Al Muntada Al Islami highlights methods for teaching Quran to kids
This seminar is one of a series of targeted initiatives aimed at reviving Islamic educational methods and expanding their reach to include diverse community groups, particularly the youth, as children represent the foundation of society and the future of the nation.

Dr. Hadi Hussein, a professor at Mohammed bin Zayed University for Humanities, will lead the first session, discussing the immense educational and spiritual value that the Quran offers children during their formative years. He will emphasize the importance of teaching the Quran from a young age to strengthen Islamic identity and form a moral and behavioral shield that protects children from ideological and behavioral deviations in a time of increasing cultural challenges.
Theme two: Teaching the Quran to children: A historical perspective
In the second session, Dr. Saleh Mohammed Al-Luhaibi, an associate professor at the University of Sharjah, will explore the historical stages of Quran education for children. This discussion will cover the transition from traditional schools that relied on rote memorization and wooden boards to the adoption of modern technological tools such as electronic applications and interactive learning. The session will propose innovative methods to balance authenticity and modernity in educational approaches to ensure engagement and comprehension among children.

Participation in international art symposium Al Madhloum took part in an international art symposium hosted by Turkey's Gelişim University, where he presented his experience in designing 'Diwani'—the world's first building to integrate Arabic calligraphy with contemporary architecture. Targeting rehabilitation and social reintegration This distinguished activity is part of an extensive programme focused on Islamic culture, targeting inmates in correctional and reform institutions. The goal is to rehabilitate them and integrate them back into society, based on the tolerant principles of Islamic Sharia that call for forgiveness, reform, and building hope. Programme titled "building hope – a journey to life" Al Muntada holds this programme under the title "Building hope – a journey to life," offering specialised lectures and scientific courses combining authenticity and modernity. It covers concepts of moderation, balance, the foundations of positive coexistence, and the importance of social responsibility. The programme also includes practical workshops aimed at developing inmates' life skills and enhancing their cultural and knowledge abilities, enabling them to start a new life after serving their sentences.
