Where Are 90 Day Fiance's Nicole Nafziger and Azan Tefou Now? Updates on the Former Couple

Yahoo25-04-2025

90 Day Fiancé alums Nicole Nafziger and Azan Tefou (a.k.a Hassan M'Raouni) were once a mainstay in the franchise, having appeared in seasons 4 and 5 of the flagship series and seasons 3 and 4 of the spinoff 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?. However, the former couple last appeared in a 90 Day Fiancé show in 2019, and they called it quits a few years later. Amid their absence from TLC, fans have been curious about where Nicole and Azan are now.
Nicole revealed in 90 Day Fiancé season 4 that she was a single mom living in Florida when she met Azan, a native of Agadir, Morocco. She left her then-toddler daughter, May, with her family while she flew to Morocco to visit Azan for the first time, and the fitness trainer commented that she was 'a bit big.' She promised to lose weight and embarked on a wellness journey with his help.
Nicole and Azan ran into a few challenges throughout their romance, including cultural differences and disagreements over religion. Despite their issues, Azan proposed to Nicole and began the process of obtaining a K-1 visa so that they could wed in America.
Unfortunately, the visa process became another obstacle in their relationship, as In Touch reported in 2018 that his request for a visa in the U.S. was denied. Amid the issues, reports surfaced of both Azan and Nicole cheating in their relationship, which they said were false.
Nicole and Azan's wedding was postponed a few times as their story continued to unfold on Happily Ever After?. However, the pair never tied the knot.
Nicole confirmed to In Touch in July 2021 that she and Azan had split.
'Azan and I have decided to go our separate ways,' she said in a statement at the time, confirming that they had remained amicable. 'We had much love and respect for each other, but we weren't without our faults. Unfortunately we can no longer continue our journey together.'
Nicole continued, 'This may be a shock to many because we stayed strong for so long through it all. But as we move forward and heal, we ask that you respect both parties and not constantly ask about it. Thank you to everyone who has supported us together and continues to support us as separate individuals. Hassan is a good person and deserves to be happy as much as I do. We ended on good terms and I wish him the best.'
Nicole has not been very active on social media following her split from Azan. However, in August 2023, she returned to Instagram to share a pool selfie with her daughter.
'Summer in August? Welcome to Florida! Edit: Never mind, it's summer everywhere rn, I just have no idea what I'm talking about. my bad,' she wrote in the caption, leaving many fans confused at the time.
Additionally, Nicole has been the subject of controversy a few times in the years since her and Azan's exit from the 90 Day Fiancé franchise, as she has been accused of sharing clickbait posts claiming that either she or Azan has died on more than one occasion.
The most recent incident occurred in April 2025 when she posted a black and white photo of herself and Azan with the caption, '#RIP I am absolutely shattered and heartbroken to confirm he died.' Nicole included a link to an article about celebrities who passed away in 2024, and Azan's name did not appear to be included in the list.
It's not clear what Azan is up to today, as he stopped posting on his Instagram page in 2020 and leads a private life. He previously used the account to share workout videos, gym selfies and more.

Chris Pratt shows off drastic transformation for 'The Terminal List' season 2

Chris Pratt gave fans a behind-the-scenes look at his dramatic transformation for "The Terminal List" season two, sharing a video from set on Friday. The actor appeared nearly unrecognizable with long hair, a full beard and a thick mustache, all part of a detailed prosthetic look for his character. "Isn't this hair and makeup incredible?" Pratt said in the video posted to Instagram. "My team does such an awesome job." Pratt, who plays Navy SEAL James Reece in the Amazon Prime Video series, explained the facial hair is fake, but realistic enough to cause issues during lunch breaks. "The crazy thing about wearing a fake mustache or a fake beard is when you eat, you get hair in your mouth," he said, joking about not knowing where the hair came from. "No. Anyways. I don't care. I'm hungry," he added before eating. Season two of "The Terminal List" is based on "True Believer," the second novel in Jack Carr's book series. The action drama follows a Navy SEAL navigating trauma and conspiracy after a mission goes wrong. Constance Wu, Taylor Kitsch and Riley Keough return as part of the ensemble cast. Pratt's on-set update came days after he paid tribute to "Parks and Recreation" co-star Jonathan Joss, who was shot and killed on June 1. "Damn. RIP Jonathan. Always such a kind dude," Pratt wrote in a post shared to Instagram Stories.

Christian Rock Band Newsboys React to Former Lead Singer Michael Tait's Sexual Assault Allegations: 'Heartbroken and Angry'

Christian rock group Newsboys released a statement following allegations of sexual assault against former lead singer Michael Tait An investigation by The Roys Report was made public a day prior that included claims against Tait of alleged sexual assaults that took place between 2004 and 2014 "While Michael has not addressed these allegations, we are devastated even by the implications," the band saidChristian rockers Newsboys are speaking out after allegations of sexual assault were made against the group's former lead singer, Michael Tait. On Thursday, June 5, the band shared a note on Instagram, one day after an investigation by The Roys Report was made public that included claims against Tait of alleged sexual assaults that took place between 2004 and 2014. "Last night our hearts were shattered when we read the news alleging drug abuse and inappropriate sexual actions by our former lead singer, Michael Tait," read the statement, which was shared by the band's current lineup of Jeff Frankenstein, Jody Davis, Duncan Phillips and Adam Agee. "While Michael has not addressed these allegations, we are devastated even by the implications," the group continued. "The four of us are husbands and fathers. Between the four of us, we have fourteen children. Our wives and children have made many sacrifices while we have dedicated our lives to playing music together that glorifies God." They added, "We are horrified, heartbroken, and angry at this report and in many ways, we feel as if we and our families have been deceived for the last fifteen years." Before departing the band in January, Tait "confessed to us and our management" that he 'had been living a double-life," the band members then wrote, adding that they "never imagined that it could be this bad." Tait, formerly of the group DC Talk, has not publicly responded to the sexual assault allegations. The musician did not immediately respond to PEOPLE's request for comment on Saturday, June 7. The Roys Report — the Christian media outlet behind the two-and-a-half-year investigation — claimed it spoke with three men who say Tait befriended them on Christian music tours in 2004, 2010 and 2014 and sexually assaulted them. Tait previously announced his departure from Newsboys on Jan. 16, writing on Instagram that it was a "monumental and heartfelt decision" that "has been a shock to even myself." He joined Newsboys in 2009 following the exit of band co-founder and then-lead vocalist Peter Furler. "But amidst prayer and fasting, I have clarity that this is the right decision," he continued in his departure announcement, later writing that he hoped listeners would "continue to support my brothers as they continue on in the Newsboys mission." "My heart remains focused on spreading hope and love in everything I do. Thank you for walking this journey with me. I'm forever grateful," he concluded. Tait is also largely known for his solo career, as well as his work in DC Talk alongside Kevin Max and TobyMac. The group won four Grammys between 1993 and 2001.
