Below Deck rules the TV waves with boozy guests, crew tantrums and love triangles
From the sparkling waters of the Caribbean to the stunning landscapes of Australia, this franchise (including Below Deck, Below Deck Mediterranean and Below Deck Down Under and Below Deck Sailing Yacht) truly sails across the globe in style.
Over the years, this series has delivered countless jaw-dropping dramas and unforgettable moments.
To celebrate the new season of Below Deck streaming on E4, we're taking a look back at some all-time favourite moments from the Below Deck family.
1. Drunk dive disaster
If there's one thing Below Deck has taught us over the years, it's that you don't mess with the legendary captain Lee.
So when notorious charter guest Delores Flora decided to ignore his orders and take a drunken dive into the sea during Season 8, Episode 11, it's safe to say things didn't go smoothly.
Concerned for her safety, the enraged captain demanded she return to the yacht immediately.
By morning, with a sore head and no sympathy, Delores' antics led to the charter being cut short as she was swiftly sent packing back to shore.
2. Taco-gate
Trained chef or convenience connoisseur? Enter chef Mila Kolomeitseva, who found herself in water hotter than the Med during Season 4 of Below Deck Mediterranean.
Mila shocked everyone when she served tacos made from a boxed Old El Paso kit to her high-paying charter guests.
From soggy nachos to undercooked steaks, it didn't take long for the crew to realise Mila wasn't exactly Michelin material.
Things hit rock bottom when captain Sandy Yawn confronted her about her sloppy standards and Mila bizarrely responded by licking a raw steak.
Needless to say, she was swiftly fired, paving the way for the return of fan favourite chef Ben Robinson.

3. Cake kick-off
After tirelessly crafting a stunning birthday cake for a friend of primary guest Charley Walters, chef Kevin Dobson was expecting some appreciation.
But during the final group dinner in Season 7, Episode 17, chief steward Kate Chastain left Kevin out of her thank-you toast and he was fuming.
Feeling completely disrespected, Kevin snapped and dramatically kicked the cake across the deck before storming off in a huff, leaving the crew stunned.
As for the guests? Totally unbothered – they even tucked into the smashed cake without a second thought and the altercation didn't affect their tip.
4. Love triangle ahoy
What do you get when you mix a yacht full of young, attractive crew? A juicy love triangle, of course!
Enter Malia White on Below Deck Mediterranean Season 2, the green deckhand with a secret fling – chef Adam Glick.
But she quickly fell for bosun Wes Walton. Cue drama!
As the season unfolded, the triangle fuelled a season of jealousy, squabbling and petty sabotage.
In the finale (spoiler alert!), Malia chose the ever-calm Wes, and the pair even holidayed together after the season wrapped, proving it was worth the aggro.
5. Foam party fiasco
The aim of the game in the yachting world is to please the guests to get a bigger tip at the end of the charter – but sometimes guest demands are a little crazy.
For example, on Below Deck Mediterranean, a guest demanded a foam party, which led to a slippery deck and an injured crew member.
Meanwhile on Below Deck Down Under, Season 1, one guest demanded a 24/7 buffet despite it being a meals only table service.
The crew improvised to create a snack station, but the guests were horrified it wasn't up to Las Vegas standards.

Shameless star completely unrecognisable in chilling new BBC drama

BBC's powerful new drama Unforgivable has one renowned Shameless star among its leading star-studded cast but fans will simply not recognise him Shameless actor David Threlfall couldn't look further away from his former alter-ego Frank Gallagher even if he tried, in BBC 's new drama feature, Unforgivable. ‌ The dark story plot follows a harrowing tale that centres around child grooming and sexual abuse and shines a light on how a heinous crime can ripple through an entire family, with the Mitchells at the heart of the 90-minute long feature. ‌ David, 71, who is best known for his alcoholic, chain-smoking days as Frank on the popular working-class comedy sitcom, has ditched his iconic long dark locks to star in the role of Anna Mitchell's father. ‌ Anna, is a mother of two children and her brother Joe is the perpetrator - who had been behind bars serving a two year prison sentence for his despicable crimes. Joe is now to be released from jail and undertake rehabilitation which takes further toll on Anna, who is played by award-winning actress, Anna Friel, as she attempts to deal with the aftermath and emotional strain. ‌ David plays the angry dad of Anna, after learning she'd been to visit her brother Joe, despite his chilling crimes. His character in Unforgivable appears to be worlds away from his former head-of-the-clan character Frank on Shameless. In the brand new production, the esteemed actor is totally unrecognisable, boasting short gray hair and a neatly trimmed matching beard. ‌ Another distinctive observation that'll no doubt throw fans off of his Frank Gallagher scent, is that he is also presented as a well kept man, sporting a black tie and blazer with a crisp white shirt - nothing like his oversized green parka-style coat from a past on-screen life. Previously, David's appearance and accent have also proved to be a talking point among baffled fans with the actor bearing no real-life resemblance to his character at all. ‌ He played Frank so well, that viewers were unable to get past that he may not be anything like him off-screen. Shameless aired on Channel 4 for eleven series and 139 episodes from 2004 until 2013 and was adapted in the US, where it ran between 2011 and 2021. Speaking about his pursuits away from television, David previously shared with the Mirror that he is a family man at heart, sharing two children with his accomplished actor wife, Brana Bajic. Underscoring the disparity between himself and his fictional counterpart, he told the publication 2010: "I can't imagine getting up in the morning and taking a drink. My body doesn't take more than four pints. I was doing a scene yesterday where he was drinking cough medicine. He's lost." Unforgivable will air on BBC Two at 9pm this Thursday and will be available on BBC iPlayer from the same day.

The summer edition of Dine LA is finally back—and here are our favorite deals

Beginning tomorrow, Dine LA is back. Now in its 17th year, L.A.'s biggest restaurant week offers prix-fixe menus starting from $15 per person, though many places now opt to offer menus in the priciest, wide-ranging category: $65 and above. For the next two weeks, Angelenos can score a handful of small discounts at restaurants across the city, including a few of what I consider the city's best restaurants. For those who were going to splurge anyway, you can even score a two-Michelin-star meal at a $75 discount over at Mélisse in Santa Monica. For all of those hunting for an actual bargain, I've found 17 different places across Los Angeles that I'd consider a good deal, in one way or another. My personal favorites include the pair of $25 and $35 meal deals from Koreatown's Soban, home to L.A.'s best soy-marinated crab and one of the best banchan selections in the city. (Any genuine lover of Korean cuisine knows that the complimentary side dishes provided with your meal are one of the best representations of a given restaurant's true culinary capabilities.) Did I mention Soban is also one of the city's best restaurants? Another truly great option is the $65 prix-fixe menu from the Girl & the Goat in the Arts District, which includes five family-style dishes and a matcha tres leches with rhubarb-strawberry sorbet for dessert. While Top Chef alum Stephanie Izard's globally inspired small plates restaurant often gets overlooked with all the other amazing options in the destination restaurant-heavy neighborhood, the Dine LA menu might just remind you why this brick-lined, plant-filled restaurant is a great option to keep in your back pocket for your next night out in greater Downtown L.A. Until Somni reopened last November and upstaged all other restaurants in West Hollywood (it also recently got three Michelin stars!), Ardor was my top dining pick in the city-neighborhood, and it's also participating in Dine LA. The swanky hotel restaurant inside the West Hollywood EDITION offers a vegetable-forward menu within its cinematic dining room and verdant outdoor patio. The $65 prix-fixe menu nets you the eatery's signature tomato-topped milk bread, plus your choice of Spanish octopus or tandoor carrots as an appetizer. For mains, choose between skirt steak, king crab tagliatelle or Ardor's standout sweet potato curry. While I've yet to personally try the chocolate espresso torte on Ardor's Dine LA menu, I've loved every dessert I've tried at the restaurant, so it's likely a safe bet as well. Finally, I'd like to recommend bookmarking two restaurants that have yet to release their Dine LA menus: Mr. T in Hollywood and Sushi Kisen in Arcadia. Both restaurants will be offering menus in the $65 and over category. Mr. T offers République alum Alisa Vannah's rendition of modern Parisian cuisine. Co-owned by music mogul Jay-Z (whose offices are located upstairs), it's one of the best French restaurants in the city, with a gorgeous patio full of string lights and a fire pit. As for Sushi Kisen, the San Gabriel Valley sushi restaurant is one of my favorite places for sushi in L.A. County. Even on a regular day, the omakase at the counter is a relative bargain. Despite the fact it takes over an hour for me to drive there in normal traffic, I spent my birthday weekend shlepping to Arcadia for the restaurant's second anniversary kaisendon, which came topped with blue crab, ikura, sea urchin and shrimp. The set also came with a side of marinated sashimi. While Sushi Kisen has yet to publish its Dine LA menu, you can rest assured that whatever they're offering will be a steal in terms of fish quality and overall value. While it's true that the vast majority of Dine LA prix-fixe menus aren't really deals anymore, these handful of options will be more than enough to keep you happy during the summer edition. Bon appétit!

Loose Women's Coleen Nolan shares horrendous sextortion attempt that left her 'panicked'

Loose Women stars Nadia Sawalha and Coleen Nolan has opened up about the "anxiety" they felt when they received sextortion emails that claimed to have access to intimate videos of them. Speaking on Loose Women today, Nadia shared how she had received an email with the opening line, "hello pervert", which then attempted to blackmail her over alleged videos. "It said, 'We have all the videos of you having a happy time - giving yourself some alone time.' And I thought, 'I don't think I have any videos of that.' But then I went to fear again because then with deep fake, could there be?" she said. "I felt anxious. I'm a 60-year-old woman who's listened to countless podcasts about this, I know the information, I've read stuff about it, I've read terrifying stories about children killing themselves." She added: "Because I had all that information, by the time I got to the end of the email, I simply deleted the email because I knew that this was simply a phishing expedition." Coleen Nolan added that she had also received the same email and feared that someone had hacked into her phone. "Reading down, it said, 'We've got all your videos and what you've done.' I was just like, 'Please can you send them to me, I'd be interested in seeing them as I've never made one in my life.' "But it was horrendous," she added, while Nadia said: "You do feel panicked, don't you?" Coleen continued: "I knew I hadn't done the videos but had they hacked into my phone? Were they going to lie on that? They said they were going to send it to my family and my work and kids. It did click in and then I deleted it." The panel discussed the rise in sextortion after the release of Channel 4's documentary Hunting My Sextortion Scammer. The one-off film sees Rizzle Kick's star Jordan Stephens fly over 4,000 miles to confront a Nigerian sextortion scammer. In the documentary, Jordan looks into how teenage boys are being impacted by social media sextortion - where scammers trick young men into sending nude pictures of themselves before financially blackmailing them. 'Obviously I knew about scamming before but I was learning [about sextortion] in real time,' Jordan said of the investigation. 'To learn that boys are taking their own lives was heartbreaking and devastating. 'It's boys not understanding the consequences or risks of engaging online but with that panic, they can go from a normal life to not a life within half an hour and that is really scary.'
