Gary is described as 'cheeky' and full of mischief, while Ted has 'everyone wrapped around his little hoof.'
Both animals lost their mothers shortly after birth and have been hand-reared together by the farm team, who gave them round-the-clock care.
Kim, farm manager, said: "We only hand rear animals when absolutely necessary, and it's taken a lot of dedication to ensure both Ted the Torwen and Gary the Golden Guernsey have the best start, but it's been totally worth it.
"They've certainly stolen our hearts and are adored by our staff and guests – especially when we're able to take them out for our meet and greet sessions."
Ted and Gary currently live together in the Jolly Barn at Folly Farm.
The two young animals are not just adorable—they also represent important conservation work.
Both Torwen sheep and Golden Guernsey goats are listed as 'at risk' by the Rare Breeds Survival Trust.
Folly Farm is the first Welsh farm park to achieve rare breeds status from the RBST, recognising its dedication to conserving rare livestock breeds.
The farm features paddocks with rare breed farm animals from across the UK, with a focus on Welsh breeds like Ted.
Visitors can now see Ted and Gary in the Jolly Barn, where they have become a popular attraction.

"Our job is to tell the story, promote the club but ultimately defer to people who know about football: Phil Parkinson, Michael Harvey, Shaun Williamson, our executive team and we stay out of the way.' The former Harlequins flyer told the tale on talkSPORT, with hosts Darren Bent and Andy Goldstein cracking up. Powell and Monye were teammates on the 2009 Lions tour to South Africa, where the touring side lost 2-1 to the Springboks. Despite going 2-0 down, Sir Ian McGeechan's side were victorious in the third and final match, winning 28-9. Two tries from Shane Williams and one from Monye himself helped seal the win. A plethora of Welsh players were on that tour, much different to the 2025 edition, which featured only two Welshmen in the initial squad. Speaking to talkSPORT, Monye revealed that ex-Cardiff star Powell got himself into a right pickle during their celebrations. Located in the Kingsway Centre, Little Kingdom will officially open its doors on Saturday, August 16. Housed in the former Wilko store, which closed in 2023, the site has been completely transformed into an 11,000 square foot adventure space - with 5,000 square feet dedicated to a three-level play structure that can accommodate more than 300 children at any one time. "Families in Newport have been crying out for activities for children for years and we're so happy to finally give that to them," said Karrie Brewer, manager of Little Kingdom. "Not only do they get fun for all ages, but they get it at such a large scale, we can't wait for everyone to come and see!"
