The group had rented a vessel on Italy's scenic Lake Como and were cruising at a gentle pace.
It was when another boat, piloted by a 44-year-old local man, allegedly smashed into them head-on, throwing Julina into the water.
The dancer from Aruba was critically injured by the propeller of one of the boats, sustaining a gruesome leg wound.
She was rushed to a nearby dock where emergency crews desperately tried to revive her before handing her over to paramedics.

Julina arrived at a local hospital in critical condition, and doctors were unable to save her.
The man at the helm of the other boat was also rushed to hospital and given a breathalyser test.
He remained under observation as of Sunday.
Cops have seized both boats and are now investigating whether a maneuvering error was behind the fatal crash.

Known for her electric energy and passion for dance, Julina had built a following across Europe.
After founding Caribbean Twerk Brussels in 2022, she taught classes in Belgium and Amsterdam, also performing regularly.
She held a senior role at a department store in Brussels and began teaching twerk classes in 2020 in Luxembourg.
In Aruba, Julina had worked for the International Order of the Rainbow for Girls - a leadership organisation for young women aged 11-20.
She is survived by her mother, Lisa, and her sister, Kiana.
A spokesperson said: 'Julina exemplified the true values of love, service, and sisterhood.
'Her joy was contagious, and her presence was a gift to everyone who had the privilege of knowing her.'

Locals have warned that this summer has been the busiest yet on the lake, fuelling fears of rising boating accidents.
It comes after a
Juliana Marins, 26, slipped and fell more than 1,600 feet from a hiking trail along the crater rim of Mount Rinjani in June.
She had been backpacking through Southeast Asia since February, documenting her solo trip on social media.
Meanwhile, a
Stephany Lucero Elvir, a pharmacist from Honduras, collapsed after the thunderbolt hit.
Her husband, Cristhian Samir Álvarez Molina, survived but was also injured in the freak strike.

Two British tourists, aged 27 and 29, drown after jumping into hotel swimming pool at popular party resort in Portugal
TWO British tourists have drowned after they jumped into their apartment swimming pool after a night out. The 27-year-old and a 29-year-old tragically died while on holiday to Albufeira in Portugal. The alarm was raised around 4.30am this morning at a hotel-apartment in the party resort of Albufeira where two British men died last month. Emergency responders sent to the scene made unsuccessful attempts to revive them. Portugal's Policia Judiciaria have been asked by colleagues at the GNR police force to investigate the circumstances surrounding the men's deaths but they are not being treated as suspicious at this stage.
