Tisca Chopra: Wanted to be on stage to entertain, that fire hasn't dimmed one bit
Tisca took to Instagram, where she shared a string of pictures, where she is seen doing a voice over.
Tisca wrote: 'Since I was two, I've wanted to be on stage, to act, to entertain… and that fire hasn't dimmed one bit.'
'If anything, it's only grown fiercer, making me hungry for bigger, bolder challenges as an actor. So tell me, what would you like to see me in next?' she added.
On August 5, Tisca went exploring Mumbai downtown with one of her friends. She shared a series of pictures from her visit to one of the cafes of south Mumbai, Cafe Mondegar, next to the iconic Regal cinema at the Colaba Causeway.
She wrote, 'Took my dilliwaali @ashawithsmile on a Mumbai sightseeing spree, and of course @cafemondegar or Mondy's had to be on the list.. Set up in 1932 and still run by the Yazdegardi fam, this retro gem hasn't lost its charm in the least ..'

The 50-year-old actress is best known for her role as Maya Awasthi in the 2007 Aamir Khan-starrer 'Taare Zameen Par', which was India's official entry to the Academy Awards.
She has also worked in movies such as 'Firaaq', 'Qissa', 'Rahasya', 'Ghayal Once Again', 'Ankur Arora Murder Case', 'Good Newwz' and 'Jugjugg Jeeyo'. Tisca has made a name in the digital world as well with shows like 'Hostages' and 'Dahan', among many others.
Tisca was last seen in the film 'Murder Mubarak', a mystery thriller film based on the novel Club You To Death written by Anuja Chauhan. The film is directed by Homi Adajania. The film features an ensemble cast, including Pankaj Tripathi, Karisma Kapoor, Sara Ali Khan, Vijay Varma, Dimple Kapadia, Sanjay Kapoor, Suhail Nayyar and Tara Alisha Berry.

Instagram hasn't provided any official details on how it would work in practice, but it's not hard to imagine the motivation. In theory, Picks could encourage users to connect on a more personal level, nudging them to swap recommendations or debate the merits of each other's choices. Instead of endlessly scrolling past content, you might actually message someone because you both love the same niche TV drama or 90s indie idea aligns neatly with Instagram head Adam Mosseri's stated vision for the platform in 2025. Back in January, Mosseri posted: 'To help people connect with friends over the things they discover on Instagram, we're going to double down on messaging, make consuming content more interactive and social, and explore new ways to connect with friends.'In other words, Instagram wants to feel less like a content vending machine and more like the internet's busiest pub, full of chatter, sharing, and the occasional argument over whether a sequel was better than the course, this being Instagram, not everyone will cheer the arrival of another feature. Instagram, a Meta-owned social media network, is developing a new feature called 'Picks' that will help users discover their shared interests. In a post on X (formerly Twitter), known reverse engineer Alessandro Pauzzi shared screenshots of the upcoming functionality, which allows people to select their favourite books, games, movies, music, and TV shows, to name a few. Instagram then checks these and compares them with followers to see which of your friends are interested in similar things. For example, if you add a particular movie or a genre to your Picks, the feature would highlight your friends who are interested in the same thing. The screenshots also suggest that these 'Picks' will appear in the inbox Notes and will be accessible by tapping a new icon that appears at the top of the inbox section. Another functionality that aims to increase interactions on the platform is the Friends tab residing within the Reels section. This enables users to see reels their friends recently interacted with and even get recommendations from Blends.
