Leo's hauls include a variety of items such as silk boxer shorts, men's work socks, and a brand-new cashmere sweater.
His owner, Helen North, regularly uses a neighbourhood WhatsApp group and Facebook to try and return the pilfered goods, often posting photos of the stolen items.
Despite Ms North's attempts to curb his behaviour, including trying to keep him indoors, Leo continues his 'one-cat crimewave'.
She says most neighbours are amused by Leo's antics, with some even expressing disappointment that he hasn't stolen from them.

Perth and Kinross Council have been accused of not doing enough to discourage troublemakers from wreaking havoc in the scenic area. Local resident Emma Crichton told the BBC: "Earlier this month there was a flatbed truck with a fresh water supply on it for three generations of campers who were there for 10 days with a generator with loud music. "I have people wandering into my garden asking if they can park there, people coming in and asking if they can use my loo. We have people having raves, it's like a music festival. I'm not a shrinking violet. I like a drink and I like loud music, but it's intolerable and I don't feel safe." Rangers have increased patrols in the area, collecting discarded items such as soiled nappies and a hypodermic needle. The locale typically teems with visitors between October or whenever the sun makes an appearance. Ms Crichton criticised the council and police response, stating: "Some of the rangers have been doing the job since before I got there so they know the area well and they're very invested in it. Every time I make a complaint, I'm told there's no law being broken. I cannot accept that." Negative feedback has also appeared on the Loch Clunie Facebook page, including a recent post from a man who visited the loch with his 10 year old daughter. He penned: "It was like Skid Row. Drunks everywhere - one or two being quite aggressive. Rubbish everywhere. Maybe half a dozen cars abandoned with parking tickets on them. Stayed for five minutes and left." Strathtay Councillor Ian James described the situation as an "absolute nightmare" for local residents. He commented that they were "putting up with loud music and drunken behaviour. Although it's a beautiful area, it's just not a nice place to be when it's like that." He alleged that a friend of his had been stabbed after requesting people not to camp in his garden. He added: "If this was Perth city centre, we'd have the police turning up and everybody would be trying their best to stop it, but this is in the countryside so it's unseen by most." A spokesperson for Perth and Kinross Council has stated that the local authority is keen for both visitors and residents to enjoy areas such as Loch of Clunie in a "safe, responsible and courteous manner". The spokesperson further added: "Parking attendants patrol the clearways, issuing guidance and penalty notices as appropriate. "We fully recognise the community's ongoing concerns about repeated incidents of irresponsible camping near residential properties. Given the understandable feelings of vulnerability and anxiety this has caused, we have advised residents not to engage directly with visitors and to report any threatening behaviour to Police Scotland." A representative from Police Scotland said: "We understand the impact anti-social behaviour and disorder has on the local community, and we would like to thank locals who continue to bring these incidents to our attention. Officers continue to work with local partners to address any concerns in the area, and where criminality is established, those responsible will be dealt with appropriately."

Germany train derailment kills at least three leaving others seriously injured
Authorities confirmed approximately 100 passengers were on the train when at least two carriages left the tracks in Biberach, Germany, with several people killed. At least three people were killed and others seriously injured when a train derailed in southern Germany, police say. Authorities said around 100 passengers were on board the RE55 regional express train when it left the tracks in the Biberach district. A large number of emergency services were deployed to the scene. Preliminary reports say the crash resulted in numerous injuries. Several people were killed in what has been described as a "mass casualty incident" by local authorities, reports the Mirror. Federal and local police said the cause of the crash near Riedlingen, roughly 158km (98 miles) west of Munich, remains under investigation. It was not immediately clear how many people were injured. In a statement shared on X, German chancellor Friedrich Merz said: "The train accident in the Biberach district deeply shocks me. "I am in close contact with the Interior Minister and the Transport Minister, and I have asked them to support the rescue services with all available means. "We mourn the victims. I express my condolences to their families." According to the German Press Agency (dpa), Baden-Württemberg's Interior Minister Thomas Strobl (CDU) is also heading to the scene of the accident. His spokesman said he will get an impression of the rescue efforts following the derailment. A spokesperson for the Federal Police Stuttgart told Bild: "Two carriages of the Deutsche Bahn regional express have derailed." Because of the number of people killed and injured, the crash has been declared a mass casualty incident by German authorities. Our family cat was swung in a noose and smashed into a wall by a sick thug – How could someone be so cruel?
A FAMILY whose pet cat was tortured for fun by a sick thug have told of their horror at his ordeal. Tabby Marshall was swung around in a noose and repeatedly smashed into a wall. 6 6 6 The ginger moggie returned home hours later gasping for breath and with rope still around his throat. Marshall was taken to a vet and given pain killers for bruising and swelling, but X-rays amazingly found no broken bones. Owner Sarah Keeling, 38, has told The Sun of her shock when she was shown doorbell camera footage of her pet's 6am trauma last week. Hospital worker Sarah, who is eight months pregnant, said: 'I don't know what goes through someone's head to do such a cruel thing to a little animal. "Marshall would have just gone out at that time. He would have gone up to that man expecting to be pampered because he's really friendly and loves the attention. 'Instead, he got rope wrapped around his neck and swung around like a rag doll. I don't understand how someone can walk past the house and do that. It seemed like he was trying to kill our poor cat in the video. 'I watched it and felt ill in my stomach. It was sickening. I genuinely thought Marshall was dead and we'd never see him again. But I knew if he was alive, he would come home.' Sarah's eight-year-old daughter Emily was distraught when Marshall went missing last Thursday. As locals helped to hunt for the cat, Emily wrote a heartbreaking letter to her beloved pet which read: 'We won't let you down. If we do, I'm sorry. I love you.' Sarah said: 'Emily was devastated. I just told her someone had been nasty to the cat and he ran away but we'll find him.' When Marshall came back at 1am on Friday, Emily fell asleep snuggling with the cat on the sofa. Shock moment a cat has a near miss with an unexpected explosion Emily said: 'We were cuddling and snoring. I was very sad and angry when he went missing. I wrote a letter to him and I read it to him. We play together a lot. I play with his favourite little cat toy which is a stick with a mouse. 'Lots of people have given him new toys which we'll try playing with. The vet said he's put on weight from all the treats. At least he's home, that's all that matters.' Sarah's partner Stuart Duncombe, 41, a kitchen appliance fitter, said: 'I don't get how anyone could do that. It was really shocking.' Marshall's ordeal came just weeks after Sarah's son Jake, 12, lost his cat Millie when she was run over. The family of Basingstoke, Hants, set up a GoFundMe page to cover vet bills which has raised £4,000. Henry Newey, 18, has admitted causing unnecessary suffering to an animal and is due to be sentenced by Basingstoke JPs in September. 6 6 6
