Florence Pugh hates the word 'ick': 'It's really s***'
Florence Pugh hates the term "ick".
The 29-year-old actress admitted in a joint interview with her 'Thunderbolts' co-star Lewis Pullman that when it comes to social media slang which describes an element of someone's personality that turns another off, she believes it is a "really s***" way to think about anyone.
She told Glamour UK: "I don't like the term ick. I don't believe in the… I think it's really shit. And it only really associates to men and I don't like that either… People f*** up and that's absolutely fine.
The Hollywood star - who struck up a relationship with 'Peaky Blinders' star Finn Cole towards the end of last year - wonders what the "big deal" is with the term anyway and insisted that she would always "embrace" everything within a potential partner.
"Why are we making a big deal out of it? [To Lewis] "I don't know your ick and I don't care about your ick, because I embrace all of you."
Lewis confirmed that he himself doesn't have any "icks" and quickly shifted the conversation to ask his co-star who should play her in a biopic, but she doesn't even thinks she "deserves" one yet.
She said: "I haven't thought about that. That's assuming I've thought about it. That's assuming that I think that I deserve one.
"No way! No way! There are plenty more important and more brilliant people that deserve a biopic. I can't even speak."
Meanwhile, Florence was asked about the most-used emoji i her phone and revealed that it has changed a number of times of the years but at the moment, it is one that she has found to be "effective" for just about any text messaging conversation.
She said: "It's changed over the years, but recently it's the person doing a cartwheel. So cute.So effective for anything. Like if someone says, "Are you coming out tonight?" Just send them that. Or 'Are you up for lunch?'
"Send them that. Or, "Hey, did you do the laundry?" Send them that. It's honestly brilliant,
"And then also the disco man."

David went on to reveal he's enjoyed being busy recently - shooting the new series of Stranger Things as well as his movie Thunderbolts - because he goes "little stir-crazy" when he's on his own, but he's enjoyed spending time at his home in Atlanta where he's been growing fruit and vegetables in the garden. The actor explained he's been soaking up the "hippie" vibes and making friends with neighbours which has been a different experience to living full-time in New York City.

Oasis fans invited to send personal stories for Oasis Live '25 Tour film
Oasis fans are being invited to share their stories about "a particular song" that holds "deep meaning" to them for the Oasis Live '25 Tour film. Peaky Blinders creator Steven Knight is producing the reuniting Britpop legends' documentary, with renowned filmmakers Dylan Southern and Will Lovelace on board to direct - the duo behind LCD Soundsystem's concert film Shut Up And Play The Hits. Magna Studios - whose credits include Beastie Boys Story, Gangs Of London, 20000 Days On Earth, and Lewis Capaldi: How I'm Feeling Now - are heading up the production and are asking fans to send in their special memories associated with the Live Forever hitmakers' songs for potential inclusion in the film. A post on the website read: "Now, in the year of Oasis' sell out reunion tour, Magna Studios and Steven Knight (Peaky Blinders, A Thousand Blows) - in association with Oasis - are making a film exploring how this band's music has become so important to so many. We are asking people all over the world if there is a particular Oasis song that has deep meaning for you. A song that tells the story of a life changing moment, a love, a loss, a heartbreak, or a break for freedom. Marvel star Florence Pugh has made a surprise appearance at a London pub where she poured pints alongside singer Yungblud. The 29-year-old appeared at The Devonshire in Piccadilly on Friday, where she was seen working behind the bar and chatting with customers, after starring in a music video for the singer's Zombie single. Pugh was cheered after pouring a perfect pint of Guinness before asking 'whose is this?', and later remarking 'I'm sorry' after pouring a less impressive drink.
