The Tampa Bay Buccaneers' offense last season under Liam Coen was one of the best in football.

With Baker Mayfield orchestrating things, and Mike Evans, Jalen McMillan, Bucky Irving, Rachaad White, and tight end Cade Otton all making plays, Tampa Bay was a force.
But now, with Coen in Jacksonville with the Jaguars, it is passing game coordinator from 2024 in Josh Grizzard, who steps up into the big chair to be the leading voice in Mayfield's ear.
As OTAs continue for the Buccaneers, Otton is confident that Grizzard can get the necessary improvement out of the unit.
"We were a really good offense last year but we still have room to improve and I think he's going to do whatever it takes to get us there," Otton said.

Granted, improving on last season won't be an easy thing to accomplish with the Buccaneers averaging 29.5 points per game (ranked fourth), and averaging 146.5 rushing yards per game (ranked fifth), while Baker had a career year, throwing for 4,500 yards and 41 touchdowns.

If Grizzard can improve on that, Tampa Bay is in the thick of the Super Bowl race.
As for Otton, he's coming off a career year, posting 600 yards and four touchdowns from 59 receptions as he stood up amid injuries on offense. He had a three-game stretch of 10+ targets and 77+ yards, along with three touchdowns, before reinforcements arrived.
Now entering his fourth season, Otton will look to help Grizzard take what was already a strong offense last season to even greater heights in 2025.
