recently that Brooklyn and Nicola, 30, are standing up to his parents. 'David and Victoria have been relentless for the last five years, constantly going after Brooklyn and Nicola,' the insider said. 'There's been this ongoing pressure and criticism, they just can't seem to let Brooklyn and Nicola live their lives.' The source added that Brooklyn has been 'trying to make his own way' in the world. 'He doesn't deserve to be belittled or ignored for that,' the insider explained. 'It's as if they're rattled and getting terrible advice, and now, Brooklyn and Nicola are finally standing up for themselves.' After Brooklyn and Nicola were absent from David Beckham's 50th birthday celebration in May — which his three siblings, Cruz, 20, Romeo, 22, and Harper, attended — a source told People that the couple skipped out because they didn't want to be around Romeo's then-girlfriend, Kim Turnbull. The source alleged that Brooklyn and Turnbull, 24, dated, but the model denied those reports on her Instagram Story on June 16. 'I have never been romantically involved in ANY capacity at ANY point with the person in question,' she wrote, referring to Brooklyn. 'Nothing between us has occurred further than a school friendship at age 16. I would like to remove myself from the ongoing conversation & set the record straight for the sake of everyone involved.' Shortly after the legendary soccer player's birthday party, Romeo and Turnbull broke up. Despite the drama, David included Brooklyn in his heartfelt Father's Day post. The former LA Galaxy player shared an Instagram carousel filled with snaps of all four of his children. 'My most important & favourite job in life is being a dad… I'm so proud of all of you and like daddy ( sorry boys ) tells you every single day I will always be here for you no matter what… Mummy thank you for doing the most important part and making me a father there is no greater gift in life than making me a dad… Happy Father's Day… I love you kiddies more than you could imagine.. 🩷🩷🩷🩷 @victoriabeckham @brooklynpeltzbeckham @romeobeckham@cruzbeckham #HarperSeven @tedbeckhamdavid 🩷,' David captioned his post. Victoria and David Beckham ‘Panicked' by the Possibility of Being ‘Cut Off' From Grandkids (Exclusive)
Victoria and David Beckham have reportedly grown distant from their son Brooklyn and his wife, Nicola, as rumors of family drama continue to swirl – but a source exclusively tells Star that they're willing to 'extend an olive branch' if it means having a relationship with their future grandchildren. Three years after saying 'I Do,' the young couple have been 'openly talking' about wanting to start a family of their own soon, and David, 50, and Victoria, 51, are 'pretty panicked' about what that means for them, the insider reveals. 'If they don't fix things soon, they could very well end up cut off from their first grandchild,' adds the insider of the concerned parents, who also share kids Romeo, 22, Cruz, 20, and Harper, 14. 'That's a terrifying prospect for both of them, so there's a new sense of urgency to sort this out.' Amid the growing family tension, the former Spice Girl and the retired professional soccer player do feel 'somewhat heartened' by the sweet birthday message that Brooklyn, 26, and Nicola, 30, penned for Harper on her 14th birthday. As Star previously reported, Brooklyn took to his Instagram Story on June 10 to share an adorable snapshot of him, Nicola and Harper smiling for the camera. The insider tells Star that David and Victoria took the gesture as a 'positive' sign for the future of their relationship. 'For all the awfulness that has happened, there were good times,' continues the insider. 'They want to meet up with Nicola and Brooklyn, and have a proper heart-to-heart to clear the air so they can get back to being a family again.' The Beckhams are even considering hopping on a flight to the United States to do it. 'Victoria, especially, has always dreamed of being a hands-on grandmother, and the thought of missing out is devastating,' explains the insider. 'They know time is running out. They don't want to miss this important stage in their son's life.' As for how Brooklyn and Nicola would feel about the idea, a separate source says it's been 'very hard' on them to be 'on the receiving end of relentless attacks' so 'any change of approach' could be 'helpful.' While their family relationships remain rocky, Brooklyn and Nicola are choosing to strengthen their own bond. On Saturday, August 2, the pair decided to quietly renew their vows, according to People. 'The event is about honoring the love and commitment they've built together over the years, and creating a memory that will stay with them forever,' a source spilled to the outlet of the romantic moment. Earlier this year, Brooklyn also professed his affection for his wife in a sweet love letter shared to their Instagram Stories as they celebrated their third wedding anniversary. 'Dear Nicola, Happy anniversary baby x I love you so much and I continue to fall more in love with you every second,' the note read. 'You make me a better man and I couldn't ask for a better partner x you are my soul and my rock x I love you so much Nicola xx Love brooklyn xxxxxxx <3 <3.' Solve the daily Crossword
