Kim, who rose to fame on Channel 4 's hit series How Clean is Your House, passed away yesterday.
The 83-year-old's family announced her death today, with touching tributes rolling in from devastated friends, colleagues and fans.
But ITV viewers have furiously slammed Lorraine for showing "no feeling" and seeming "unbothered".
"Lorraine, you are a disgrace", one X user posted.
Another distraught fan said: "I'm actually shocked at the lack of empathy Lorraine showed announcing the death of Kim Woodburn."
It comes as...
The presenter, 65, appeared unmoved as she announced: "Kim Woodburn, who I'm sure you know... well, she's died at the age of 83.
"Famous, of course, for How Clean Is Your House and her controversial time on Celebrity Big Brother."
She then read out the statement that was released by Kim's family today, before quickly moving forward.
"Right, it is 10 past nine..." she continued after the brief announcement.
A representative for Kim said this morning: "It is with immense sadness that we let you know our beloved Kim Woodburn passed away yesterday following a short illness.
"Kim was an incredibly kind, caring, charismatic and strong person.
"Her husband Peter is heartbroken at the loss of his soulmate.
"We are so proud of the amazing things Kim achieved in her life and career.
"We kindly ask that Kim's husband and close friends are given the time and privacy they need to grieve.
"We will not be releasing any further details."
Her How Clean is Your House co-star lead tributes, writing: 'Kim was a tormented soul, but now she's finally at peace.
"We clashed often. Behind the fierce persona was deep pain and incredible strength.
"She survived because she had to. I hope she's resting now. She was an unforgettable woman.'
Kim went on to star in a number of shows including I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here in 2009 and Celebrity Big Brother in 2017.
She also regularly appeared on ITV 's Loose Women and This Morning.
Tributes have today flooded in for the reality TV star who was a "force of nature".
In recent years, she has become known for being outspoken about a number of other TV personalities.
As recently as February, she branded celebrity chef D'Acampo a "full of himself little pig".
She also last year slammed Louis Walsh as a "nasty, two-faced" music mogul during his own time on Big Brother.
Kim blasted ITV and BBC bosses, too, for recruiting reality stars as presenters.
Kim is survived by her husband Peter Woodburn.

Mum explains the exact cosmetic work she's had to look ‘snatched' but people are astonished after clocking her REAL age
A MUM has left people stunned after revealing the full extent of cosmetic work she's had done - while also sharing her real age. Jess Bloom, a 34-year-old nutrition coach and TikTok creator, has been open about her beauty routine, detailing everything she's done to achieve her ' snatched' look. She shared a video on her TikTok page ' jessbloom_ ' and revealed to her 18.1k followers 'everything' she has had done to her face. Starting with the basics, she explains how she's been maintaining HD brows every five to six weeks for years, describing them as a staple part of her routine. She explains that having a fresh set of HD brows makes her feel very 'snatched' in the morning. Jess also swears by her Korean lash lift, which she recently documented on TikTok. As a busy mum, it's her go-to for cutting down on time in the mornings. She explained that she can't be 'bothered' to wear eye makeup, which is why having a lash lift really works for her. Instead, she'll just throw on a bit of tinted moisturiser and blush then she is 'ready to go.' When it comes to skincare, Jess opts for a natural approach, combining red light therapy with good nutrition. She admits she avoids regular facials, saying, 'I'm just a little bit too scared because I'm like, don't fix what's not broken, you know?' Her journey with injectables, however, has been a long one. I'm 30 & have had 4 BBL's - trolls say my bum looks like a wisdom tooth but I don't care about the risks, I want curves Jess first had lip filler back in 2014 at the age of 24, and has had it topped up every couple of years since. But pregnancy brought unexpected challenges. 'My lips just blew up - they were horrific,' she shares. Unable to dissolve the filler while breastfeeding, Jess admits the situation affected her self-esteem and even pushed her to stop breastfeeding earlier than planned. One of my regrets for my wedding was getting Botox six weeks before because I didn't like what it did to my face Jess Bloom Determined to feel her best for her wedding, she documented her journey of dissolving and refilling her lips on TikTok, eventually finding a look she's happier with. As for Botox, Jess has tried it but doesn't plan to continue. She explained that she had it in three areas - forehead, crow's feet, and frown - but 'didn't really like it' on herself. ' One of my regrets for my wedding was getting Botox six weeks before because I didn't like what it did to my face,' she says. Mixed opinions Her video gained 189.8k views and 811 comments after one day of the video being shared. Many rushed to the comments section to share their thoughts - along with some people who 'unfairly' trolled her. One wrote: 'I'm convinced Botox and filler is making people look older. ' A second commented: 'You look so much older than me, I'm the same age.' While another added: 'You look great. 'You're obviously naturally pretty and have great skin and hair but I have to agree with those saying you look older than 34. 'Not sure what it is but I would place you closer to 40.' However, she also received support from others. One wrote: 'Your skin is stunning. I must try a lash lift. I used to get extensions but couldn't be bothered now.' A second addressed some of the negative comments she had received by adding: 'You look gorgeous. 33 here and swear by a lash lift! 2 "Pregnancy was such a hard time for me self esteem wise too. 'Don't feel bad about stopping breastfeeding - happy mum, happy baby! 'Ps. negative comments are from jealous, miserable souls - hope you're taking zero notice.' A third said: 'These comments are wild. Your skin is INSANE! As if you don't even have Botox!!! 'Wouldn't believe it until you moved your forehead. You look unreal girl! 'I'm 35 and can confirm you absolutely look younger and nothing like these horrible, jealous comments are saying. 'Maybe we should send them all the products you use so they don't need to feel jealous and feel better about themselves.' Lennon Gallagher looks smart in a top hat as he joins chic girlfriend Isobel Richmond at day one of Royal Ascot
Lennon Gallagher looked smart as he joined his chic girlfriend Isobel Richmond on day one of Royal Ascot at Ascot Racecourse on Tuesday. The aspiring singer, 25, wore a grey top hat, which he teamed with a tailored jacket and a beige waistcoat. Lennon completed his outfit with a pair of grey trousers and accessorised with a blue satin tie. Isobel, 22, opted for an elegant, pale pink slip dress tat featured floral detailing and ruffles across the shoulders. The model teamed it with a dramatic straw hat and added a pair of heels to top off her outfit. The couple, who have been together for three years, posed for photos together outside the racecourse. Lennon, whose mother is actress Patsy Kensit, has also dabbled in modelling as well as following in his father's footsteps by making music with his band Automotion. Last year Lennon - who has graced Italian Vogue and appeared at London Fashion Week - spoke candidly to MailOnline about the world of modelling and admitted it can be 'difficult at times'. He was first scouted at the age of 16 while walking down Brick Lane and he explained: 'I was walking in Brick Lane, and I was like, 16. 'I just got an army jacket and I was walking away from the store, this woman pulled me over and was like, ''You should be a model, take this card. We have a shoot in Africa, you should do it''.' Noting the situation seemed 'sketchy', Lennon went on: 'I didn't do the shoot because it seemed really sketchy, so I told my mum and she was like, ''If you want to get into it, I know some people''.' Lennon told how he reaches out to his agent if ever he feels unsure about a shoot or casting call. 'It's always pretty difficult putting yourself up for castings and stuff and putting yourself out there,' he stated. 'And then there's like hundreds of people who maybe look a bit like you, look so different to you, and like everyone is going in and out, and you're like, ''I'm not going to get this!''' Lennon admitted: 'You kind of do get a bit insecure, I can't lie,' before noting the importance of asking for help. 'For the context of being in the studio, if there's something you don't like you can always call your agent and they are always willing to help you out. 'They'll always try to help you out to their best ability. You're not alone. 'You should never feel like you should be pushed into something you don't want to do.'
