Celtic trolled by Scottish Premiership rivals ahead of Parkhead visit as club aim cheeky dig at stadium

CELTIC have the biggest stadium in Scottish football with an attendance of over 60,000.
But that hasn't stopped Premiership rivals Livingston from aiming a cheeky dig at the Hoops on social media - over the stadium's away section.

Celtic host Falkirk tomorrow in the Premier Sports Cup and then face David Martindale's Livi side at the same venue the following Saturday - after the Scottish Champions' first leg against Kairat Almaty.
It's not often that Celtic have THREE home games in a row, with the cup and European schedule allowing that to be the case over the coming 10 days.
But while that might be a positive for Celtic fans, the same can't be said for away supporters, according to Livingston's latest social media post.
The Lions appeared to aim a cheeky and subtle dig at the Scottish champions with a post on X ahead of Saturday's big showdown in the East End of Glasgow.
Like most football clubs, the Almondvale side stuck out a post tonight ahead of the game with ticket information for fans who plan on attending.
But it wasn't just any old post as they also took a swipe at the Hoops' infamous away end in the graphic they uploaded.
The club used an image from behind the steel pillar at Celtic Park which countless away fans have been left furious by in recent years - after having a restricted view of the pitch.
It's a sight away supporters - who have visited the stadium previously - are well aware of and it's fair to say the post has gone down well with fans of other Scottish clubs.
Celtic fans, though, haven't taken the tongue-in-cheek post as well as others.
It has went down a storm on social media with well over 200,000 users viewing it already.

And reacting to the post, one fan wrote: "Absolutely top trolling of Celtic. This is the exact view many away fans get when visiting Celtic."
Another said: "It's funny cos it's true. The most restricted views in world football."
A third commented: "Amazing. Truly the worst stadium for restricted views in Scotland if not the UK."
In a statement on Livingston's website, they revealed fans who wish to be seated with a "non-restricted view" of the game will be charged £36, while those seated behind the pillar will need to pay £33.

Several reports coming out of the country had it as good as a done deal, with a number claiming that personal terms had been agreed - but crucially that a fee between the clubs hadn't been. Speaking early last month, Rangers boss Russell Martin confirmed a bid had been received for Dessers but said it was "nowhere near out valuation at the football club." Martin didn't confirm whether AEK Athens were indeed the club to have made a move. Dessers was injured at the time of Martin's comments but has since recovered and regained his place in the Rangers side. Despite naming their squad to UEFA two changes can be made before facing FC Kairat Celtic boss Brendan Rodgers has made little secret of his demands for new recruits this summer. And with the countdown on to the Champions League play-off tie with Kairat Almaty time is rapidly running out to add new faces for the £40million shoot-out. And while Celtic have already announced their squad the Hoops have the chance to add up to two players by next Tuesday before the first leg the following night - and remove two of the current crop. Despite offering a prickly response to another transfer probe following the win over Falkirk in the Premier Sports Cup, Rodgers insisted he was hopeful that new additions would be in the door before the clash with the champions of Kazakhstan. A new winger is high up on the shopping list following the departure of Nicolas Kuhn while Jota remains sidelined. Michel-Ange Balikwisha remains an option with Royal Antwerp open to a deal for the wide man who is in the final year of his contract. However, his agent has revealed Celtic must make the first move while the club will reportedly sell as soon as the £4.7million price tag is met. Celtic begin season with win at Hearts
Celtic got their SWPL season up and running with a 2-1 victory over Hearts at Oriam. Emma Lawton thought she had given Celtic the lead with a header inside 10 minutes but the whistle had blown for a foul. Morgan Cross found the breakthrough shortly after to put Celtic in front and Natalie Ross doubled the visitors' advantage when she dinked over Hearts goalkeeper Rachael Johnstone. Hearts halved the arrears with a Georgia Timms penalty in stoppage time.
