On Friday's episode of 'Fast Talk with Boy Abunda,' the couple openly discussed their future plans, confirming that their relationship extends beyond casual dating. According to Kate, she believes it's time to talk about marriage and settling down. 'Kasi we're not just together for joke-joke lang. Sometimes there's [a] question din na you have to know about the financial stuff, paano 'yung mga gano'ng bagay,' she said. While they are taking their time and currently focusing on their respective careers, the Sparkle star affirmed that marriage is a direction they are heading towards. 'Papunta naman dun pero we're still enjoying our time,' Kate said. Fumiya echoed the sentiment, affirming that they are indeed talking about their future. 'I know [the] right time will come. Definitely. 'Di ba? That's why now we focus on ourselves. Pero siyempre, I want to be with her,' he said. When probed about the hypothetical possibility of moving to Japan if they were to marry, Kate expressed a strong willingness to experience it. 'Kasi siyempre I grew up here.
