Lidl's new Krispy Kreme spin off
The new Speculoos Doughnut is the budget supermarket's take on the beloved Krispy Kreme Biscoff classic.
Speculoos biscuits are Lidl's alternative to the popular Lotus Biscoff cult treat.
While the biscuits are already one of its supermarket staples, the doughnuts mark the latest edition to the Speculoos range.
Despite being inspired by Krispy Creme's top seller, Lidl hasn't adopted the same eye-watering price point.
Instead of forking out a hefty sum, the baked good retails for over half the price of its competitor's.
While customers can expect to pay £2.95 for Krispy Kreme, this new alternative comes in at a far more palatable expense of £1.29 per doughnut.
Sweet treat sends shoppers into frenzy
In addition to the more palatable price point, they have also been met with rave reviews.
After one shopper shared her find on the treat on the Food Finds UK official Facebook page, the post quickly blew up, gaining close to 1000 likes.
One customer was quick to write: "I can confirm that they are exceptional."
Other social media users shared this customer's excitement.

One wrote: "OMG don't walk run to Lidl bakery."
Another chimed in: "Oh I got my husband one of these!
"They are stunning!! Much nicer than Krispy Kreme."
While another comically added: "Lidl bakery will be catering at my wedding."
Lidl's latest bakery offerings
Lidl launched another new baked good earlier this month, which sent shoppers into a frenzy.
The German discounters released a Strawberries and Cream Blondie which retailed for just 89p per slice.
Shoppers were stunned to see the item on shelves, with one saying they "need it".
Another fan simply commented "oh my days" after spotting the item back again.
The Sun also reported this month that shoppers can bag themselves a free pastry across Lidl stores over the next few weeks.
Lidl has brought back the popular Spin to Win offer on its loyalty app, which lets you spin a virtual wheel to win a baked treat.
All you need to do is make a purchase in store, which could be as little as 1p.
Shoppers will need to download the free Lidl Plus app and scan it after making their purchase.
Once you've scanned, the Spin to Win offer will appear in the app.
Then you are in for the chance of winning a host of prizes, including an apple turnover, chocolate twist, or even a slice of pizza.

Barcelona finally resolve Marcus Rashford problem with last-minute decision
Barcelona have been struggling to secure Marcus Rashford's La Liga registration following his loan move from Manchester United but the situation now appears to have been resolved Barcelona have finally managed to secure Marcus Rashford 's registration following Hansi Flick 's complaints. The Manchester United star joined the Catalan giants on a season-long loan earlier this summer. Despite the move being approved, Barcelona were unable to register Rashford for the forthcoming La Liga season. And should that not have been approved, then the forward could have potentially been sidelined until January. It appears however that Barcelona have managed to find a solution to the issue. Rashford's profile appeared on the La Liga website appeared for the first time alongside that of Joan Garcia - who was also facing registration problems following his summer switch. Gerard Martin and Wojciech Szczesny remained absent, potentially suggesting that Barcelona were attempting to stagger the registrations. Barcelona have needed help from goalkeeper Marc-Andre ter Stegen to alleviate their financial difficulties. They have agreed that the German serves a temporary medical leave agreement that frees up around 80 percent of his wages. The news that both Rashford and Garcia are available for this weekend's season opener vs Mallorca will be welcome news for boss Hansi Flick, who made his displeasure at the ongoing situation known. 'For me, the situation, you can imagine I'm not happy about that. But I know the situation and I believe in the club,' the German said on Friday. 'We have to wait till tomorrow. It was the same situation last season. We will focus on what we can change and what is in our hands. The other things, I believe in the club.' Elsewhere, Rashford has already spoken out on his first few weeks with Barcelona and claimed that he has found it easy to adapt. Speaking on The Rest is Football podcast, he said: 'There are good people who are like a bridge. 'Frenkie [de Jong] speaks really good English, Jules [Kounde] speaks very good English, but they also have good Spanish because they've been here a few years. 'But on the pitch, honestly it's easier than what I thought it would be. Also football overall, I know a lot of people say it, but it's a language in itself and it's easy to communicate through the general vibe on the pitch.' Following their season opener against Mallorca, Barcelona are back in action next weekend as they travel to Levante. Barcelona's first home game of the season will not take place until after the international break due to the ongoing renovation of the Nou Camp. Prince and Princess of Wales to move house
The Prince and Princess of Wales will move to a new home later this year, a Kensington Palace spokesperson has said. William and Kate will swap their current Windsor residence, Adelaide Cottage, for Forest Lodge, an eight-bedroom house in the royal borough's Great Park. "The Wales family will move house later this year," a Kensington Palace spokesperson confirmed in a statement. The couple are paying for the property, believed to be worth £16m, out of their own pocket, according to a report in The Sun. They are also funding minor renovations to the Grade II-listed building, which redacted planning applications reveal include removing a window and improving a fireplace. It comes after an investigation by Channel 4's Dispatches and The Sunday Times found the Duchy of Cornwall, which William inherited from his father when he became Prince of Wales, was renting its estates to public bodies for millions of pounds. Following a backlash, the prince said the duchy will now allow certain charities to use some of the buildings rent-free. Forest Lodge's last major renovation was in 2001, when £1.5m was spent on restoring the property, giving it a monthly rental value of £15,000. It is only a short distance away from where the Waleses live now, allowing their children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis to remain at the same school. While Windsor is their main residence, they also have homes at Anmer Hall in Norfolk and Apartment 1A at Kensington Palace.
