Jessie, who is determined to be honest with fans during her cancer journey, has gone on to list her "cons" of the surgery.
"Not being the mum I'm used to being and picking Sky up," she wrote on her Instagram Stories.

Jessie J reveals she's taking break from music to 'beat breast cancer' after shock diagnosis
Jessie has explained how the only painkillers she is allowed to take is paracetamol and ibuprofen due to having low blood pressure.
The Pricetag hitmaker finished her health update by candidly admitting how she has been left with constipation due to her general anaesthetic and painkillers.
Jessie's message has come as a welcome relief to fans who have been following her journey.
Earlier this month, Jessie - who shares Sky with basketball player Chanan Colman - revealed how she had been diagnosed with breast cancer.
Incredibly, she went ahead and performed at this year's Capital FM Summertime Ball in London on June 15.
Jessie held back tears as she told the crowd at Wembley Arena that she was taking a break to "beat breast cancer".
This week, the brave star posted an emotional video to Instagram after undergoing surgery.

"I will always show the good and hard bits of any journey I go through.
"Grateful to my doctor / surgeon and all the nurses who cared for me and all my family / friends who came to visit."
Jessie was seen breaking down in tears as she woke up from her operation. In a groggy voice, she said: "I was imagining Sky saying 'I love you mummy' and I was saying 'I love you, I love you back'."
She also pointed to her scarred and bandaged breast area, adding: "[It's] so sore."

Liam Payne's sister honours brother's last TV appearance with heartfelt tribute

Liam Payne's sister Ruth has shared her 'immeasurable pride' over his appearance on Netflix's latest show Building the Band, which he filmed months before his tragic passing Liam Payne's sister Ruth shared her "immeasurable pride" after seeing her late brother in his final TV appearance. The late One Direction star, who tragically died at age 31 last year after falling from a hotel balcony in Argentina, appears as a judge in the upcoming Netflix series Building the Band. His older sister Ruth Gibbins said she was "heartbroken" that Liam wouldn't get the opportunity to see himself on the show. ‌ Ruth took to Instagram to share the tribute, writing: "I didn't know whether to share this, but it felt odd when I've raved about Liam's work and achievements for the past 15 years." ‌ "I'm heartbroken he never got the chance to see how brilliant he is in this show. He knew he had done a good job, we all told him this when we were at filming, but watching it back, wow!". "You're a star Liam, you always were and always will be. There are a range of emotions I felt watching this, but one of the main ones is immeasurable pride, always. Miss you more every day," she continued. Building the Band premiers on Netflix on July 9, with presenter AJ McLean promising the series is "unlike anything you have ever seen before". The Backstreet Boys singer previously stated: "Today's most talented singers in the world will audition for each other and choose their own bandmates before ever seeing them. ‌ "Our judge and mentor Nicole Scherzinger, and guest judges Kelly Rowland and the late Liam Payne, are from some of the biggest bands of all time. This show is all about one word: chemistry. And believe me: in a band, you really need some good chemistry." Liam completed filming for the show - where singers try to form a band while remaining in separate booths, unable to see one another - several months before his tragic passing last October, the Mirror reports. ‌ The synopsis for the series reads: "All they [the contestants] have to go on is musical compatibility, connection, chemistry and merit ... with incredible performances, compelling drama, and one big goal - to find the next great music band - the stage is set for an unforgettable experience." Meanwhile, Liam's friend DJ Fat Tony recently revealed that he attempted to "help" the singer with his addiction "demons." Speaking to The Times Magazine, the 59-year-old DJ - a recovering addict who has been sober for 18 years - shared: "I tried to help Liam Payne with his demons. He was incredible - a really close friend." ‌ "There were so many amazing times where he got clean and sober. Not everyone makes it. It's a real shame what happened, falling off the balcony. I'm devastated by it," he shared. "Addiction is a big part of our industry. People see being sober and clean as more problematic than being drunk and high. They'll help you on that drink and drug journey, but not on the sober journey."

Advertisement While he's been playing football in France, and frolicking with make-up artist to the stars Lou, 41, off the pitch, Andy's ex, former Towie star Billi Mucklow, 37, has been looking after their three young kids, plus his two teenage children from a previous relationship, back in the UK. A source said: 'There are genuine fears that Andy and Lou won't last when they return to the UK. "Their relationship has effectively been a big holiday romance, and they are going to be seriously tested when returning to reality. "Andy has clearly made it his priority to be closer to his children. "While that is admirable, things might not be the same for him and fun-loving Lou back in the UK." Advertisement During Andy's time in France, he and Lou - who Andy affectionately calls his "T Total" because she doesn't drink - have shared photos galore of their sun-kissed life. It very much looks like a holiday romance from the outside and everyone knows what happens to those when the sun stops shining A Sun source In April, they headed to Magaluf for a one-day "loliday", as Lou described it. Then, following the end of Bordeaux's season, Andy - once the most expensive footballer in British history, after joining Liverpool for £35 million in 2011 - whisked Lou off to Ibiza in May. An insider added: "It very much looks like a holiday romance from the outside and everyone knows what happens to those when the sun stops shining. Andy Carroll quizzed by cops twice after bust-ups with girlfriend at packed restaurant and hotel during Greek holiday 'Lou loves travel and working as an influencer means she's always here, there and everywhere. Advertisement "It's very much up in the air about how things will actually work for them once they are home." COUPLE CLASH In fact, cracks have already started appearing between Andy and Lou after he was quizzed by the police twice over bust-ups with her during a break on the Greek party island of Mykonos earlier this month. After the first clash, a worker at restaurant Nikolus Tavern said: 'He seemed very drunk and furious with his partner. 'He was using very bad words. It was improper behaviour. The woman looked very upset.' Following a chat with cops, during which Andy was 'very calm', the striker returned to Lou. Advertisement However, hours later officers escorted him to a local police station for questioning after reports of damage to the couple's room at a £500-a-night boutique hotel. It's very much up in the air about how things will actually work for them once they are home A Sun source A hotel worker confirmed the incident, telling The Sun on Sunday: 'Yes, they were staying here. He broke the door.' Carroll wasn't arrested, and it's understood no further action was taken, but Lou stayed elsewhere that night, checking into celebrity hotspot Soho Roc House private members' club. One British holidaymaker spotted the pair engaged in a bust-up and claimed he heard the former Liverpool striker shout at her: 'I'm done with us!' LOU'S LOVE Before Andy, Lou's last romance was with SAS: Who Dares Wins star Jay Morton. Advertisement The former soldier, 41, and the make-up artist were first spotted looking loved-up at Coachella Music Festival in April 2022, but by January 2023 they had gone their separate ways and Lou wiped all trace of Jay from her social media. She wrote on Instagram at the time: 'No 2022 dump from me because it was the most horrible year of my life. Be kind and look after people.' Lou's social media has often been a happy hunting ground for her. The star previously told how she has found guys on Instagram, and said it was an 'easy' way to meet men. When speaking about social media hook-ups in a 2022 episode of podcast Sex, Lies & DM Slides, she said: 'It's just men, isn't it? I do think there is a bit of a thing going on with the blue ticks. Advertisement "Like, they just go in with it and it's a bit of a, 'Are you DTF [down to f**k]?' But without saying that. 'It's not as literal as that, but you genuinely can, if you want to, have sex, probably go and meet someone off Towie quite quickly.' Nomadic lifestyle Asked if she's been messaging anyone from Towie, she said: 'Loads of them. Not this year, but I have in the past. I'm not saying. "There is a little world going on, and it's quite easy to go and meet someone from Instagram. "I generally find just talking on Instagram is better for dating. I meet more blokes that way." Advertisement Lou is also no stranger to membership-based dating app Raya, and previously admitted she would 'always connect' with people she 'already knows a little bit'. She added: 'So it's really easy to start chatting.' Lou - who first shot to fame as One Direction's make-up artist, and remains close pals with Harry Styles - has a daughter, Lux Atkin, 13, with musician Tom Atkin, 40. Lux - @Baby Lux on her 23,000-follower Instagram account - was previously dubbed 'One Direction's youngest fan', after she was often pictured with the Story Of My Life hitmakers. Lou led a nomadic lifestyle while on tour with the boyband, and that has continued throughout her life. Advertisement MARRIAGE MATERIAL? In May, Andy's friends were convinced he was planning to pop the question to Lou - as soon as his divorce from Billi was finalised. A friend told The Sun on Sunday at the time: 'Lou is already telling her mates they have discussed marriage, and Andy thinks he's met his soulmate. "Their connection is so strong. He has never felt like this before. 'He definitely wants to put a ring on it. It's been a whirlwind romance for both of them. "But they're playing for keeps." Advertisement Meanwhile, Andy and Billi are still thrashing out their divorce, after separating in September 2024 - with he and Lou revealing their romance weeks later. Billi recently showed Andy just what he is missing when she shared several stunning bikini pictures of her own on Instagram, during a break in Mallorca. She added the caption: 'Back To My Happy Place." But will a return to England be a happy place for Andy and Lou? I fell out of love with everything. I was very depressed. I wouldn't go out of the house, I had to wear a hat if I did. I hated everything and everybody Andy Carroll The footballer recently admitted his final years in England were a "nightmare", before he was offered an escape route from French side Amiens in 2023, and then signed for fourth-tier club Bordeaux in 2024. Advertisement Speaking to The Independent in November, he said: "I fell out of love with everything. I was very depressed. I wouldn't go out of the house, I had to wear a hat if I did. I hated everything and everybody." Andy also told how he has enjoyed a much 'easier' and 'simpler life' in France. Speaking about fame having its "dark sides", he said: "In France I live a much easier, simpler life. 'People recognise me in the street but respect me. "That's key to my happiness." Advertisement Whether Lou can help deliver Andy's happiness goal remains to be seen… but their romance could be heading into injury time. 9 Andy and Lou are relocating back to Britain after the footballer finished playing for French side Bordeaux Credit: AFP 9 The pair enjoyed a loved-up break in Ibiza in May Credit: instagram/andytcarroll 9 Yet on their recent Greek trip, they had bust-ups in a restaurant and hotel with Andy quizzed by cops Credit: Gary Stone 9 The footie ace wants to be closer to his five children Credit: Instagram Advertisement

Love Island first look as Emily learns the truth and Alima has some strong words for Remell

Tonight's episode of Love Island is filled with drama, tears and revelations as the Islanders return for the sleepover villa Last night's episode of Love Island delivered high drama as Maya Jama made her highly anticipated return to the ITV villa, bringing game-changing news for the Islanders at the sleepover villa. As Emily, Helena, Dejon and Remell faced the crucial decision to either stick with their current partners in the main villa or twist for someone new, the outcome saw four Islanders - Shae, Will, Caprice and Poppy - sent home, officially ending their journey on the show. ‌ The biggest twist came when Remell opted to remain coupled with Alima, despite forming a connection with Poppy. The unexpected choice left not only Poppy stunned, but the rest of his fellow Islanders. ‌ As we wait to see the fall out of Remell's actions, here is a sneak peek into tonight's episode of Love Island... Helena, Giorgio, Emily, Dejon and Remell return from the sleepover villa to much anticipation. It doesn't take long for Remell to pull Alima for a chat at the fire pit, hoping for clarity or maybe a second chance. But Alima is quick to set the tone, making it clear where she stands. Alima states: 'I just hope you know that it's done between us. At this point I want to try and be civil…there's no going back.' Caught off guard, Remell responds: 'So you don't want to hear what I have to say?' ‌ Although Alima doesn't hold back, voicing her frustration: "This is why I was struggling to open up to you…why did you have to share a bed with her?" With emotions running high, Alima ends the conversation and walks off leaving Remell to spend the night alone on the day bed. ‌ The next morning, still unhappy with how their conversation played out, Remell opens up to Dejon, saying: "on the outside I would've ghosted her by now.' Now the question lingers - does Remell regret not bringing Poppy back to the Villa? Meanwhile Emily wastes no time pulling Conor for a chat, hoping to clear the air. Instead he reveals that he shared a kiss with Megan on the terrace while Emily was away. ‌ 'That's quite intense... " Emily says, visibly taken aback. "I thought Megan was more into Tommy to the point where she wouldn't have done that…" Conor admits: 'My head has been with her [Megan].' ‌ Emily, clearly hurt, responds: "I wouldn't have cared about the kiss…the words 'while you were away my head was with her' pushes me out of the equation.' Later in the evening, Conor informs Emily that he and Megan will be spending the night in the hideaway together. Afterwards, Emily, confides in Tommy and Harry, saying: 'I don't expect anything from him, but from her [Megan], I would've expected more.' ‌ Conor and Megan share a kiss in the hideaway and Conor gives her his bracelet - a symbolic step forward. The next day, love is clearly in the air as Toni and Harrison are given the opportunity to go on a date. The pair head to pick strawberries, and Harrison opens up to Toni, saying: "I always say I like a fiery, direct girl and you tick both those boxes for sure.' Toni beams back: 'I'm happy with you so far. I like that we don't compare ourselves to anyone in the Villa… Things are going well between us.' ‌ Seems like everything is going berry well for Harrison and Toni. Elsewhere in the Villa, whispers grow louder. Ben confides in the boys that he's not feeling his connection with Yasmin, and when Dejon shares the news with Meg - on the condition she keeps it quiet - the secret doesn't stay secret for long. ‌ Meg gives Yasmin a heads-up, and that night Ben pulls her for a chat. 'I feel like we went from 0 to 100 real quick and I'm going to be taking a step back," he reveals. Yasmin later fills Toni in on what went down, and Toni gives her some advice: 'Someone needs to give Ben a piece of their mind and you're the perfect one." Encouraged by Toni's words, Yasmin confronts Ben and things quickly turn sour.
