Buffalo Bills legend Jim Kelly is asking NFL fans to keep his family in their thoughts this weekend.
Kelly had an incredible run with the Bills, earning Pro Bowl honors five times and making the Super Bowl four times. Unfortunately, he has dealt with a ton of obstacles over the years. In 2023, he was diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma in his jaw. He then contracted MRSA within his bones.
Thankfully, Kelly has been cancer free for a few years now. The bad news, however, is that daughter Erin's newborn child was born with unexpected medical complications.
"Our continued prayer is that Little Bean's body will begin to heal and adjust to all that took place this morning… that his body will strengthen… and that, in time, he'll be able to come off the ventilator and be able to go home. We are trusting God for strength, for restoration, and for many little miracles in the days ahead. Please also cover Parker and Erin in prayer. They are physically and emotionally exhausted — yet holding onto gratitude, hope, and deep faith in the One who holds their precious baby boy," Kelly said.
Over the weekend, Kelly asked NFL fans to pray for his grandson.
"Please continue to pray for our Little Bean. While we are so grateful that his procedure went well, the road ahead is still long and filled with many intricate, delicate steps in his healing journey," Kelly wrote on Instagram. "There's so much happening beneath the surface — things only God can fully see and understand. We are praying specifically that Little Bean's body will begin to heal and adjust to everything that took place…That his lungs and heart and all of his other vital organs will grow stronger…That he'll be able to come off the ventilator and breathe on his own. That every organ, every function, every breath will align and respond to the intervention and critical care he's receiving.
"This journey is very complex - and we're trusting the One who knit him together to continue holding every detail in His hands. Please also lift up Erin and Parker. They're carrying so much as parents, and they need strength, peace, and rest in the waiting."
Unsurprisingly, NFL fans are sending kind thoughts to the Kelly family.
"Sending love & healing prayers for Baby Bean, Erin, Parker," one fan replied.
"Wow we all are praying for little bean. As well as for your deserving family. May the weight come off soon," a second fan wrote.
"Praying for Erin, Parker and their sweet baby Bean," another fan said. "Asking God to be present in every step of this journey, to steady the minds and hands of every provider and to sustain him as he heals. Sending you all love and lots of hope
We're hoping the next update from Kelly is a positive one.Prayers Pouring In For Legendary Quarterback Jim Kelly On Saturday first appeared on The Spun on Jul 19, 2025

High Noon recalls variety packs with Celsius energy drinks that were ‘inadvertently filled' with vodka

'Consumption of the liquid in these cans will result in unintentional alcohol ingestion,' the company said. High Noon, the alcohol brand specializing in popular hard seltzer drinks made with vodka and fruit juice, has announced a recall of some of its variety packs because they contain Celsius energy drinks that the company says were 'inadvertently filled' with alcohol. According to a recall notice posted on the U.S. Food & Drug Administration's website on Wednesday, High Noon is recalling two lots of 'High Noon Beach Variety' 12-packs with cans of vodka drinks that were mislabeled as 'Celsius Astro Vibe, Sparkling Blue Razz Edition.' 'Consumption of the liquid in these cans will result in unintentional alcohol ingestion,' the company said, adding that 'no illnesses or adverse events have been reported.' It's unclear exactly how many cans were mislabeled. The recall was initiated after the company 'discovered that a shared packaging supplier mistakenly shipped empty Celsius cans to High Noon.' The 12-packs with the erroneously labeled cans were shipped to retailers in Florida, New York, Ohio, South Carolina, Virginia and Wisconsin from July 21 to July 23. The affected Celsius cans bear the lot codes 'L CCB 02JL25 2:55' to' L CCB 02JL25 3:11' and will have a silver lid instead of a black lid, the company said. Consumers are advised to dispose of 'Celsius Astro Vibe, Sparkling Blue Razz Edition' cans with silver lids and the aforementioned codes and 'not consume the liquid.' Customers are also encouraged to contact High Noon's consumer relations department for more information on the recall, including refunds.
