Megyn Kelly calls out ‘fake' Beyoncé over Levi's ad: ‘Opposite of Sydney Sweeney'

Megyn Kelly blasted Beyoncé as 'artificial' and 'fake' after the singer was featured wearing a blonde wig and decked out in denim in a new ad campaign by jeans giant Levi's — reginiting a long-simmering feud with the pop diva. 'This is the opposite of the Sydney Sweeney ad,' the former Fox News host wrote on X on Tuesday. 'Quite clearly there is nothing natural about Beyonce.' Kelly's swipe at the Grammy winner comes after an American Eagle ad featuring the blonde-haired, blue-eyed 'White Lotus' actress — with the slogan 'Sydney Sweeney has great jeans' — drew outcry from the 'woke' mob for promoting everything from Western beauty standards to eugenics. 5 Beyoncé's new ad for Levi's jeans was not well received by critics including former Fox News host Megyn Kelly. Levi Strauss & Co. The podcaster, however, took issue with the 'Cowboy Carter' singer's makeover. 'Everything — from her image to her fame to her success to her look below — is bought and paid for. Screams artificial, fake, enhanced, trying too hard,' Kelly wrote. The Post has sought comment from Kelly, Sweeney, Beyoncé and Levi Strauss & Co. Sweeney's ad created a firestorm over its wordplay between 'jeans' and 'genes,' with critics arguing the double entendre promoted harmful beauty standards and even evoked eugenic ideals. Over the weekend, President Trump praised the ad as the 'hottest ad out there' and celebrated Sweeney's reported Republican registration. American Eagle stock has shot up by roughly 30% following Trump's endorsement and the viral attention. 5 Kelly took to X and drew a contrast between the new Levi's ad and the American Eagle campaign featuring Sydney Sweeney. American Eagle The company has defended its campaign, stating that the ad 'is — and always was — about the jeans. Her jeans. Her story.' American Eagle emphasized its commitment to celebrating how everyone wears their jeans with confidence. Earlier this year during an appearance on Australia's Sky News, Kelly accused Beyoncé of 'playing victim' after discovering that the singer's world tour features footage of the podcaster criticizing her entry into country music. 5 Beyoncé's Levi's collaboration, titled 'Denim Cowboy,' draws inspiration from classic Levi's commercials of the 1980s and 1990s. Levi Strauss & Co. The host of the SiriusXM podcast 'The Megyn Kelly Show' ripped Beyoncé for 'sticking her big toe' into country music when the singer's genre-crossing album was released. 'Beyoncé, who's on some world tour right now reinventing herself as a country star, is running videotape during the show of yours truly,' Kelly said in the segment, titled 'Beyonce Tries Playing Victim.' Kelly characterized Beyoncé as 'another one of the most privileged, beloved women in the world — and richest, based on her own fortune, never mind the man she's married to,' referencing the singer's billionaire husband Jay-Z. 5 The former Fox News host wrote on X that there was 'nothing natural about Beyoncé.' Devil May Care Media Despite this status, Kelly argued that Beyoncé 'still has to look for the one sliver where she could play the victim and be aggrieved because big bad Megyn Kelly said something completely milquetoast about her entry into country music.' Beyoncé became the first black woman to reach No. 1 on the Hot Country Songs chart with her lead single 'Texas Hold 'Em.' Her 'Cowboy Carter' album also achieved massive commercial and critical success, topping the Billboard 200 and ultimately winning both album of the year and best country album at the 2025 Grammy Awards. 5 Sydney Sweeney poses confidently in her American Eagle campaign, which stirred controversy over its 'great jeans' wordplay. American Eagle Beyoncé's Levi's collaboration draws inspiration from classic Levi's commercials of the 1980s and 1990s, featuring cinematic scenes that include Beyoncé riding a motorcycle, and appearing in laundromat and pool hall settings. Industry observers have credited Beyoncé's partnership with substantially increasing Levi's global sales and brand visibility, particularly among younger, fashion-forward demographics.

Brooke Hogan asked out of Hulk Hogan's will over family fears: ‘I don't know how deep this stuff goes'

Brooke Hogan has opened up about why she removed herself from Hulk Hogan's will in 2023. 'I was now pregnant with twins and married, and my husband's family is so kind and so sweet. And I have something to lose, money didn't matter,' the daughter of the WWE icon said Tuesday on former Hulk friend Bubba the Love Sponge's show. 'I was sobbing, and I just said, 'Take me off everything, I don't want to be a part of it.'' Hulk, whose real name was Terry Bollea, died at the age of 71 on July 24 after a cardiac arrest at his home in Clearwater, Fla. Brooke, 37, said she took herself off the will to avoid potential conflicts with other family members, including her mother, Linda Hogan, and Hulk's third wife, Sky Daily. Brooke expressed concern because Linda 'has been known to kind of find herself in the mix with things like that,' and because she had heard that Daily was a Scientologist, and knew the organization had 'powerful backing.' Brooke Hogan and Hulk Hogan on Dec. 15, 2006. MediaPunch/Shutterstock 'I'm like, 'I don't want to fight Linda, I don't want to find Scientology, I don't want somebody that I love to get knocked off, I don't know how deep this stuff goes,'' Brooke said. 'It scared me, and I just said, 'I want out.'' She did qualify that remark by saying she had 'no problem' with Daily, who she said was always nice to her. She then added that she hopes her father would have trusted her with his intellectual property and trademarks, because she 'would have done the right thing.' Brooke Hogan and Hulk Hogan on Dec. 2, 2006. REUTERS 'I would have made him an Elvis legacy, or a Marilyn Monroe legacy, or a Selena [Quintanilla-Perez] legacy,' she said. 'And I hope that whoever has his marks does that. I just know that the people around him are pretty shady and not in his best interest.' Brooke was not in attendance at Hogan's 2023 wedding with Daily, and TMZ reported that Brooke and Hulk had their last conversation two weeks before the wedding. In an Instagram post last week, Brooke honored her father in a post that said: 'You were my everything and I will always be your daughter – for all the love, light and goodness you brought into this world.'

His reign, which began with an emotional victory at All In: Texas, has been cut short after just one successful defense. A Brutal End To A Fairytale Reign On the July 26th episode of AEW Collision, Dustin Rhodes defended his TNT Title against Kyle Fletcher of the Don Callis Family. After the match, Fletcher continued the assault, targeting Rhodes' knee. The segment ended with the former champion being taken away on a stretcher. Rhodes later confirmed on social media that he would need a "very invasive major surgery" and shut down any speculation that the injury was just a storyline.
