Kris Jenner and Corey Gamble Cowboy Carter Fight
Apparently, Khloé Kardashian ended up having to "reassure" Corey, who was "frustrated." Though for what it's worth, Kris posted plenty of footage from the night and seemed to have a great time.
This comes amid the longtime couple allegedly have a tense conversation during Jeff Bezos' wedding in Italy. A lip reader caught Corey telling a porter (while waiting for a boat) "We're happy to travel on our own, it's what Kris would like to do," only for Kris to allegedly respond with "What are you doing? Do you need to talk?...I told you... for God's sake... I'd like to travel alone."
Reminder that Kris and Corey have been together for over a decade, and first linked up in 2014. Back in March, Kris told Hulu cameras on The Kardashians that "Corey is my forever date and we have the best time together. We've been together over a decade — never thought I'd say that again — and we just have a lot of fun together."
She also said "I used to say to Corey all the time when I first started dating him, like why do you want to date somebody who is older than you? I didn't get the age gap, and then he taught me that age is just a number. It's a fucking big number, but it's a number! Listen, I can't explain someone's chemistry or why people fall in love but it's been an amazing almost 10 years, and we have a great time."

Christie Brinkley Says This 1 Factor Doomed Her Relationship With Billy Joel
Christie Brinkley opened up about her rocky marriage to Billy Joel in a new documentary about the iconic musician's life. The model married Joel in 1985, and the two welcomed their only child, Alexa, later that year. Brinkley said that she tried to make her relationship with Joel work, but there was one thing that got in the way. 'I don't think it's a secret that his drinking got pretty bad,' Brinkley said in Part 2 of the musician's new HBO documentary, Billy Joel: And So It Goes. She said that the singer 'couldn't really remember what he did when he was drinking, and so he didn't really know how he could hurt people.' During a particularly stressful period of financial turmoil and touring for Joel, Brinkley said that 'there was too much unraveling in his life.' She would call bars to find out where Joel was, and would pretend to be sleeping when he would come in some nights, so she could avoid seeing him 'in that condition.' 'Our relationship went from lots of fun and really, totally enjoying each other and everything, to his work consuming him,' the model shared. Brinkley said she didn't know what to do, but she decided she couldn't 'be lonely.' It was just her 'and Alexa in this big old house that was supposed to be so full of life and love and music and laughter and all of that,' Brinkley said as she started to tear up. The model said that 'things were starting to deteriorate' and then one fight sealed the deal. 'One night, we had an argument and I said, 'I really can't take this anymore, and I'm just gonna take Alexa back up to New York and leave,'' she recalled. 'And he said, 'Yeah, fine ― go.'' The two divorced in 1994, and Joel revealed what he took away from the end of their marriage. 'I realized love is not concrete,' the musician said. 'You know, you feel like it is, but there are things eating away at it. And, in the end, it all catches up. And it's hard. And I was so devastated.' Brinkley has spoken about Joel's drinking before in her recently published memoir, Uptown Girl. 'The drinking was bigger than the both of us. Booze was the other woman and it was beginning to seem that he preferred to be with her rather than me,' she said. The 71-year-old told Page Six in April that 'leaving Billy wasn't easy for me to do.' 'He's the father of my firstborn and we spent such great formative years together. And I'll love him forever,' Brinkley shared. 'Things just reached a point where I knew I couldn't live with him.' Ron Galella, Ltd. / Getty Images

Beyoncé and Jay-Z just took out a massive mortgage on their $88M Los Angeles mansion
Even the most powerful couple in music has a mortgage — or two. Beyoncé and Jay-Z took out a $57.75 million mortgage on their Bel Air mansion in Los Angeles, the Daily Mail reported. The superstar pair boasts a combined estimated net worth of $3 billion and an impressive real estate portfolio on both coasts, but their massive home in the Bel Air hills remains a family base. AFP via Getty Images The new 30-year loan from Morgan Stanley's Private Banking Division was taken out in April, according to the Daily Mail. It comes with a 5% interest rate for the first 10 years. Refinancing isn't foreign to this power couple. The pair borrowed $52.8 million to buy the $88 million home in 2017. Jay-Z and Bey refinanced for the same amount in 2021, the outlet reported. The Bel Air home racks up an annual property tax bill of more than $1.2 million. Combined with monthly mortgage payments, the pair's estimated monthly spending on the dwelling totals more than $637,000 a month. That monthly till — more than $200,000 the median American home price — doesn't even factor in utilities, maintenance or staff pay. Mortgages don't always mean money trouble, however. The musical duo's continued success — Beyoncé recently surpassed $400 million on her 32-date Cowboy Carter tour — is certainly not in question. The bold real-estate move may simply give the couple extra cash for other investments that will help offset high interest rates. 6 The couple's impressive real estate portfolio stretches from Los Angeles to the Hamptons — all properties where they can raise their kids. The deal broke California's state record for the most expensive home. The controversial concrete property was designed by Tadao Ando, the same Pritzker Prize-winning architect that designed Kanye West's former beachfront Malibu home. Beyond California, Beyoncé and Jay-Z count a $6.85 million Tribeca penthouse and a $26 million East Hampton estate among their multiple holdings.
