Noel Gallagher's daughter Anais shares Oasis snap after enjoying concert with Peggy

Music fans flocked to Croke Park in Dublin to watch Oasis take to the stage - with lead singer Noel Gallagher's daughter, Anaïs Gallaghe, among the electric crowds
Anaïs Gallagher had a marvellous time watching her father performing on stage at one of Oasis's hugely successful reunion tour gigs. The 25-year-old model and photographer is the daughter of 58-year-old Noel Gallagher and his ex-wife Meg Mathews, 59.

And she looked very proud of her old pops as she joined tens of thousands of other music lovers at Croke Park, Dublin, over the weekend. Singing along in the crowd, Anaïs belted out the classic Oasis track, Live Forever, and shared footage of herself via Instagram Stories.

She then uploaded a snap of her dad alongside her 52-year-old uncle Liam Gallagher, as they sang on stage to the delight of Oasis fans. Saturday night marked the first of two nights for the boys performing at the iconic Irish venue. It comes after her cousin Lennon skipped the Dublin shows and headed to Ibiza with his girlfriend.

Noel looked focused as he performed on stage, and with Anaïs adding a heart hand emoji over her snap. Saturday's gig proved to be quite the family affair, as Liam and Noel's mother, Peggy, also travelled to Ireland to see the chart-topping band perform again. Liam even dedicated the performance of Stand By Me to his mum, telling the audience: "This one I want to dedicate to my mum, my mum is here tonight."
The singer later dedicated Roll With It to the people of Charlestown, Co Mayo, where his mother hails from. Mid-song, he turned to the upper tiers where she was expected to have been sitting and blew kisses as he mouthed: 'I love you.'
Peggy, 92, had previously discussed her plan to attend the Oasis Live'25 tour but avoided the all-standing Manchester shows that took place previously. Heading to Ireland, she could see her sons on stage from the comfort of a box when they played in Dublin.
In an interview in June, Peggy was asked if she had anything to do with the reunion between Noel and Liam. She said: "I was the instigator, yes. But sure, wasn't it always going to happen at some time or other? It was their choice, of course. Look, you can't force them to do things they don't want to do."

She confessed she was relieved to see her sons working together again, following a years-long rift between the two. "It's great, because nobody wants their kids falling out, do they?" she said, although she admitted to being nervous about the shows and would be "glad when it's all just over because it makes me get too stressed."
Peggy has been spending time with both Noel and Liam in the run-up to the live tour, and was on holiday with Liam and his partner Debbie in the South of France earlier in the year when Liam was on vocal rest. Speaking in the Sunday Times in 2019, Liam said: "Any good that comes out of me is all from Peggy and all her sisters and brothers
Oasis fans were stunned last year when brothers Liam and Noel confirmed they had buried the hatchet and would be touring for the first time since 2009. The brothers spectacularly fell out live on stage at the time and previously vowed never to perform together again.

But the Oasis Live '25 Tour has been a smash hit - with critics and fans alike applauding the band for performing better than ever before. The Dublin gigs have been praised by fans, with Croke Park's doors opening again at 5pm on Sunday night for a second round of hits.
First support act, Cast, were due to take to the stage at 6pm, followed by Richard Ashcroft at 7pm. Oasis, will walk out at 8.15pm on the dot, with the concert finishing at 10:15pm. Songs on the set list include Some Might Say, Supersonic, and Champagne Supernova.

Noel Gallagher's brutal dig at Royal Family at Oasis gig as crowd boo

Oasis star Noel Gallagher was left in shock when he was met with boos from the audience during the band's final gig at Dublin's Croke Park in Ireland this weekend. Noel Gallagher was met with brutal boos when he graced the stage for Oasis ' closing night in Ireland during their ongoing reunion tour. Noel, 58, was on stage for the second of two performances at Croke Park when he riled up the crowd. ‌ Prior to belting out Half The World Away on Sunday night on August 17, Noel enquired: "Anyone from Manchester?" However, he didn't expect the reaction as the audience began a chorus of boos. ‌ Stunned by the reception, he continued: "Excuse me, excuse me? Booing for the people in Manchester? Oh no, no, no, no, that won't do! Be nice!" ‌ It comes as Liam's eldest son Lennon chose to bypass the Dublin gigs and jet off to Ibiza, according to the Mirror. As Noel presented Half The World Away, he declared: "This is for the Royle Family – the real Royal Family," taking a dig at Windsor. Before the late Queen Elizabeth 's Platinum Jubilee, he mentioned he wasn't "anti-royal" but observed that the "appeal" of the monarchy had been "dwindling". "There are other things for people to be interested in," he remarked, before describing the monarchy as "a bit farcical." The reception from the Dublin crowd couldn't dampen what proved to be a Supersonic weekend for Noel and Liam, who delivered two completely sold-out performances at the Irish venue, which holds more than 80,000. Liam disclosed that his mum Peggy was observing from the stands on Saturday as he devoted a song to her. Prior to performing Stand By Me, he announced to the crowd: "This one I want to dedicate to my mum, my mum is here tonight." ‌ Peggy Gallagher has been backing her two sons since they chose to set aside their feud to entertain fans following a break from music back in 2009. During an interview earlier in June, Peggy was questioned about playing a role in bringing Noel and Liam back together. She responded: "I was the instigator, yes. But sure, wasn't it always going to happen at some time or other? It was their choice, of course. Look, you can't force them to do things they don't want to do." ‌ Also attending Saturday's performance was Noel's 25-year-old daughter Anaïs Gallagher. Revelling in the atmosphere among the audience, she posted video clips on social media of a pal belting out Live Forever. She also shared a snap of her dad alongside her uncle Liam, as they performed on stage to the joy of a wave of Oasis rockers. After the Dublin shows, Oasis will next head to Canada where they will take to the stage in Toronto. The band will then embark on a North American tour before returning to the UK for two additional London performances. Following this, they jet off to Asia, Australia, and finally South America, with the tour set to end in Brazil at the end of November.

Glee star Dianna Agron makes rare remarks on the show's 'death curse'

Glee star Dianna Agron says she still feels close to her late co-stars. The actress, 39, who starred as Quinn Fabray on the hit show from 2009-2015 made rare comments about her castmates during an appearance on the And That's What You REALLY Missed podcast on Wednesday. 'It's hard to think of our loved ones from the show not being present with us anymore because they feel so present in my heart, body, mind, soul, all of it,' she told host and former co-star Jenna Ushkowitz. 'I think that tenderness I feel and the memories that I have [of] who Cory, Naya and Mark were as people, as cast members, as our friends and family [are] just so vivid.' 'That will never dissipate for me, ever,' she asserted. 'I think there's beauty in that. I could replay memory after memory after memory.' Cory Monteith, who starred as series hunk Finn Hudson, died of an accidental drug overdose at age 31 in July 2013. Mark Salling who played Noah 'Puck' Puckerman in the show, died by suicide at age 35 in 2018 while awaiting sentencing for possessing child sex abuse images. Naya Rivera lost her life in a drowning incident in Lake Piru, CA, after saving her young son Josey. She was 33. Speaking of Monteith, she called the 6'1" star a 'teddy bear. I mean that in a way of his kindness and groundedness in himself was so perfect,' she recalled. 'He was this tall, big brotherly presence in all of our lives.' '[Cory} just felt so safe and equally excited about what he was getting to experience with his character. 'His character had a leadership position in the show, as well, and there was not an ungenerous bone in his body.' 'I remember this one time that he was having people swim in his backyard,,' she said, sharing a sweet story about the Canadian actor. 'My brother had come down and [Cory] said, "Oh, you're squinting a lot. Do you not have a pair of sunglasses?" He was like, "Oh, no, I don't," and [Cory] took him into his room. He's, like, "These are all my sunglasses. Just take a pair." … That's who he was always. It was so amazing to have.' Agron and pal Darren Criss, who played Blaine Anderson on Glee, recently reconciled with former co-star Lea Michele, who has been labeled as a 'bully' by many of her former castmates. Naya Rivera lost her life in a drowning incident in Lake Piru, CA, after saving her young son Josey. She was 33; Pictured in Los Angeles in February 2011 'I think that tenderness I feel and the memories that I have [of] who Cory, Naya and Mark were as people, as cast members, as our friends and family [are] just so vivid,' she said Michele, 38, posted a photo of the three of them in her Instagram Stories in April, after seeing Criss, 38, perform in Maybe Happy Ending. 'Night out with my beautiful friend from high school to see our former classmate perform on Broadway,' she captioned the snap in April. Criss won the Tony award as Best Actor in a Musical, making him the first Asian-American actor to receive that honor. He earned another Tony as a producer for the Best Musical winner. Graham Linehan: JK Rowling failed to defend me over trans backlash

Graham Linehan, the Father Ted creator and women's rights activist, has accused JK Rowling of failing to defend him after a trans backlash damaged his career. The Irish comedy writer, 57, claimed that Rowling's 'silence' over attacks against him — a Father Ted musical was abandoned after he spoke out on transgender issues — made him feel isolated and added to the view that he was 'toxic'. Linehan also told The Spiked Podcast that attempts to smear Sandy Peggie, the Fife nurse who claims she was subject to unlawful harassment under the Equality Act when she was expected to share a changing room with Dr Beth Upton, a trans woman, were 'contemptible'. Linehan, who also wrote The IT Crowd, said he had been defending the rights of women and children for six years and has had to endure abuse and threats throughout that period. In 2020 he criticised abusive posts about Rowling after she made comments on gender ideology that were described as transphobic. He wrote later: 'Far from being on the wrong side of history, JK Rowling and I have been proved right over and over again that this is a poisonous ideology that is destroying lives.' In 2022 and 2023, Linehan said that the debate over transgender issues had 'consumed his life', lost him work, made him financially destitute and caused the end of his marriage. • Graham Linehan: It will take decades to undo the trans movement damage This week, Linehan accused Rowling of failing to defend his right to free speech over the trans controversy. She had 'never mentioned me, never said anything in my defence', Linehan said. 'When she got [involved in gender ideology issues], I thought, Oh my God, it's over. I can finally relax, I can finally fight back because someone's on my side, you know? 'And now her silence about me is just added to the feeling that I've done something wrong, that I'm toxic, and I know I am toxic, but it's not because I've done anything wrong. 'It's because people like JK Rowling won't stand up in defence of me. So it wasn't just the [trans rights activist] side pushing me out. It was a feeling of lack of solidarity and the kind of an embarrassment at my presence in the fight.' In 2023 a comedy show featuring Linehan in Edinburgh was cancelled because of complaints. Leith Arches said it had pulled the gig because the comedian's views did 'not align with our overall values'. Linehan is due to appear in court in September after pleading not guilty to harassment and criminal damage against a trans woman. He appeared at Westminster magistrates' court in London in May and denied two charges including one of harassing Sophia Brooks, 18, on social media. • Tough Crowd by Graham Linehan review — memoirs of a monomaniac Peggie's employment tribunal will hear its closing submissions next month. 'I think it might be a case that piques some people because it is so shocking that a nurse doing a tough shift on Christmas Eve can't even go to a changing room in peace without a man being there,' Linehan said. 'I'm so glad that she has taken the fight on because there's a lot of attention on her and on this particular story.' A spokesman for Rowling declined to comment.
