Actor Kajol will soon be seen with Ibrahim Ali Khan and Prithviraj Sukumaran in the film Sarzameen. The film also marks the feature directorial debut of Boman Irani's son Kayoze; it will be released on Jio Hotstar on 25th July. Ahead of its release, Kajol spoke to SCREEN and shared what it was like to work with Ibrahim Ali Khan, especially after she had worked with his father, Saif Ali Khan, in several films. Both Kayoze and Kajol also shared their views on the scrutiny that children of stars face today.
Talking about how different Ibrahim is to his father, Kajol said, 'The camera loves both the father and the son. Ibrahim is so inherently good-looking that he doesn't have to say much, just brood in front of the camera, and he is sorted in life. But he is a quieter personality than Saif. I have known Saif for years now, he is bigger and brighter, persona-wise, and always has been. But Ibrahim is going to do well.'

Adding to what Kajol said, Kayoze said, 'Both Ibrahim and I were on a set for the first time, so we worked a lot on the film. We gave him six months of prep, and I am extremely happy with how it has turned out. He is a good kid; the camera just loves him. I think he is made for this.'
Discussing if kids from film families often have to deal with higher expectations, Kayoze said, 'The expectations are high and they should live up to those expectations. People give their time and money to watch you, so you have to be outstanding, so why not have those expectations? With Ibrahim, we put in a lot of effort and did as much as we could. I also come from a background of privilege, but we put in our 1000 percent effort in doing it right.'
Kajol also added, 'People are quick to judge everybody, whether they come from a film family or not. Right now, whoever is coming on screen has to be prepared for the criticism and for the credit or no credit that they will be faced with. That's part and parcel of what you signed up for when you do movies. It's something you have to be prepared for, and I think they are prepared for it. I don't see anybody being cowed down by it or saying this is unfair or anything like that.'
Kajol was last seen in the horror-thriller Maa, which was produced by Ajay Devgn. The film received mixed reviews and performed modestly at the box office.

Kareena Kapoor Khan says she gained 25 kgs after giving birth to Jeh, reveals has never starved herself to look thin: ‘Self-belief is…'

Body image and self-confidence are topics that many women navigate, especially after pregnancy. Actor Kareena Kapoor Khan has always been vocal about embracing her body and maintaining a positive relationship with food. During nutritionist Rujuta Diwekar's book launch recently, she spoke about gaining 25 kgs after the birth of her second child, Jehangir Ali Khan, and how, for a brief moment, she felt the pressure to 'go back' to her pre-pregnancy self. However, she quickly reassured herself that she still looked great. She said, 'After Jeh's birth, there was a moment when I felt 'Oh my God, I have to go back and do this all over again.' But, it was just for a flash of a second, I felt that I was still looking fab. I had gained 25 kgs, not to mention.' Kareena also reflected self-love, revealing how she maintains her confidence. Quoting her famous dialogue from Jab We Met, she shared, 'I'm someone who has actually lived by the rule 'Main apni favourite hun (I'm my favourite person).' That's the only way every woman should live their life because self-belief is everything.' She added that she has never followed extreme diets or starved herself to lose weight, saying, 'My relationship with food has been amazing, so I think that has really helped. It's not like I have ever tried to starve to look thin, I am very comfortable in my own skin.' A post shared by Kareena Kapoor Khan (@kareenakapoorkhan) Psychologist Anjali Gursahaney tells 'Start by shifting the focus from appearance to what your body can do. Ask yourself, 'What can my body do for me today?' and celebrate things like energy, strength, and mobility — not just size. Redefine what progress means. Instead of chasing your pre-pregnancy body, track other meaningful changes: better sleep, increased strength, fewer cravings, and improved emotional regulation. Curate your social media feed to support this mindset — unfollow accounts promoting 'bounce back' culture, and follow creators who share the postpartum experience with honesty and grace. Most importantly, speak to yourself with kindness. If you wouldn't say something to a friend who just gave birth, don't say it to yourself either.' Gursahaney suggests, 'Start by dropping the 'good vs bad' label — food doesn't need moral judgment. Chips aren't evil and salad isn't saintly. Let food serve as fuel, comfort, and celebration — without guilt. Practice intuitive eating by learning to listen to your hunger cues.' Focus on routine nourishment instead of restriction. Skipping meals often leads to binging, so eat regularly — even if it feels boring. 'A simple structure can help: breakfast with protein and fibre, lunch with carbs, vegetables, and fat, and an evening snack without shame. Most importantly, model balance rather than control — especially if you're parenting. Your relationship with food will likely become theirs,' she adds.
