One delighted reviewer gushed: "Best straighteners I have ever owned, much better than GHD. They glide effortlessly through the hair and only need to pass once to get shiny straight hair! Shoppers found their Stanley cups still had ice in them more than a day after filling them. Unless you've been living under a rock, you've definitely heard of the iconic Stanley cup. Viral thanks to TikTok, the famous insulated water tumblers have taken the world by storm - but they come with quite the price tag. Luckily, though, Amazon has slashed the prices of many of the colour options for this high-quality cup. Usually retailing at a steep £45, Amazon has slashed the price of several of their range of Stanleys by up to 29 per cent. The 'Plum' colour option comes with the biggest discount, now priced at £32. Other big reductions have been seen on the purple 'Dahlia Shimmer' option (now £32.28), the 'Powder Blue Crush' option (£33.75), and the 'Blue Spruce' cup for £32. The insulated cups promise to keep up to 1.2 litres of water or other drinks cold for two days with ice, or for 11 hours without ice. Made from 90 per cent recycled stainless steel, the thermal cup is also more sustainable than other non-recycled products. It comes with a straw and lid, so users can choose whether to sip from the cup's straw or to drink directly from the cup, which its product description claims is splash-resistant. "The issue with this is if not closed very tightly the cup WILL leak unless continually upright, which is simply not practical. I would seriously consider another product if you're looking for something to keep your drinks cold and everything else dry." But another five-star reviewer wrote: "Absolutely lives up to the claims. I filled it with iced water and put it on my bedside table in case I woke up in the night needing a drink. "The next morning it was still icy, even after it spent the night in a warm room. Ice in my usual glass jug would have melted within the hour. Downed about half of the water, went to work forgetting I'd left the cup there. "Twenty four hours after filling it I went to bed, checked the cup that had been sat on the bedside table and it was still full of ice. It had hardly melted at all." Shoppers earn 10p for each receipt they upload. Alternatively, they can upload 50 receipt pictures to get the maximum reward of £5. Panellists were alerted to the change via a notification in the app. The move has sparked fury among customers, with many taking to social media to complain. Writing in the Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK group, one shopper said: "I'm gutted I get £7-8 a month from it and it all adds up. While another added: "Oh no! I've got £141 since I've been doing it. Don't get many surveys, some months I don't get any, so not worth keeping." And a third moaned: "Gutted, over £200 since I started doing it." It is not the first time the retail giant has made changes to this feature. Back in October, shoppers were left heartbroken after Amazon said shoppers would need to upload 50 receipts instead of 10 to get the £5 reward. The shopper Panel is an opt-in, invitation-only program where participants can earn monthly rewards by sharing receipts from purchases made outside of Amazon. Once you receive a notification, customers can download the app from the app store or the Google Play store. Before you join, you may be put on a waiting list and you will be sent an email when you can join. As well as uploading receipts to earn cash, users can also take part in surveys and enable ad verification for extra rewards. The amount you can earn per survey varies, but you will be able to see how much you can earn before you take part. Enrolling in ad verification - allowing Amazon to see the ads that appear on your phone - can earn you £2 per month. If you decide the app isn't for you, you can stop using it anytime. More ways to make money online There are plenty of other websites that pay you for completing surveys or other tasks. For example, Swagbucks has paid out millions globally and reward users for surveys, watching clips and browsing the web. Regular users report earning upwards of £300 a year for just 15 minutes of their time. Expect to earn around 50p a survey which will typically take up to 20 minutes. You can get your payouts either as PayPal cash or shopping vouchers. Elsewhere, Opinium is used by top firms for research. Surveys pay 50p on average and take around five minutes, you'll have to work up to £25 before you can get a payout. Get your money through cash with a bank transfer or gift vouchers.
