Jessie has explained how the only painkillers she is allowed to take is paracetamol and ibuprofen due to having low blood pressure.
The Pricetag hitmaker finished her health update by candidly admitting how she has been left with constipation due to her general anaesthetic and painkillers.
Jessie's message has come as a welcome relief to fans who have been following her journey.
Earlier this month, Jessie - who shares Sky with basketball player Chanan Colman - revealed how she had been diagnosed with breast cancer.
Incredibly, she went ahead and performed at this year's Capital FM Summertime Ball in London on June 15.
Jessie held back tears as she told the crowd at Wembley Arena that she was taking a break to "beat breast cancer".
This week, the brave star posted an emotional video to Instagram after undergoing surgery.

Jessie was seen breaking down in tears as she woke up from her operation. In a groggy voice, she said: "I was imagining Sky saying 'I love you mummy' and I was saying 'I love you, I love you back'."
She also pointed to her scarred and bandaged breast area, adding: "[It's] so sore."

ITV Coronation Street icon 'lined up' for I'm A Celebrity 2025 stint after quitting soap

A Coronation Street star could be going on a brand new adventure after leaving their beloved soap role behind A popular Coronation Street actor is rumoured to be joining the line-up for this year's I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! ‌ Adam Hussain, who plays Aadi Alahan, has been a fixture on the cobbles since his debut in 2006, alongside his twin sister Asha (Tanisha Gorey). ‌ Originally portrayed by Zennon Ditchett, Adam took over the role in 2020 - and it's safe to say Aadi's been embroiled in some serious drama. Particularly recently, as he inadvertently spiked Lauren Bolton (Cait Fitton) at a party last month. ‌ In an attempt to resolve financial problems arising from managing his father Dev's (Jimmi Harkishin) business, Aadi staged a fake robbery. When Dev discovered the truth, he was furious and demanded that Aadi leave the cobbles to live in India. Recognising it's time for a fresh start, Aadi agrees and decides to depart the cobbles, reports the Daily Star. Fans have been bracing for Aadi's exit since April, when actor Adam Hussain announced his departure from the ITV soap. ‌ On Instagram, he posted: "Over the five years I've spent there, I have learned so much about the world and the industry and now feel I am ready to spread my wings a little." Now, Adam is being tipped for a spot on a major reality show. Bookmakers Betway are confident he will enter the I'm A Celebrity jungle later this year, with spokesperson Mike Reading stating: "Adam Hussain looks set for a brand new adventure beyond Coronation Street." ‌ He elaborated: "With the I'm A Celeb lineup still firmly under wraps, we have priced him up at 7/1 to swap the Rovers Return for bugs, rice, and beans." There's also a chance that Adam could make an appearance on a competing soap, with bookmakers offering odds of 12/1 and 6/1 for him to appear on Hollyoaks and EastEnders respectively.

Ex On the Beach's Helen Briggs and Chet Johnson marry two weeks after shock engagement

Helen Briggs and Chet Johnson are officially newlyweds after they walked the aisle just two weeks after getting engaged, and two months after welcoming their fourth child Ex on the Beach couple Helen Briggs and Chet Johnson, who shot to fame in 2016, have officially tied the knot just two weeks after they shared their surprise engagement with their followers. ‌ The couple featured on the MTV reality show a decade ago and are now proud parents to four young children. The couple had only just welcomed their fourth child, Honey, in June, just weeks before they announced their engagement. Helen, 30, and Chet, 35, also share Ocean, five, Elvis, four, and two-year-old Peach. ‌ After their engagement, they revealed that their big day wasn't far away. DJ and former Geordie Shore star Joel Corry confirmed that they had tied the knot after he shared a short clip of the sweet couple following their romantic ceremony. It comes after David Beckham speaks 'as a father' in 'family' announcement after latest Brooklyn snub. ‌ The blushing bride opted for a short, white lace dress paired with a bridal headpiece and some white stilettos, while the groom cut a smart figure in a black suit and a classic bow tie. The couple shared their engagement announcement with a sweet video where they sat on a sofa and explained that they were entering a new 'chapter' of their lives. They also shared the sweet story of their engagement, revealing it was Helen who popped the question. Chet said in the video: "I was at the gym, and I get this phone call and she's like. 'Do you want to get married?' and I'm like, 'What do you mean, do you want to get married?'" Helen then said: "If anyone knows me, I always said 10 years and I'll decide if I want to get married or not." They added the caption: "Today is our 10 year anniversary… & the beginning of something even more beautiful. In a couple of weeks, we are saying 'I do" We can't wait for this next chapter…." ‌ Friends and fans flooded the comments to send their congratulatory messages, including former Love Island star Katie Salmon, who said: 'love to you guys!! 10 years!! Been a blessing to watch you grow into the most amazing wholesome real family. Happy for you all'. One fan added: 'Arrrrr congratulations love following you too. You're both so real and so much fun', while another said: 'I love this!!! You do your wedding how you both want to! The important thing is the marriage, not the wedding'. ‌ While the couple are stronger than ever, it hasn't all been plain sailing as Helen accused Chet of cheating on her back in 2023. Chet denied the accusations and the couple reunited shortly after. Helen opened up on the split on Instagram when she was asked about her relationship in a Q&A. She said: "So this question gets asked a lot so I would only like to address this once. Chet and I are back together. We went through hell and back this summer over an allegation which didn't turn out to be true. I jumped the gun and put a statement without even reading between the lines.' "Chet always denied the allegation and later down the line cleared his name,' she added. "Putting a statement out there was a hasty decision on my behalf, because the evidence I had was nil and void and led to me accusing Chet of something he actually didn't do. I don't know why I let these trolls get to me and try and ruin my relationship. Chet and I are working hard to get back on track for the sake of us as a couple and our family, and this is the last time I will speak on this matter."

Noel Gallagher's daughter Anais shares Oasis snap after enjoying concert with Peggy

Music fans flocked to Croke Park in Dublin to watch Oasis take to the stage - with lead singer Noel Gallagher's daughter, Anaïs Gallaghe, among the electric crowds Anaïs Gallagher had a marvellous time watching her father performing on stage at one of Oasis's hugely successful reunion tour gigs. The 25-year-old model and photographer is the daughter of 58-year-old Noel Gallagher and his ex-wife Meg Mathews, 59. ‌ And she looked very proud of her old pops as she joined tens of thousands of other music lovers at Croke Park, Dublin, over the weekend. Singing along in the crowd, Anaïs belted out the classic Oasis track, Live Forever, and shared footage of herself via Instagram Stories. ‌ She then uploaded a snap of her dad alongside her 52-year-old uncle Liam Gallagher, as they sang on stage to the delight of Oasis fans. Saturday night marked the first of two nights for the boys performing at the iconic Irish venue. It comes after her cousin Lennon skipped the Dublin shows and headed to Ibiza with his girlfriend. ‌ Noel looked focused as he performed on stage, and with Anaïs adding a heart hand emoji over her snap. Saturday's gig proved to be quite the family affair, as Liam and Noel's mother, Peggy, also travelled to Ireland to see the chart-topping band perform again. Liam even dedicated the performance of Stand By Me to his mum, telling the audience: "This one I want to dedicate to my mum, my mum is here tonight." The singer later dedicated Roll With It to the people of Charlestown, Co Mayo, where his mother hails from. Mid-song, he turned to the upper tiers where she was expected to have been sitting and blew kisses as he mouthed: 'I love you.' Peggy, 92, had previously discussed her plan to attend the Oasis Live'25 tour but avoided the all-standing Manchester shows that took place previously. Heading to Ireland, she could see her sons on stage from the comfort of a box when they played in Dublin. In an interview in June, Peggy was asked if she had anything to do with the reunion between Noel and Liam. She said: "I was the instigator, yes. But sure, wasn't it always going to happen at some time or other? It was their choice, of course. Look, you can't force them to do things they don't want to do." ‌ She confessed she was relieved to see her sons working together again, following a years-long rift between the two. "It's great, because nobody wants their kids falling out, do they?" she said, although she admitted to being nervous about the shows and would be "glad when it's all just over because it makes me get too stressed." Peggy has been spending time with both Noel and Liam in the run-up to the live tour, and was on holiday with Liam and his partner Debbie in the South of France earlier in the year when Liam was on vocal rest. Speaking in the Sunday Times in 2019, Liam said: "Any good that comes out of me is all from Peggy and all her sisters and brothers Oasis fans were stunned last year when brothers Liam and Noel confirmed they had buried the hatchet and would be touring for the first time since 2009. The brothers spectacularly fell out live on stage at the time and previously vowed never to perform together again. ‌ But the Oasis Live '25 Tour has been a smash hit - with critics and fans alike applauding the band for performing better than ever before. The Dublin gigs have been praised by fans, with Croke Park's doors opening again at 5pm on Sunday night for a second round of hits. First support act, Cast, were due to take to the stage at 6pm, followed by Richard Ashcroft at 7pm. Oasis, will walk out at 8.15pm on the dot, with the concert finishing at 10:15pm. Songs on the set list include Some Might Say, Supersonic, and Champagne Supernova.
