The Beckham family's latest saga has taken another twist, with Cruz Beckham's girlfriend Jackie Apostel possibly adding a dash of drama to the mix.
At David Beckham's grand 50th birthday celebrations, all eyes were on Brazilian songstress Jackie Apostel, 29, who is currently dating Cruz, aged 20. The couple was spotted at various events honouring David, but Brooklyn Beckham and his wife Nicola Peltz were conspicuously missing from the festivities, despite being in London, sparking rumours of a rift within the family.
David and Victoria are said to be quite upset by the no-show, and Jackie, who seems to have formed a bond with Victoria, subtly stirred things up with an Instagram post that captured moments from the celebration.

In one image, Cruz is seen playfully pointing a knife at Jackie, while she captioned the post: "I wish you could feel how much love was in the room these days through the phone."
Although it appears innocent, some fans believe it's a veiled jab at Brooklyn and Nicola for their absence, reports the Mirror.
Victoria, who turned 50, also posted a series of photos from the birthday weekend, tagging her children Romeo, Cruz, and Harper, but notably leaving out Brooklyn's name.

Normally, Victoria would have posted a message such as "missing you @brooklynbeckham", but this year, there was no such post. Her caption on the occasion read: "Creating special memories with family and friends. We love you all. @romeobeckham @cruzbeckham #HarperSeven xx."
David shared a similar message by reposting and deliberately leaving out Brooklyn, saying: "I love you all, thank you for making my birthday so memorable."
According to insiders, the family was aware in advance that Brooklyn and his wife, Nicola, wouldn't attend the celebration. However, there were hopes they might reconsider their decision.
A source stated that "David is heartbroken but putting a brave face on it," adding that the night was all about love and celebration, which he cherished.
Sources close to the family have hinted at underlying tensions for a while. A friend commented that both Brooklyn and Nicola were invited as loved family members but would ultimately do what they wanted.
Another friend told Mail Online that any ongoing disagreements would deeply hurt David.
On Sunday, Nicola posted an emotional tribute on Instagram to her late grandmothers, sharing photos and a heartfelt message about family ties and coping with loss. She wrote: "In life we have core memories and this is one of my most favorite days i've ever lived... to my nanni and my gina i can't fathom the thought of not being able to hug you or hear your laugh right now - I just miss you both so much."

He had been on the verge of receiving a knighthood in the 2014 New Year's Honours list but HM Revenue and Customs placed a red flag on his nomination due to his involvement in an alleged tax avoidance scheme, according to previous reports. In 2021 it was reported that his finances had been cleared and he was eligible for a knighthood. The day before Sir David was given the honour, he was seen chatting with the King at a St James's Palace ceremony for the monarch's foundation, of which the retired footballer is an ambassador. He has been made a knight for his services to sport and to charity, having partnered with Unicef and campaigned with Malaria No More, a charity working to eradicate the disease. Sir David, who recently celebrated his 50th birthday, said: 'Off the pitch I have been fortunate to have the opportunity to represent Britain around the world and work with incredible organisations that are supporting communities in need and inspiring the next generation. 'I'm so lucky to be able to do the work that I do and I'm grateful to be recognised for work that gives me so much fulfilment. Sir Roger, who co-founded The Who in 1964, has been recognised for services to charity and music, having been a patron of Teenage Cancer Trust since 2000. He told PA: 'It's strange, it's an experience that I've never had before, I'm very humbled by it.' The 81-year-old led the Teenage Cancer Trust at Royal Albert Hall concert series for more than two decades. 'It's kind of weird, but I am deeply honoured to get this, especially for the charity for the Teenage Cancer Trust, and I accept it on their behalf really, because this honour is really for all unsung heroes,' Sir Roger said. 'It's a dream come true for me, but it's especially a dream because the charity means so much.' Daly, 56, who has co-presented Strictly since 2004, and Winkleman, 53, who fronts the hit reality TV show The Traitors, have been honoured for their services to broadcasting. 'This genuinely came as the greatest surprise of my life,' Daly told PA. 'I don't think I've come back down to earth yet. I didn't see it coming, and it almost didn't happen because the letter went to the wrong address. 'And thank goodness someone very kind found me. Tracy-Ann Oberman, who has also been in EastEnders, and played Auntie Val in Channel 4 sitcom Friday Night Dinner, has been made an MBE for services to Holocaust education and combating antisemitism. Obermann, 58, said: 'This recognition is deeply meaningful and I'm grateful to all who have supported this journey'. The oldest person on the list is 106-year-old William Irwin. A veteran and the founder of Coleraine Winemakers Club, Mr Irwin was recognised for his services to the community with a BEM. The youngest recipient, 11-year-old disability campaigner Carmela Chillery-Watson, has been made an MBE for her charity work. Carmela, who has LMNA congenital muscular dystrophy, has become the youngest ever MBE for her fundraising for Muscular Dystrophy UK, for which she has helped raise more than £400,000. In what is thought to be a first for the honours, three members of the same family have been named in the same list. Jenna, her mother Caroline and her father Duncan Speirs have each been awarded a British Empire Medal (BEM). The trio founded children's cancer charity Calum's Cabin after Jenna's twin brother Calum died of an inoperable brain tumour aged 12. Campaigners who have fought to tackle the rise of knife crime in the country have also been recognised for their work. Pooja Kanda, whose 16-year-old son was murdered with a ninja sword yards away from his Wolverhampton home has become an OBE, while Alison Madgin, the mother of 18-year-old Samantha Madgin, who was knifed to death in Wallsend, is made an MBE alongside her daughter Carly Barrett. Women make up 48% of those honoured, with 11% of recipients are from ethnic minority backgrounds.

Sir David married his wife Victoria in 1999 and the couple share four children together – Brooklyn, Romeo, Cruz and Harper. He had been set on becoming a professional footballer as a child and as a teenager he joined Manchester United as a trainee, forming part of the class of '92 that won the FA Youth Cup, along with Ryan Giggs and Gary Neville. The sports star from north east London made his Premier League debut for United in 1995 and was part of the team that earned a dramatic Champions League final victory in 1999 when they beat Bayern Munich with two late goals. In total he scored 85 goals and collected honours including six Premier League titles and two FA Cups as a footballer, before retiring from the sport in 2013. Alongside his football career Sir David has supported a number of charity causes and launched a fundraising appeal for Unicef in April ahead of his milestone 50th birthday. 'He became a Goodwill Ambassador in 2005 and launched 7: The David Beckham Unicef Fund in 2015 – with the goal of helping children around the world, especially girls, break down barriers including bullying, violence, child marriage and missed education. 'He's travelled extensively to see Unicef's work and used his profile to raise awareness, as well as support our flagship fundraising campaign Soccer Aid for Unicef and launch global fundraising appeals.'
