Grammy-nominated singer coming to Glasgow's St Luke's
Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter Mary Gauthier, will take to the stage at St Luke's on Tuesday, October 21.
Gauthier, described by Entertainment Focus as "one of the great storytellers and songwriters of our age", has been in the music industry for more than 30 years.

Now embarking on a new UK tour, travelling to cities including Edinburgh, Belfast, and London, the experienced singer will grace the stage with a special guest performance from Jaimee Harris.
Gauthier, who has been praised by The Sun for making the world "a little easier" to navigate, has had a colourful career.
She moved to Nashville at the age of 40 to pursue a career in music, and within a year, she had gone from playing open mics to performing at the Newport Folk Festival.

Her debut album, Drag Queens in Limousines, was released 25 years ago, and the response was so overwhelming that she decided to focus on her music career full-time.
Exploring difficult themes from her life, such as adoption trauma and addiction, Gauthier has used song-writing as a way to find purpose in her life.
The musician has also turned her hand to literature, with her recent book, Saved by a Song, named a "must-read" by Rolling Stone Magazine.
Excerpts from the book are set to feature in her upcoming shows, with tickets available to be purchased from Mary Gauthier's official website.

MEGHAN Markle's new Netflix cooking show has been slammed by a royal expert for not 'being entertaining or informative.' Bruno Tonioli's Britain's Got Talent future 'in doubt' as ITV eyes up KSI
Bruno Tonioli may have to bow out of his role on Britain's Got Talent due to scheduling issue with a US show and KSI has been tipped as the favourite replacement Britain's Got Talent judge Bruno Tonioli may have to face the axe from the ITV show as filming dates for the next series is said to clash with his US show, Dancing With The Stars. And now it looks as though Simon Cowell and production are eyeing up his replacement. According to reports, KSI proved popular among viewers and so it looks as though he will be the obvious choice to take over Bruno's position on the show. The 69-year-old former Strictly Come Dancing judge has been on the show for two years after taking over from David Walliams in 2023. Meanwhile KSI, who boasts a social media following of 75 million people has already experienced being a judge on the show following a number of guest appearances. He took over from Bruno during the times the former professional dancer was away filming in America. A TV insider told The Sun: "There is no doubt that KSI's social media clout is exactly what the BGT panel needs, and Simon loves the edge he brings. " The source explained: "TV isn't getting the viewing figures it did a decade ago, so to have someone who can tell their followers to sit down and watch the box can have a real impact." They added: "Because of the scheduling issues, insiders are certain that Simon will offer KSI a more long-term position in the show." When asked his thoughts about KSI in reference to his stint on the ITV show, he told the publication: "We're both young, attractive, multi-talented stars, known the world over. Joking aside, I think KSI is fantastic — a real charming man, full of energy." He explained: "We attended the Brits together too, which was a fabulous evening." KSI's first appearance on the show was in February and soon after his fans called for TV bosses to make him a permanent fixture. The insider added: "We had a similar situation last year. Bruno was filming Dancing With The Stars in October but was still available to film BGT auditions in Blackpool. " They then said: "In this year's series, KSI stepped in as a guest judge for both Bruno and Simon on different audition dates."
