SS Rajamouli's Baahubali: The Beginning, starring Prabhas, is all set to re-release in theatres, 10 years after its release. Producer Shobu Yarlagadda shared the announcement.
SS Rajamouli's magnum opus 'Baahubali' is returning to the big screens, over a decade after it first released in theatres. The makers of the film starring Prabhas have announced that the film will re-release in theatres, giving fans an opportunity to experience the larger-than-life film on the big screens. Shobu Yarlagadda, the producer of Baahubali shared the announcement on social media, revealing that they will re-release the film in India as well as internationally in October 2025. He also amped up fans' excitement by sharing that it will be a 'celebration' for fans, and that they can expect new reveals and a few epic surprises!
Baahubali producer Shobu Yarlagadda took to his Instagram account to share a poster of Baahubali, that read, 'SS Rajamouli's Baahubali re-release October 2025. Celebrating 10 years of epicness." In his caption, he wrote, 'And on this special day, I am thrilled to inform you all that we are planning an Indian and international re-release of @BaahubaliMovie in October this year. It won't just be a re-release, it will be a year of celebration for our beloved fans! Expect nostalgia, new reveals, and a few epic surprises along the way. Stay tuned! #ReliveTheEpic! #BaahubaliReturns." Needless to say, fans were thrilled!

Baahubali instantly turned into a nationwide sensation upon its release in 2015, and saw an unprecedented response at the box office. Its next installment Baahubali 2: The Conclusion was released in 2017.
