Arjun Kapoor 'Likes' Ex-Girlfriend Malaika Arora's Post On Love
Last Updated:
Arjun Kapoor and Malaika Arora, who split last year, remain amicable. Arjun recently liked Malaika's Instagram post, surprising fans.
Arjun Kapoor and Malaika Arora parted ways last year; however, they continue to remain on amicable terms. Recently, Malaika shared a series of photos, along with a quote on love on a lazy Sunday. Her photos, which usually receive a lot of traction, were liked by Arjun. This comes as a surprise for their fans as both Arjun and Malaika had limited interaction on each other's social media posts after their breakup.
Malaika Arora's Sunday photo-dump consisted of slow morning and self-care time in a comfy pyjama set and bath robe. She then posted photos of her menu through the day and a beautiful dining table decor. One of the posts in the lot was a quote about love, written by poet Rumi: 'I don't love you with my heart and mind, I love you with my soul, incase my mind forgets and my heart stops." Arjun Kapoor was one of the many celebrities to 'like' her post on Instagram. It should be noted that this may hold no particular meaning, as the photos were probably liked owing to their cordial relationship post-breakup. Take a look:
Arjun and Malaika dated for nearly six years, before calling it quits last year. While the duo maintained a dignified silence on their breakup, Arjun, during a promotional event for Singham Again in 2024, addressed his relationship status. In a viral video from the event, he was seen telling the crowd that he was now single, 'Abhi single hoon main, relax." Malaika and Arjun had not publicly discussed their breakup, but rumours about their split had been circulating for months. Sources suggested that they had 'run their course" as a couple but would continue to respect each other's privacy.
Around the same time, Malaika opened up about ex-boyfriend Arjun's 'single" statement and expressed her desire not to put her personal life in public for discussion. Speaking with the ETimes, Malaika said, 'I am a very private person, and there are certain aspects of my life which I don't want to elaborate on much. I will never choose a public platform to talk about my personal life. So, whatever Arjun has said is entirely his prerogative."
Not much is known about Malaika Arora and Arjun Kapoor's respective love lives as of yet.

"He taught me to never rely on shortcuts or influence": Virat Kohli's emotional Father's Day tribute to his late father
New Delhi [India], June 15 (ANI): On the occasion of Father's Day, Indian cricket icon Virat Kohli shared a heartfelt tribute to his late father, Prem Kohli, reflecting on the values and strength he inherited from him. In a deeply personal message he posted on Sunday, Kohli opened up about a pivotal moment from his childhood that shaped his approach to life and success. Kohli took to his official Instagram handle and posted a beautiful picture along with a message, 'He taught me to never rely on shortcuts or influence -- because if you truly have it in you, hard work will show if you don't have the will to work for it, then maybe you don't deserve it yet. When I was offered an easier path once, he refused it for calm conviction, he said, 'If you're good enough, you'll find your way. And if not, it's better to know that early.' That one moment shaped how I live, work, and show up in the Father's Day to all the fathers whose quiet strength becomes our lifelong compass.' The former Indian captain recounted a moment when he was once offered an easier path in life--something many would have accepted without hesitation but his father declined it on his behalf, making a decision that would go on to define Kohli's attitude toward discipline and self-belief. Virat recently bid adieu to the Test format with a heartfelt note on Instagram, days after his long-time compatriot Rohit Sharma retired from the format. Virat's 14-year journey in the whites transformed India into a result-producing machine. He infused aggression and the culture of fitness into a team riddled with youth and experience. In a career that redefined the demands of the game, Virat scored 9,230 runs at an average of 46.85, with 30 centuries and 31 fifties, and finished as India's fourth-highest run-getter in the format. He recently lifted the Indian Premier League (IPL) trophy for Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB). (ANI)

Ace movie OTT release date: How to watch Vijay Sethupathi's comedy thriller online
Arumuga Kumar's crime comedy 'Ace', starring Vijay Sethupathi and Rukmini Vasanth, is now available for streaming on Prime Video, just weeks after its theatrical release. The film hit cinemas on May 23 and made its OTT debut silently on June14. The announcement of the digital release came not from Prime Video's official channels but from Vijay Sethupathi himself. On Friday (June 13), the actor shared on his X profile, 'High stakes, Higher thrills! Watch #Ace streaming now on @Primevideoin! (sic)' along with a link to the film. As of now, 'Ace' is trending at number 3 in India on the platform, despite the lack of promotion. Typically, Tamil films take longer to arrive on digital platforms, but Ace is among the few that broke the trend. Interestingly, Prime Video has not posted about the film's arrival on either its Instagram or X handles. In Ace, Vijay plays Kannan, also known as Bolt, who dreams of starting a new life abroad but ends up entangled in dangerous affairs. Rukmini Vasanth stars as his lover, Rukku, while Yogi Babu plays Arivukarasa (Arivu). The supporting cast includes Babloo Prithiveeraj and Divya Pillai. Written, directed, and produced by Arumuga Kumar, the film struggled at the box office, earning less than ₹ 10 crore net across India. However, its performance on OTT suggests a second chance at finding its audience. For those who missed it in theatres, Ace is now just a click away.
