James Argent still in Michelle and Mark's inner circle despite attack on ex
Michelle Keegan and Mark Wright were on their recent holiday in Spain with disgraced reality star, James Argent, according to reports. The former TOWIE favourite, who goes by the nickname Arg, was handed a suspended prison sentence in May for gender violence against former girlfriend, Nicoline Artursson.
Despite admitting to the offence of gender violence in Spain earlier this year, Arg has continued to make public performances and appearances with his band The Arg Band – with Mark's cousin Elliott Wright publicly backing the reality star.
Meanwhile, Mark, 38, has been friends with Arg, 37, for years and is still said to be close to the wedding singer, who insisted he was "devastated" after pleading guilty to domestic violence charges against Nicoline two months ago. In a show of solidarity, it now looks like the telly star still has the support of his pal after the pair appeared to enjoy a family trip away together last month when Mark's sister, Natalya, posted a TikTok video, which included a shot of Arg on a sun lounger with the caption: "Spend the day with me, holiday edition."
Neither Mark nor Michelle included any pictures of Arg when they posted snaps of their recent holiday on Instagram, with a source telling The Sun the couple were sticking by him, even though they are "completely unimpressed" by what happened between him and Nicole.
They said: "Arg is basically Mark's family, it was never in question he'd support him, though of course he was completely unimpressed by everything that went down between Arg and Nicoline.
'Mark put his head in his hands when it all came out, mainly because he knows he's stuck between a rock and a hard place.
"Arg is his best friend, and there is a lot of loyalty there, but Mark has a respected career and now a daughter - he absolutely doesn't condone violence towards women."
Meanwhile, Michelle, who gave birth to her first child, Palma, four months ago, is said to be cautious, insisting that she 'doesn't want any bad influences around the couple's daughter'.
The source continued: "It's all so close to home and she has grown to love Arg like family, so she was devastated and incredibly disappointed, especially now she has Palma."
The Mirror has contacted Mark and Michelle's reps for comment.
Arg was ordered to pay ex-girlfriend Nicoline £250 as compensation after admitting a domestic violence charge in May. The reality star admitted his crime at a court in Spai,n where he received a six-month suspended prison sentence and a two-year restraining order.
He reportedly inflicted injuries to Nicolette's neck, arms, hand and leg after attacking her at her apartment in Costa del Sol.
Speaking out about the scandal, Arg later insisted he was "devastated", telling the Mail: "I haven't relapsed. I am still three years and four months clean and sober.
"I am devastated by what's happened."

Terry's Chocolate is launching a ‘top secret flavour'
The Terry's Chocolate Orange is a British staple. While they're often reserved for stockings at Christmas, the treat is available all year round. And though many fans insist you 'can't beat' the original flavour, that hasn't stopped Terry's from trying. From mint chocolate balls to chocolate orange truffles and white chocolate treats, the chocolate brand has tested a range of new flavours over the years. And now it's teasing a 'top secret' new recipe – but fans are convinced they already know what it is. Terry's shared the news on its Instagram account with a picture of a golden envelope. 'Sealed, secret, and seriously delicious. Not long now…' the caption read. Naturally, chocolate lovers flooded the comments with guesses – the majority seemed to agree on one possibility. Pistachio. User @welliesandwaffles asked: 'It's going to be pistachio, isn't it?' While @ wrote: 'I feel like it's pistachio.' 'Don't tell me Pistachios,' @charlottejade_ added. Some were on board with the potential new flavour. User @amy_f_wills said that while the original chocolate orange 'cannot be beaten', the 'only other flavour worth doing is pistachio.' It's not a wild guess. Pistachio chocolate has been everywhere this year – largely thanks to the Dubai chocolate trend that exploded on TikTok. Dubai chocolate, which is filled with crispy knafeh, pistachio cream and tahini spread, was first launched by Dubai-based firm Fix Dessrt Chocolatier in 2021. But the sweet treat really took off after influencer Maria Vehera shared a TikTok video of herself trying it, racking up over 120 million views. Suddenly, everyone wanted a bite. The trend sparked a global demand and has even been blamed for contributing to a global pistachio shortage, as brands rushed to create their own pistachio-inspired treats. Lindt launched its own Dubai chocolate-style bar while Aldi launched pistachio creme jars, while plenty of other pistachio products filled supermarket aisles. Still, not everyone is thrilled with another pistachio product. 'As long as it's not based on Dubai chocolate. Sick of hearing of it now,' @polly_199131 wrote under Terry's Chocolate Instagram post. Others suggested the secret flavour could be Caramel, which some fans were quick to point out is already in stores. User @Uknewestfoods commented: 'This can not be the caramel Terry's, which is literally already out in shops? More Trending 'Is it caramel that is already out?', asked @woofidin. The flavour was spotted on the Snack News & Reviews Facebook page last week. It doesn't contain any orange flavour at all. The Caramel treat is only available at Co-op and doesn't seem to be available online yet. Fans said it was 'delicious'. View More » Metro contacted Terry's to see what the potential new flavour could be, but so far they've remained tight-lipped. Still, that isn't stopping fans from speculating in the comments. TikTok user Steph from Leeds, shared how she'd been saving up her Boots Advantage Card points for months in hopes of finally snapping up the buzzy Shark LED mask. Sign up for Scottish Sun newsletter Sign up 2 Steph shared how she bagged a Shark CryGlow for free Credit: TikTok/ @stephaniedjl 2 She purchased the beauty gadget using her Boots points and a little-known scheme Credit: Amazon The beauty gadget has been doing the rounds online for its glow-boosting, skin-smoothing powers. And when it finally went on offer, she was just £5 away from having enough points to grab it. But instead of waiting around, she sprinted straight to her local Boots and used a clever trick that got her the last fiver she needed, without spending a penny more. It was all thanks to Boots' Recycle at Boots scheme, which is a little-known initiative that rewards you for bringing in your empty beauty and personal care products. We're talking toothpaste tubes, shampoo bottles, face cream pots, even things like contact lens cases and solution. Once you've collected five used-up products, you simply log them in the Recycle at Boots app, take them to a participating store, pop them in the green recycling box, and you get a £5 voucher when you spend £10. Steph said 'I was only £5 off buying the Shark LED mask with my points, so I ran to Boots, did the recycling scheme and bought it immediately," This time around, she used the £5 voucher to stock up on essentials and then cashed in her Advantage Card points to cover the rest of the cost of the Shark mask. 'I got this mask entirely for free,' she said. 'Definitely worth it.' She added that she often uses the recycling reward to try out new beauty products, but it's also perfect for picking up basics without dipping into your own cash. British skincare brand sold in Boots launches 50% off sale as it prepares to close down this month The best part is you're clearing out those dusty old bottles under the sink and getting rewarded for it. It's a win-win. So next time you're close to bagging something boujee with your Boots points, whether it's a viral skincare gadget, a designer perfume or just your favourite foundation, remember the recycle trick. Boot's loyalty scheme has been running since 1997, and there are now over 17 million Advantage card members. It works by rewarding shoppers with three points for every £1 they spend. Each point is worth 1p, so if you've saved 1234 points, you'll have £12.34 to spend. To pay for your shopping using your points balance, you'll need the full amount as you can't split payments between points and cash. Many shoppers build up their balance over the year to buy Christmas presents, or get bargains in the mega Boots sale at the end of the year. Shark CryGlow Review SOPHIA Bates put the mask up to test in her review. First impressions The face mask comes with a remote control, clip-on eye cooling patches, a charging cable and a satin drawstring pouch for storage. After charging the device for several hours as per the instructions, the mask was ready to go without needing to set anything up. When I first switched the device on, I was given a walk-through on the remote's screen that outlined the basic information, which is great for first-time LED mask users. The mask is bulky and it did take me a while to figure out how to adjust the straps so that it fit comfortably on my face, so it's not something I'll be travelling with. I found the LCD remote control to be slick and easy to use, and I love that it tracks progress by tracking how many times I've used each routine. The mask also shuts down automatically once the routine is complete, which is handy for power saving. Performance I've been using the Shark face mask for around two months, using primarily the Better-Ageing routine followed by the Under-Eye Revival mode. The Insta-Chill technology, which is unique to the CryoGlow, always makes me feel refreshed after removing the mask, and it's great for unwinding. There are three cold temperature settings which can be adjusted on the remote. The mask has an adjustable strap that tightens around the head for a secure fit, although I did find it to be quite heavy on the face. I know some people like to wear LED masks while running errands around the house, but I personally found the hard shell design to be too bulky for that (though it's perfectly comfortable to wear while sitting in front of the TV). The verdict Would I recommend the Shark CryoGlow Mask to a friend? Absolutely. It's the most user-friendly mask I've come across, and I love that the remote control walks users through every routine while tracking all progress. The four modes mean every skin type is likely to benefit from the mask, and I've seen results in my skin's brightness after the eight-week period that I've been testing the device. While the mask is quite bulky, the secure strap makes it comfortable enough to relax with, and the cooling technology leaves my skin feeling so awake after every use. Read the full review here. Double your points If you need that extra boost to your points then we have you covered. Experts have exclusively revealed the tricks to supersizing your points balance. The Boots Advantage Card app is a "game changer", according to Holly Smith, aka the UK's Coupon Queen. These are where your Advantage points, and tailored offers, will be listed. Sometimes, you can earn double, triple, or even QUADRUPLE your points by using these offers. Tap 'View Offers' under your points balance in the app to see your personalised deals. "Right now, my offers are 500 Advantage Card points if I spend £35 or more in-store, 100 points if I buy any Boots own brand products, and 10% off if I spend £15 or more on children's products – plus loads more," said Holly. The extra points will usually come with stipulations such as when you spend a certain amount, buy selected products or could simply offered as a one or two-time offer. To get the boosted points, you will need to 'load to your card', which means adding the offers onto your card before making a purchase, to get the boost. The offers typically change every four weeks, though there are also one day events that crop up so it's worth checking in regularly to see what's available in store or on your app. And if it's your birthday month you could push your points balance even further. When you treat yourself on your birthday, you get free bonus points in the process. During your birthday month, you can double your points, which is six points for every £1 spent. Make sure you put in your date of birth when signing up so you can access the offer. Remember to add the offer to your card before spending. There's plenty of other tricks you could also use to stack up your point balance.

Chris Hughes told me how he used old-fashioned trick to make JoJo his girlfriend & revealed exact moment he fell in love
Kelly Allen was the first journalist to interview Chris about how he'd fallen for JoJo... and revealed their relationship secrets LOVED UP Chris Hughes told me how he used old-fashioned trick to make JoJo his girlfriend & revealed exact moment he fell in love ANYONE who has watched an episode of Love Island will know that dating in the modern world is complicated. From using dating apps to 'seeing each other' then going exclusive, to finally being boyfriend and girlfriend, it's a wonder how anyone gets into a relationship. 7 Chris Hughes revealed the surprising old-fashioned trick he used to take his friendship with JoJo Siwa to the next level Credit: Instagram/Chris Hughes 7 The Sun's Kelly with the celeb couple But we can reveal that Chris Hughes used a surprising old-fashioned trick to turn his friendship with JoJo Siwa into something more serious. I was the first journalist to interview Chris about how he'd fallen for JoJo - and he revealed he took inspiration from William Shakespeare to woo her. The 32-year-old put pen to paper and declared his love in writing. He told me: 'I was confused about how I felt. Then I wasn't confused anymore. I knew I needed to write it down to explain to her how I was feeling.' Perhaps it's because the horse racing commentator previously appeared on the ITV2 dating show Love Island in 2017, finishing third with then-girlfriend Olivia Attwood, that he'd had enough of the confusing modern way of dating - leading him to use more traditional methods to get the girl. The pair were thrown together while both appearing on Celebrity Big Brother in April. Having never met before, Chris, who lives in Ascot, formed an immediate bond with the 22-year-old Californian-based dancer. They both insisted it was purely platonic, especially since bisexual JoJo was in a relationship with Kath Ebbs, who identifies as non-binary. After she dumped the 27-year-old Australian actor at the Celebrity Big Brother finale party, speculation intensified about how they felt about each other. Chris and JoJo initially remained coy but after transatlantic trips to see each other, the pair took it up a level. Chris Hughes reveals baby plans with JoJo Siwa as 'besotted' hunk gushes over new love After much speculation about what was REALLY going on with them, they hard launched as a couple after Chris flew out to Mexico City, then onto Orlando to surprise her for her birthday. Chris explained: 'I went to Florida thinking 'I really like this person', but I was slightly confused about the feelings. I had already written her birthday card before I flew over. I took all these presents over for her. They were fun and sentimental gifts rather than anything of monetary value. 'But the night before her birthday, I realised my feelings had changed. I told her: 'I've got to go do something. I'll be back in half an hour.' 'I went to the hotel reception and borrowed a pen and came back up to the room. 'I took the card and opened it because I had to redo it. I sat in the toilet on my own and I rewrote the card. I knew my feelings had changed, and there was so much more that I needed to say than what I originally put in the birthday card. I wasn't confused anymore, and I knew what my heart was saying, and I wanted to tell her.' 7 Chris calls JoJo by her full name Joelle Credit: Instagram 7 The couple have been sickeningly loved-up since appearing on CBB together Credit: Instagram 7 The couple faced much speculation from fans while in the house together Credit: ITV Since then, the couple, who are having a transatlantic relationship, have been sickeningly loved up and constantly jetting back and forth to spend time with each other. MADLY IN LOVE Speaking about falling in love with JoJo, who he calls by her full name Joelle, he said: 'Some of the best relationships start as friendships. I look back at the CBB clips and could see how we gravitated towards each other. "We just wanted to be there for each other in the house. I adored the ground she walked on and the way she handled herself. How can you not love her? But it was as a friend. 'Then, towards the end of the show, I was confused about my feelings for her. And you don't know what it's going to be like on the outside. I was saying to myself: 'Come on, Chris, pull yourself together.' 'We were just friends at that stage, but we were talking all the time. I was missing her, and I felt like I needed to see her, so I flew to Mexico City to surprise her. "I was so nervous, even though I'd lived with her for three weeks. Then we ended up going to Orlando and I met her family – it was the best three days of my life. "From the minute I woke up until I went to bed, I was just so happy. It was at that moment something fully ignited inside me. "I went: 'God, I really like this person', and I knew she reciprocated it.' 7 JoJo dumped Kath Ebbs, who identifies as non-binary, at the CBB finale party Credit: Getty 7 Chris appeared on Love Island in 2017, finishing third with then girlfriend Olivia Attwood Credit: Rex Features And despite now being officially boyfriend and girlfriend and sharing constant loved-up snaps together on Instagram, the adorable old school way of communicating continues. He added: 'I like writing her letters. I don't do it every day. But when we are apart and I miss her, I write to her. I like writing, and I like to see my handwriting. I like sitting there. It gives me something to do. So when I'm at home alone, I'll get my little pad out.'
