Pregnant Laura Adlington is ‘really bothered' about not having the ‘perfect' bump, as she shows off ‘B-shaped' belly
But former The Great British Bake Off star Laura Adlington, 36, has admitted there's one aspect of the journey she's been "really bothered" about.

And that's the shape of her baby bump.
She took to Instagram to explain, as she said: "I'll be honest, I've been struggling a little bit the last couple of months of not having the perfect bump like all the girls on Pinterest.
"So I have, and have always had, a B shaped belly."
She then lifted up her striped maxi dress, as she pointed out that the top of her stomach had become "much firmer", but she still has a "B shape" with a soft bit at the bottom.
"I'd be lying if I said it didn't really bother me sometimes, but I'm trying to be kind to myself and remind myself that my body is doing amazing things and it's okay for it to look like my body while it's doing them," Laura added.
"I'm also trying to remind myself that just as all bodies are good bodies, as I've been bleating on about for years, all bumps are good bumps."
She added in the caption: "Being pregnant can sometimes feel great and sometimes utterly BLEURGHH, but it ALWAYS feels like a privilege.
"Please don't think I'm complaining as I'm not.
"Just being honest about navigating my body changing and growing."
"Hope this helps anyone in the same boat," she concluded.
'I keep thinking I can't get any bigger' exhausted mum-to-be sighs as she leaves people 'wincing' with her GIANT bump
And Laura was quickly flooded with messages praising her for her post, as well as reassuring her that she "looks fab".
"I didn't think my bump was cute and did not take a single picture," one wrote.
"Now that my sweet girl is here I so wish I had documented her in my belly.
"Take the pics - all bumps are cute bumps!"
"I've never heard the term 'B shaped' before but that's what I have!!" another added.
"More pronounced now due to menopause weight hitting above my waistline.
"Thank you for helping me give a name to my shape!"
"As a fellow B Belly, who had the very same feelings when I was pregnant, I say yes to all of this," a third wrote.
"You're doing amazingly well and your body is rocking it!"
"My son (now a strapping 15 year old) is my only child and I still deeply regret not taking photos of my pregnancy because I hated my body so much," someone else said.
"You are amazing and defying all odds to create a new human.
"Thank you for sharing."

However, there were only tears of joy on Friday when the couple tied the knot in a stunning ceremony near Glasgow. Emily, 26, shared a series of snaps from her big day on Instagram and captioned them: "Mr & Mrs Lawrie." The singer - who performs under the name ili - looked beautiful in a flowing wedding gown with a sweetheart neckline. Meanwhile Ryan - who writes songs for other artists under the moniker KoolKid - wore a traditional Scottish kilt. One picture saw Ryan sweep his new wife into his arms and tilt her backwards for a kiss at the altar, while another showed the newlyweds laughing as they cuddled on the grass in the sunshine. The couple were also seen taking to the dancefloor at their reception for their first dance, with their friends and family all crowded around to watch. Later, Emily switched into a second dress so she could really bust a move. It was a short, strapless white dress covered in pearls and she teamed it with a silver pair of Crocs. BBC Casualty's Sammy T Dobson 'hounded' with messages from fans after 'brutal' scenes
Casualty's Sammy T. Dobson, who plays Doctor Nicole Piper has opened up on the 'intense' reaction she faced from viewers after her brutal onscreen breakup in the BBC drama Casualty fans were left gobsmacked at the end of the last series, when Doctor Nicole Piper (Sammy T. Dobson) broke up with her girlfriend, Ngozi Okoye (Adesuwa Oni), after she revealed she was an alcoholic. Nicole later asked Ngozi to move out as a result, and months later, she carried on to chastise her former partner for her drinking. Now, Casualty 's Nicole actor, Sammy, has opened up on the 'intense' messages she got from fans after the brutal scenes - and the doubts she had about her character behaving how she did. It comes after one huge TV star looks completely unrecognisable as she reveals latest facelift "It was such a rough moment as an actor to get the script where Ngozi told Nicole she was an alcoholic and she said, 'Get out the house and take your kid with you,'" Sammy told InsideSoap. I went to the producers and said, 'I don't think Nicole would do that.' But then they told me about this box set, and with context, you understand where it came from." "I got over 100 messages that night from people saying, 'Why's she done that?' It was really intense, and I just felt awful. That scene was so brutal. But there is a good reason…" Sammy was cast in the hit BBC hospital show in 2024 - although she accidentally revealed her announcement before the show itself... "I put a thing on Instagram. It was literally a picture of my face, and you could just see the green top of my scrubs. It was just a little nod to it," she explained. "And I said, 'I've got really exciting news tomorrow that I've sat on for ages and I can't wait to share it'. And a friend of mine messaged me saying, 'Oh my God, are you a new doctor in Casualty?'" she revealed. The character has been involved in a number of hard-hitting storylines since joining the show, including one in which she became a surrogate mum for her friend, Rosie, who was paralysed after the pair were in a car crash. Her character quickly returned to work after the birth, and later experienced postpartum psychosis. Eventually, her colleagues, including her partner at the time, Ngozi, spotted the signs of PP and knew immediately that Nicole needed urgent help. In her life outside the soap, Sammy was involved in a horrific car crash in 2012, which ripped off one eyelid, broke her thigh bone in two, left her face 'looking like mincemeat', put her in a wheelchair for three months and left her fearing it was the end of her career. Speaking of the incident before joining the show, Sammy told The Mirror: 'Life is so utterly unpredictable. I have come full circle! It felt so bizarre that I had lost my career because of a car accident and then I was being brought in as a character who'd had one. "When they initially told me, 'you've been in a car crash', my instant reaction was, 'how did you know?' But they were talking about my character, Nicole, rather than me!'

David Beckham takes his mind off family feud as he gushes over his love for beekeeping in sweet post to celebrate World Honey Bee Day
David Beckham gushed over his love for beekeeping with a sweet post to celebrate World Honey Bee Day on Saturday, amid his heartbreaking family feud. The former England footballer, 50, has a profound interest in the insects, and even launched his own honey-based snack business in recent years. To mark the special day, he took to Instagram to share a post with his followers to acknowledge the event. A video saw David pouring some fresh homemade honey from his beehive in the garden - something he set up in 2020. David smiled as he showed off the delicious jar full, which said 'Golden Beez' on it. He also made sure to plug his brand, Bee Up, in the post too. Bee Up is sold in Target and offers a range of healthy snacks for kids. Alongside the post, he shared: 'Today we celebrate our beeeeeezzz. From owning my first hive at home in 2020, to starting my own honey-based snack business. 'I've learnt so much about the health benefits of our honey-bees. Happy World Honey-Bee Day.' He was met with lovely comments about his excitement for World Honey Bee Day, including one from TV presenter Matt Baker, who wrote: 'Let's get you on Countryfile.' His excitement for the special day comes after his ongoing feud with his estranged son Brooklyn and his daughter-in-law Nicola Peltz. Brooklyn, 26, and Nicola, 30, said 'I do' for a second time on August 2 in Westchester County in front of her family, with the Beckham clan notably absent. David and wife Victoria, 51, and his brothers Romeo, 22, Cruz, 20, and sister Harper, 14, were nowhere in sight at the second wedding. Brooklyn's grandparents, cousins, aunts and uncles were also absent and only found out about the wedding vow renewal by reading it online. Insiders previously told Daily Mail that Brooklyn's parents are concerned his wife Nicola holds disproportionate sway in her marriage to their son. They said: 'They think Nicola is a bit of a horror but she isn't going anywhere anytime soon. Nicola loves having Brooklyn at her side and she loves him very much. But he is also very useful. 'The wider Beckham family and Brooklyn's friends – many of whom he no longer sees – take the view that he does what Nicola wants. From Beckhams' point of view, it's not nice to watch.' Brooklyn and Nicola's vow renewal was a glamorous affair packed with family, fashion and friends earlier this month. As more pictures of both the big day and the after-party come to light, it is becoming increasingly more apparent that the festivities were fairly one-sided - with most of the guestlist comprising Brooklyn's post-Nicola peers and pals. The lack of Brooklyn's side sparked widespread chat on social media, including comments from fans who likened their relationship to that of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle - after the royal turned his back on his family and moved to the US. When Brooklyn and Nicola first tied the knot in 2022, they hosted a three-day Palm Beach extravaganza, which saw 500 guests party in no-expense-spared marquees in front of the ocean - where both families stood front and centre . Fast-forward three years and the change is remarkable, with no sign of the Beckham parents or the siblings Brooklyn held so close to his heart. In their place is the entirety of the Peltz clan - with Nicola's mother Claudia, 70, and her father Nelson, 83, holding all-star roles on the day. At the 2022 festivities, during the Hora - also known as the Jewish wedding chair dance - where the bride and groom are lifted on chairs while guests dance around them in a circle, David was also lifted up on a seat. Brooklyn's brothers acted as his Dior-clad groomsmen at the event although their positions have officially been occupied by the in-laws. Nicola has six brothers, all of whom Brooklyn is fond however he is very close to her brother Diesel, who introduced him to his bride. As well as swapping siblings, it has also been revealed that Brooklyn has shunned some of his old friends - as illustrated by his wedding pictures.
