. Rooted in ancient wisdom, yoga will help you to look and feel your best, from within. Here are 9 morning stretches that you can do to look 10 years younger. These yoga stretches are approved by
Debbie Moser
, a Pilates and yoga teacher with over 170K followers on Instagram.
Neck rolls
Start by sitting comfortably. Slowly rotate your head in a circular motion, moving gently to warm up the neck muscles. This exercise alleviates stiffness from sleep, improving flexibility in the cervical spine and preparing the body for deeper stretches. Do it for 8 reps.
Windshield wipers
Next, perform windshield wipers, completing five swings per side for a total of 10 reps. From the seated position, let your knees fall side to side like wipers, loosening tight hip joints.
This move is particularly beneficial for those with sedentary lifestyles, as it promotes fluidity in the hips.
Cat-cow
Now switch to cat-cow. Move on all fours, alternate between arching your back (cow) and rounding it (cat). This classic yoga flow mobilizes the spine, eases morning rigidity, and enhances flexibility. Do it for 8 reps.
Thread-the-Needle
Maintaining the same position, transition to the thread-the-needle stretch, performing four reps per side for a total of eight.

Thread one arm under your body, resting the shoulder on the ground to open the upper back and rotate the spine. This stretch is ideal for relieving tension from prolonged sitting or device use.
Down-Dog pedals
Next in line is downward-facing dog. Pedal your feet 10 times, alternating pressure between heels. This dynamic movement delivers a deep stretch to the hamstrings and calves while engaging the core and shoulders, and will help with both flexibility and strength.
Lizard lunge elbow taps
Now step forward into a lizard lunge with elbow taps, completing six reps per side. In a low lunge, twist your torso and tap your elbow toward the ground, opening the hips. Moser suggests using blocks under the hands for support if needed. This stretch is great for balance.
Lunge to Pyramid Flow
The next step is to flow between a lunge and a pyramid pose for six reps per side. To do this stretch, shift from the lunge, straighten the front leg into the pyramid.
This will stretch the hamstrings and strengthen the legs. This movement improves posture and alignment.
Best Yoga poses to ease your knee pain
Shoulder dislocates
For this stretch, grab a band, strap, or towel. Holding the prop with both hands, move it over your head and behind your back in a smooth motion. This exercise will enhance shoulder range of motion, which is crucial for maintaining flexibility with age. Do this for 8 reps.
Deep squat
Finish the morning stretch with a deep squat, holding as long as comfortable. This pose opens the hips, engages the core, and grounds the body. Moser asks to hold this position with ease to maximize benefits.

Dipika Kakar Out Of ICU After Cancer Surgery, Shoaib Ibrahim Shares Health Update
Last Updated: Last month, Dipika Kakar revealed that she is battling stage 2 liver cancer. Television actor Shoaib Ibrahim has shared the latest health update of his actress wife, Dipika Kakar. The latter, who was recently diagnosed with stage 2 liver cancer, underwent a major surgery on June 3. On Friday, Shoaib took to his YouTube vlogs and revealed that Dipika is now out of the ICU. The actor shared that her condition is improving and that she is feeling better. 'Tomorrow is Eid Al Adha and today on such an auspicious day Dipika is out of the ICU. I am really grateful that she is out of the ICU and she is with us. She was in the ICU for three days and her condition kept improving after the surgery. Around evening, the doctors decided to shift her to the room. She will be here for a few days as the surgery was major, she was in the OT for 14 hours," he said. Shoaib further shared details of Dipika's 14-hour-long surgery and added, 'We all were tensed as doctors had mentioned it would be a long surgery. She was taken in at 8:30 am and she came out of the OT at 11:30 pm. I then met her when they shifted her to the ICU. At 6-7 pm, we all panicked as there was no update from the OT as we had never witnessed such a serious surgery. Thankfully, the doctor had assured me that if they don't come out for updates, then the surgery is going fine and she will be all well." Shoaib mentioned that during the surgery, doctors discovered that Dipika even had a stone in her gallbladder. 'The doctors even removed Dipika's gallbladder as they detected stone and they had to cut a small portion of the liver as the tumour was cancerous. The doctors mentioned that the liver is a self-restorative organ so it shall heal itself with time. So it is not something to be stressed about but we have to stay cautious and take good care," he shared. Last month, Dipika revealed that she is battling stage 2 liver cancer. The television star, known for her role in Sasural Simar Ka, shared the heartbreaking update through an emotional Instagram note. After suffering intense stomach pain, doctors discovered a tumour 'the size of a tennis ball" in her liver, which was later confirmed to be cancerous. Since then, Shoaib has been sharing her health updates on social media. A few days ago, the actor had also shared an emotional video on their YouTube channel, calling it 'the toughest phase" of their lives while remaining hopeful about her recovery. 'Alhamdulillah, by the grace of Allah, the scan report came out clear. The virus or its cells have not spread anywhere else in the body. Whatever is there is confined to the tumour, and once the tumour is surgically removed, Inshallah, things will get better," he said. First Published:

Livvy Dunne embraces her inner Jersey girl with fierce leopard print and jean skirt combo in viral photos (Instagram) Livvy Dunne has entered her post-gymnastics era with the same flair and confidence that made her a household name during her time at LSU. While the 22-year-old has retired from collegiate athletics, it's clear she's just getting started when it comes to commanding the spotlight. From Sports Illustrated runways to ballpark glam, Dunne is showing no signs of slowing down — and fans are loving every minute of it. Back home in New Jersey, Livvy Dunne drops jaws in leopard print and a classic denim mini skirt After wrapping up her NCAA journey — which included iconic moments like her Texas cowboy hat look, her final leotard routine, and the stunning 'officially retired' dress she wore during a night out with her LSU teammates — Dunne has gracefully pivoted into a world full of fashion, media, and exciting personal milestones. An injury may have sidelined her from competing in the final championship, but it certainly hasn't dimmed her star. Livvy turned heads at the SI Swimsuit red carpet in New York alongside fellow gymnast Jordan Chiles, and later went viral with her show-stopping bikini split-pose at Swim Week in Miami. 'I was triple dog dared,' she said about the unexpected runway move — though every gymnast fan knows it was muscle memory and heart that really drove that moment. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like Tickets for Blackpink's Singapore shows in November will cost between S$168 and S$428 CNA Read More Undo Back home in New Jersey, Livvy Dunne drops jaws in leopard print and a classic denim mini skirt (Instagram) When she's not owning the catwalk, Dunne is often spotted cheering on her boyfriend, Pittsburgh Pirates ace Paul Skenes.
