Dagne Dover Capri Garment Bag sale: 51% off

CNN06-05-2025

I'm a bit of a novice at packing for weddings, but now that I know more folks who are getting married, I'm considering upgrading my current plastic slip from the dry cleaner to a proper garment bag. After perusing CNN Underscored's archive to find a bag that would fit my needs, I came across Dagne Dover's Capri Garment Bag. It was evaluated by our testing writer Michelle Rae Uy, who named it her top pick for gowns. In a stroke of luck, it just went on mega sale in three colors, dropping by 51% on the brand's site.

Gowns, suits and even shoes will be safe and sound in Dagne Dover's trusty garment bag. It keeps clothing wrinkle free and has four zippered pockets for ties, hair accessories, jewelry and more. It's $153 off in the colors Warm Dust, Onyx and Dark Moss.
$300 $147 at Dagne Dover
This garment bag is longer than most at 67 inches. Thankfully, it folds up and is compact enough to throw over your shoulder with its tote straps. The length is perfect for longer suits, gowns or anything else that you don't want creasing or cramming into a smaller bag. Rae recommended it for black tie events, which is why I'm buying it for a wedding this summer.
If the tote strap isn't for you, Dagne Dover is one step ahead. The garment bag also comes with a trolley sleeve that slips over the handles of suitcases. Its variety of compartments for shoes, phones and wallets, and its ability to fit up to three garments are a bonus for those looking to travel sans extra baggage.
My initial drawback about committing to the bag was its steep price. However, now that it's over $150 off, we're shocked to see that it hasn't sold out yet.
Why this Dagne Dover deal is worth shopping
With summer vacation just around the corner, many of us are gearing up for travel. Taking a weekender bag just isn't enough if you have to tote around formal attire, and purchasing a garment bag is a must if you want to keep your freshly pressed clothing crisp. Even if you aren't participating in any weddings, a garment bag is suitable for those who often fly or who commute on trains. This travel deal is worthwhile since it's an over half-off markdown on one of our best-tested items.

Jordan Chiles 'finally' feels good about her skin

Jordan Chiles has taken 22 years to "embrace" her complexion. The 24-year-old gymnast has suffered from acne in the past but she feels a lot more positive about her skin these days. She told Refinery29: 'I have [acne] scars here and there, but now I'm finally at a point where I'm positive with myself and my skin. 'Literally, it took me 22 years to finally be like, look, Jordan, you're a gorgeous girl. You have beautiful skin. Embrace that.' The Olympian tries to keep her routine simple when it comes to looking after her sensitive skin. She said: 'A majority of the time, I only use a good cleanser, an exfoliator, and then a nice, silky moisturiser. 'I keep it very simple, but make sure everything is hydrated and my skin looks good and glowy.' Jordan is the new face of Hero Cosmetics and she's a huge fan of their Mighty Patch hydrocolloid stickers. She said: 'People always ask me, 'What do you do for your skincare?' So I was really happy Hero wanted me to be one of their ambassadors. Whether it's dark spots or a pimple that's coming up and I want it gone, I've always loved Mighty Patch... "I have Mighty Patches in every bag, my car, my room, and probably in five different bathrooms." Asked her favourites, she replied: 'Literally all of them, but since I go to practice a lot, [I love] the invisible ones and the dark spot ones with the prickly points.' And Jordan also loves Hero's Pore Purity Cleansing Clay Mask, which features sea clay and sea kelp bio-ferment to decongest skin. She said: 'It makes my face so soft — I love it. I've been recently using it two to three times a week to get my pores in the right way and all that stuff.' When she is competing, Jordan hasn't been afraid to be "glam" with nail art and fluttery lashes firm features of her look. She said: 'My older sister, who is my hair and makeup artist, definitely gave me a perspective of understanding that glam is something to enjoy, have fun with, and be creative."

The unexpected combination of rugged Western elements with sleek swimwear created a striking contrast that resonated with the fashion-forward crowd.
