A man was left stunned after opening up the £3 Too Good To Go bag he'd recently gotten from Greggs, as he quickly named it 'the greatest Too Good To Go bag of all time'
A man has been left stunned after unwrapping a £3 Too Good To Go bag that he got from Greggs – as he couldn't believe what he got inside it.
Too Good To Go is a great app where you can save food waste while also benefitting from plenty of tasty items at a discounted rate. While you won't be able to pick the exact products you end up with, the bags they give you are often filled with freezable items or, you can eat them there and then depending on the outlet you purchase from. They've grown increasingly popular over the last few years, as people often share videos of what they've received in their bags and whether or not they think it was worth the price they paid.
Owen Reeman, a TikTok creator from High Wycombe, has grown a following of more than 519,000 people thanks to his foodie reviews. And in a recent video, he shared the items he'd received in the mystery Greggs bundle.
"Too Good To Go bag, acquired," he said as he held up his Greggs bag for viewers to see. "This might be the heaviest Too Good To Go bag of all time, look at the size of it!"
"This cost three quid by the way," he said before digging into the contents of the mystery bag. "Right lets row through this bag to see what we've got."
The first item he got from the bag was a caramel doughnut, which was then followed by a pink jammy doughnut.
"I like both of those, that's all you could ask for," Owen said before reaching in for the third item. To his delight, it was a Tandoori Chicken Baguette.
He gushed: "That's like £3 on it's own, that's brilliant." Taking out the fourth item, he declared: "Chicken bake. Absolutely class."
"This is like Mary Poppins bag, it just keeps on going and going and going. There's still loads left," he said as he unwrapped a steak bake.
The next items were a Jammy Heart Biscuit, two sausage rolls, another chicken bake, as well as a second steak bake.
"That is... we've got two sausage rolls, two chicken bakes, two steak bakes, a baguette, two doughnuts, and a heart biscuit. We've got 10 items for three quid," Owen said in disbelief. "That might be the greatest Too Good To Go bag of all time. I'm never, ever, gonna top that."
Owen wasn't the only one who was left amazed by the bag's contents. Taking to the comment section of the video, which has been viewed half a million times in a week, viewers shared their own experiences.
One wrote: "Best day of this blokes life." Another said: "I got 8 baguettes once and 2 doughnuts for £3 and I felt like the luckiest man alive."
A third commented: "My local one gave me two full bags once even though I only paid for one. It was two minutes until end of pick up and nobody else had ordered. It was a ridiculous amount!"
And a fourth added: "I work at a Greggs at a service station and we literally fill the bags to the point where we can't get anything else in, sometimes we'll even give you a second bag if we have enough waste."
However not everyone had had good experiences with Gregg's Too Good To Go bags, as one viewer said: "I got a Too Good To Go bag from Greggs once and it was four vegetable bakes. Fuming."

M3GAN 2.0
Having a bunch of tech tycoons getting set upon by killer AI dolls feels like an easy win for Hollywood right now. Who doesn't want to see thinly veiled versions of Sam Altman and Elon Musk trying to fight off the psychotic fruits of their labours? Form an orderly queue, then, for an unceasingly silly and consistently entertaining sequel that delivers more – quite a lot more – of the knowing, campy shocks that made 2023's original a box-office hit and TikTok sensation. 2.0 picks up a little after M3GAN left off. The murderous robot girl-doll has been vanquished; its creator, repentant toy inventor Gemma (Allison Williams) has emerged from a stretch in prison vowing to bringing kids' tech usage under control, with some help of a non-profit run by eligible altruist Christian (SNL 's Aristotle Athari giving major ketamine). Meanwhile, Gemma's niece, Cady (Violet McGraw) has learnt some key life lessons from her doll friend's kill spree. Namely: be more like Steven Seagal. Even her newfound martial arts skills can't help her, or her aunt, when a power-lusting tech baron (a scene-stealing Jemaine Clement) and the FBI come knocking – the latter looking for help to track down a rogue militarised AI doll called AMELIA (Ivanna Sakhno) made with Gemma's designs. Luckily – or unluckily – M3GAN is still out there in the ether, initially as a Siri-like presence, then in a winningly daft twist, reembodied into a sulky robot companion toy, and finally as a upgraded version of her old self. But can the calculating M3GAN really be trusted to help? Probably not. The lack of shocks never detracts from the fun Expanding the canvas (and the runtime) to a convoluted degree, returning writer-director Gerard Johnstone finds inspiration in classics as diverse as Terminator 2, Fritz Lang's Metropolis, Frankenstein, and Home Alone in the highly-calibrated mayhem that follows. Chucky, too, of course. Like the first movie, it's not especially scary, but the lack of shocks never detracts from the fun, as the sarky, super-smart doll slowly reclaims the stage. It works best as a comedy, with one Kate Bush musical moment a major highlight. M3GAN 2.0 continues to offer up a goofy brand of cautionary tale, too: against AI, tech dependence, and Silicon Valley types who want to stick a chip in their brains. You can take that seriously as you want to, just don't be surprised to find yourself watching it again on your cellphone one day.
