With another heatwave on the horizon, now is the perfect time to spruce up your garden in preparation for soaking up the sunny weather. A quick and effective way to revamp an outdoor space is by adding some fantastic furniture, and we've stumbled upon a brilliant deal on a complete furniture set that won't break the bank.
The Studio Bali Rattan Corner Sofa Set, typically priced at £499.99, is currently available for just £129.99 thanks to Sports Direct's summer sale - a whopping saving of £370. While Sports Direct might not be your usual go-to for outdoor furniture for the garden or balcony, it turns out they offer a great range of pieces to refresh your space without emptying your wallet.
The Studio Bali Rattan Corner Sofa Set comprises a large L-shaped sofa and a versatile ottoman, which can double as a table or additional seating. Both the ottoman and sofa come with removable seat cushions, along with a set of extra plush backrest cushions for the sofa - it's a stylish addition to your home's décor, inside or out.

Constructed from a robust metal frame coated in dark grey PVC rattan, the set is waterproof and easy to clean. The chic, contrasting light grey cushions lend a modern, stylish look that will complement almost any garden design.
Sports Direct isn't the sole retailer slashing prices on garden furniture sets this summer, as Debenhams is currently offering the 3 Seater Rattan Garden Corner Sofa Set with Coffee Table at a reduced price of £219.99, down from £499.99. This particular set features a three-seater corner sofa, though instead of a convertible ottoman, it comes with a glass-topped coffee table that provides a stable surface for drinks and food, reports the Mirror.
Amazon is also offering an excellent deal, with the Aweather 3 Pcs Rattan Garden Furniture Set now available for £189.99, reduced from £229.99. Whilst the discount may not be as substantial as others, it remains an attractive option, particularly given its light, natural colour scheme with white cushions that create an upmarket appearance.

Nevertheless, amongst all the options, the Studio Bali Rattan Corner Sofa Set offers the most significant reduction and the most wallet-friendly price point.
It has also received excellent feedback from Sports Direct customers, with one reviewer commenting: "Didn't take that long to build, good quality, very comfy, very happy with this purchase."
Another customer remarked: "I am so happy I purchased this garden Rattan corner sofa set it wasn't super easy to put together but once it was together it fitted perfectly in a very small area."

The assembly process appeared to be the main issue for several purchasers, with one stating: "Overall I'm happy with patio furniture however, it arrived with bolts that were a size too small so, when building it I had to postpone until I visited screw fix to get the correct size. Instruction diagram is awful!".
Another concurred but stilled loved the Studio Bali Rattan Corner Sofa Set, saying: "Absolutely stunning garden set... A bit tricky to put it together but once that's done it looks stunning."

Ninja Crispi 'transformed my meals' and now the cheapest ever price - only with this code

Ninja Crispi 'transformed my meals' and now the cheapest ever price - only with this code The Ninja CRISPi 4-in-1 Portable Glass air aryer has a large 1.8L capacity, making it ideal for cooking multiple items at once Ninja has cut the price of all its products (Image: Amazon) They're the staple kitchen gadget, airfryers, plenty of households across the UK will rely on these simple worktop gadgets to cook their meals, all be it for a big family or diner for one. Popular for cutting time and money, one of Ninja's newest models is now the cheapest ever price. Worlds away from the brand's dual airfryer basket appliances, the Ninja Crispi is portable, compact, and everything is cooked in a glass container - which can then be used to store food in afterwards. Usually £179.99 there's now a much cheaper price being offered for shoppers. As part of Ninja's 20% off everything sale, the nifty air fryer has dropped to £149.99, one of the cheapest prices since it launched earlier this year. Only if shoppers use the code Ninja20 at the checkout. But is it worth buying? Writer Eve Rowlands has previously tried it out and says the appliance has left her 'enjoying cooking more'. Ditching her Philips Airfryer for the latest Ninja model, Eve swapped to the Crispi model which she says is more 'user-friendly and compact'. As she explains in her review below. Not only was it more powerful than my previous model, but it also looked sleeker. The Ninja CRISPi 4-in-1 Portable Glass Air Fryer, launched earlier this year, and is incredibly user-friendly. Comprising CleanCrisp thermal-shock resistant glass containers (in which the food is cooked - there are two sizes) and a heating lid, it also includes Non-Stick Crisper Plates, 2 Storage Lids and a PowerPod Adaptor. But that's not all that's impressive about it. The Ninja CRISPi, as its full name suggests, has four different functions, all of which can be performed in the glass base: airfrying, roasting, recrisping and keeping food warm (once cooked). Naturally, the function I've used most is air frying. Ninja 20% off everything sale £179.99 £ 149.99 Ninja Kitchen UK Buy Here Product Description The Ninja CRISPi 4-in-1 Portable Glass Air Fryer Cooking is significantly quicker than with my previous air fryer, which is a definite plus. Although I'm still experimenting with recipes, it has a larger capacity than our old model and has made cooking more enjoyable (mainly because it doesn't take forever). I can place vegetables at the bottom and fish on top (on the crisper tray), and they'll cook perfectly in about 15-20 minutes. This is ideal when you're short on time... or if, like me, you're not particularly fond of spending ages in the kitchen. As there are only two of us in my household, I haven't used it to cook for larger groups. However, the device claims to accommodate a 1.2KG chicken and vegetables for up to six people, which could come in handy. That said, some users have reported less success when trying to prepare full meals for 4-6 people using the gadget, so bear that in mind. One person commented: " The only thing that could have been better for us as a family of 4, is making the capacity slightly larger to cook a larger batch." The roasting mode is also incredibly useful, as it uses far less energy than turning on the oven. I've mainly used it to cook one of my favourite complex carbs, sweet potato fries, and am always amazed at how much quicker it is - around 20-25 minutes, depending on the quantity. Cleaning is also a breeze, which is a welcome change from my previous air fryer. The old model had the typical detachable sieve-like tray and base, both requiring cleaning, which was a time-consuming chore - especially as it wasn't dishwasher safe. The Ninja Crispi is sleek, elegant and perfectly compact for small kitchens (Image: Eve Rowlands) However, the Ninja CRISPi has a single glass base, reducing the cleaning task. Plus, it's dishwasher-friendly, which is a significant advantage. I do believe that this machine excels at preparing more substantial meals rather than quick snacks, such as omelettes - something I'd seen people making on social media. After trying it for lunch one day, while the top was wonderfully crispy and delicious, it took over 15 minutes to cook (compared to about seven with my frying pan) and was slightly soggy on the bottom. That's been the only downside of the machine in my opinion. Another potential drawback, according to some, is the price tag of £179.99, which they consider 'quite expensive'. The Ninja CRISPi 4-in-1 Portable Glass Air Fryer is available in three different colours: blue, stone, and sage green. Article continues below Ninja Kitchen's air fryer appears to be the only fully glass air fryer available on the market, as far as I can tell. However, if you're not particularly keen on that aesthetic and would prefer something with an oven-door-style design, the Lakeland Slimline Air Fryer Black is currently priced at £89.99. It boasts seven pre-set cooking programmes and includes a clear-view cooking window for monitoring your food. Similarly, the Instant Vortex is available at Argos for £80.

Amazon's 'impressive' tower fan shoppers love now reduced by a huge 80% in time for heatwave

Amazon's 'impressive' tower fan shoppers love now reduced by a huge 80% in time for heatwave No sweat if another heatwave is on its way, this 80% reduced in price tower fan can help (Image: Amazon / Pureborne) The summer of 2025 will surely be remembered as one with multiple mini heatwaves sweeping across the country and people feeling like they are over-heating and even having difficulty sleeping as the weather reaches higher temperatures. An efficient and effective fan that can be easily controlled, doesn't take up too much space, and can also be easily moved about the home, has been a product search online for many people desperate to cool down With another few days of heatwave on the way Amazon has a limited time deal on their number one best selling tower fan. The Pureborne 36" Smart Tower Fan with remote, app and touch control has been reduced by a huge 80% from £324.99 to £64.99. READ MORE: Garden sofa set price reduced by over 70% from unlikely retailer ideal for coming heatwave YOU MIGHT ALSO LIKE: Amazon's best selling hedge trimmer 'highly recommended' by buyers as 'easy to use' and 'ideal for the job' The fan has a base diameter of 32cm and a height of 91cm and four speed settings. (Image: Amazon / Pureborne) One buyer raves about the Pureborne 36" Smart Tower Fan, saying: "Impressed with this fan. It looks good and works very well. It has 4 speeds and multiple settings including a sleep setting. The fan is quiet and powerful and I am pleased with it! It is good value for money." According to Amazon the tower fan has been purchased over 900 times worldwide in the past month and offers a buyer a space saving solution with the base diameter of 32cm and a height of 91cm and four speed settings. Alternatives to the Pureborne 36" Smart Tower Fan are the Dimplex DXMBCF Black Tower Fan priced £85.00 from Argos and described as this retailer's best selling tower fan, and the DREO Pilot Max Smart Tower Fan in white available from Currys costing £150.00. A 90 degree oscillation range (Image: Amazon / Pureborne) Back on Amazon the happy customer reviews include one that says: "Extremely pleased with the fan, very quiet plus the bonus of having a sleep timer and an added remote so if used in the bedroom can be turned off without leaving the bed at night, ideal for what we want as it fits in the corner of the bedroom out of the way." The tower fan is smart too - it has normal, natural, sleep and auto modes. The manufacturer states that the natural wind mode ensures the tower fan's speed changes every five seconds to simulate natural, varying breezes. The sleep wind mode makes the fan oscillate and decreases speed every 30 minutes by up to two levels for undisturbed sleep. The display of the tower fan automatically turns off after 30 seconds in sleep mode and after 10 minutes in other modes. Four settings (Image: Amazon / Pureborne) In addition, the Pureborne 36" Smart Tower Fan is equipped with a one to 12 hour pre-set timer for automatic shut-off, saving energy and providing added safety. It can be controlled via remote, touch panel, app & voice control, and the settings can be adjusted from anywhere using the app on a mobile phone. When oscillating, the tower fan covers a 90 degree angle and covers an area of about 7.5 metres square. The fan also automatically changes speed with the room temperature - the cooler the room becomes, the slower the fan. Control via app is an option (Image: Amazon / Pureborne) These added 'smart features' have impressed some buyers, with one commenting: "I love this fan, assembly was quick and hassle free and connecting to the app and Alexa was a breeze! There are bar codes on the side of the fan, all you have to do is scan them with your phone and then take it from there, it is that easy." However, a few customers were less than impressed with the tower fan, with the difference of opinion with the majority of reviewers concerning the app control, the sound of the fan and one buyer maybe hasn't quite grasped the modes that decrease or shut the fan off. Article continues below One buyer says: "It's a good fan but it's very loud. Even on the lowest setting", while another comments: "Pretty loud, fairly weak and randomly stops blowing air as it turns." However another Amazon customer is clearly a fan of this fan, giving it a five-star review and saying: "The best fan I've ever owned. Fantastic cool breeze blowing, remote control, quiet, amazing value, I am well impressed."

Triple drawer air fryer that 'cooks to perfection' gets £40 price slash in limited time sale

'Simple to operate and so far a joy to use with fantastic results!' It's safe to say that the air fryer trend has changed the way many households across the UK cook. With multiple compartments that can cook different foods at the same time but at varying temperatures, many of us have forgotten we even have an oven in the kitchen at all. As air fryers have become increasingly popular there are a multitude of variations on the market for shoppers to choose between. From compact one drawer devices to machines with 13L capacities to cook a full family dinner, there is sure to be a model on the market to fit each shopper's individual needs. For those looking for a device that goes an extra step further, shoppers may want to look towards the Cuisinart Tri Zone 13.6L Air Fryer & Oven. Normally retailing for £199.99, Amazon has slashed the price of this multifunctional device down to £159.99 as part of a limited time deal. What makes this Cuisinart Air Fryer stand out is that it boasts three separate cooking compartments. In the middle of the machine are two 4.3L baskets which sit on top of a 5L oven drawer at the base of the device. With this extra compartment, families will be able to cook more food at once to create an altogether toasty meal. The baskets come with six cooking functions - air fry, roast, grill, bake, re-crisp, and dehydrate - to allow for more flexible and faster cooking. Meanwhile, the flat surface oven is perfect for cooking 12" pizzas, quichies and brownies as it comes with pizza, toast and manual cooking modes for a wide range of meals. Cuisinart Tri Zone 13.6L Air Fryer & Oven £199.99 £159.99 Amazon Buy Now Product Description Allowing shoppers to cook with little to no oil, this device will create healthier meals that consist of irresistibly crispy exteriors and tender, juicy insides which can be tracked through the basket windows. And cleaning should also be a breeze as the baskets feature a PFAS free ceramic interior coating. Another popular air fryer on Amazon is the Tower Vortx Vizion 9L Dual Basket Air Fryer. Reduced down from £129.99 to £79.93, this air fryer is said to cook 30 per cent faster than a conventional oven and will use up to 70 per cent less energy. Alternatively, Argos is giving shoppers a chance to reduce the price of the popular Ninja 7.6L Foodi Dual Zone Air Fryer and Dehydrator. Retailing at £199, shoppers can now use the code NINJA20 at checkouts to cut 20 per cent off the price tag - £159.20. Back to the Cuisiant Tri Zone Air Fryer, it currently has over 22,000 ratings on Amazon which has resulted in an impressive 4.4 star rating. One happy shopper wrote: "This is a revelation to how I cook, the duel temp cooking mode just simplifys when things require different temps, it's very easy to use. Fries I always do them in this and get a perfect crisp every time. Cleaning is very simple. "The keep warm function is easy to use as well making sure my pie stays warm while my chips are finishing. Makes excellent Toasties but make sure you use the Grill function." With another five-star reviewer adding: "Who doesn't want to make cooking easy and quick , especially with separate cooking compartments that liaise with each other so that both compartments are ready at the same time." However, some shoppers left mixed reviews, as one person wrote: "Great Air Fryer. Cooks well and it's so easy to clean. However the manual is near useless, but the controls are so easy to work out without it." While another added: "It doesn't work as well as the Ninja that we had previously so adjust the heat up a little or, maybe a little longer is needed too. The max crisp will help with the lack of heat and reduced timings." On the flip side, a top reviewer praised: "I wanted an air fryer with a larger capacity than the air fryers I already own and this product does the job. Simple to operate and so far a joy to use with fantastic results ! Great value and highly recommended." With a sixth customer commenting: "This cuisinart airfryer is the best I've owned so far. Good size and smart. Cooks everything so far to perfection." Head to Amazon to get the Cuisinart Tri Zone 13.6L Air Fryer & Oven on a limited time deal. Join the Daily Record WhatsApp community!
