1 stabbed in Interactive Resource Center parking lot; suspect at-large, Greensboro police say
GREENSBORO, N.C. (WGHP) — Greensboro police are searching for a stabbing suspect after a man was injured Thursday morning.
According to a press release from the Greensboro Police Department, at 10:27 a.m., police and Guilford County EMS responded to a stabbing in the parking lot of the Interactive Resource Center, located at 407 E. Washington Street.
A male victim was taken by ambulance to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries and is in stable condition.
Police are searching for a female suspect who fled the scene as a passenger in a car.
A warrant has been issued for her arrest on an assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious bodily injury charge.
The investigation is ongoing.

Man arrested after Long Island mom found dead in car
MORICHES, Long Island (PIX11) — A man is under arrest and facing murder charges in connection with a woman who was found shot and killed in a car on Long Island, Suffolk County police say. James Quininchetta, 40, was arrested Friday and charged with second-degree murder. It comes after Rebecca Roth, 33, was found in a Hyundai Elantra with a gunshot wound around 8:20 a.m. on Friday, according to authorities. NYPD hunts Queens pervert groping women after saying they had spiders on them
Cops are asking for the public's help in tracking down a scheming suspect who groped women after telling them they had spiders on them in separate Queens incidents this week. A 25-year-old woman was walking home near Astoria Blvd. and 22 St. at about 9:50 p.m. on Monday when the creep approached and told her she had a spider on her before grabbing and slapping her buttocks over her clothes and then running off, cops said. The suspect struck again a half hour later, roughly a mile away. He approached another 25-year-old woman who was walking home near 47 St. and Newtown Rd. in Astoria, and told her the same line before grabbing and slapping her buttocks and vagina over her clothes. Cops released surveillance images of the suspect Saturday in hopes that someone will recognize him. He is pictured wearing a black jacket with a black hooded sweatshirt underneath, maroon pants and blue sandals — the clothes he was seen in.
