Stephen Curry's wife, Ayesha Curry's secret recipe to a happy family might surprise you
The Golden State Warriors veteran Stephen Curry's wife, Ayesha Curry, has a recipe for a happy marriage and family that is quite simple, yet it worked like a charm. In a candid chat with PEOPLE in February this year, Ayesha unveiled her big secret— "I think for us, our relationship always comes first. Then we're parents," she told the outlet.
Of course, prioritizing relationship over parenting might sound a bit odd, but Ayesha has the explanation for her philosophy. "And that works for us because then you have two happy people raising the kids in the house. So the family sector in our lives always comes first," she explained.
Undoubtedly, two happy parents raising kids would be a far better choice. The duo shares four kids— Riley, Ryan, Canon, and Caius.
"And then honestly, it's just surrounding ourselves with people that are smarter than us and know what they're doing and can make the things run.
And they allow us the space to be creative and they allow us the space to truly show up however we choose to. And I think that's what's really worked for us," she continued.
As for their parenting technique, Ayesha shared that Stephen and she don't prefer to be controlling parents. "We're not control freaks. We have ideas, but we're willing to let people help us see those ideas into fruition," she added.

Life took them in different directions for a while, but they found their way back to each other in 2008. Ayesha had moved to Los Angeles to pursue acting and modeling, while Stephen happened to be in town for the ESPY Awards. Their connection sparked again, and a few years later, on July 30, 2011, they got married.
